For Those Who Missed the Debate… Here it is in 8 parts…
The debate was pretty feisty but perhaps it is time to stop beating each other up and focusing on the country’s problems, the GOP’s solutions and Obama mistakes and ideology instead!!
Many feel that Perry was more engaged but probably lost to Romney because of his attack style.
There definitely was a heightened degree of animus in the air, which pushed the usually unruffled Mitt Romney into a series of raised-voice, finger-jabbing confrontations, most dramatically with Texas Gov. Rick Perry: Video
Ron Paul got his dig in about the Fed; directed at Herman Cain.
Debate topics included: Immigration, foreclosures, job creation, ObamaCare, and a continuation of Perry’s pastor’s attack on Romney for his Mormon religion.

After the debate, Michele Bachmann and Newt Gingrich appeared on Fox’s ‘On the Record’ with Greta Van Susteren. Cain was also suppose to appear but was somehow held up, so Michele Bachman came back after the break with Wayne Newton in tow, who gave Bachmann a glowing endorsement.
Sarah Palin also appeared on ‘On the Record’ giving her take on the debate. She gave Cain, Santorum, Bachmann and Gingrich a thumbs up.

Tonight the fifth debate since Labor Day is being held in Las Vegas, a city where people win and lose big regularly, with CNN as the debate host. The question tonight will be if those boycotting the debate will be winners or losers and if those participating could be even bigger winners or losers?
With less than 11-weeks to go until the Iowa primary on January 3rd, even though some will be screaming at their TV that there is another debate or at Michele Bachmann as she recalls how many children she has raised or even at Herman Cain when he mentions his 9-9-9 plan for the 999th time, everyone but Jon Huntsman will now be there… Santorum had a last minute epiphany!
One less will actually improves the debate and gives more time to each candidate. Huntsman probably isn’t long for this race anyway, since he really chose the wrong party to run in. He would have been much smarter to run as a a moderate Democrat alternative to Obama!
The background drama causing the boycott is between New Hampshire and Nevada over the timing of their contests. New Hampshire would like Nevada to move back its caucuses from Jan. 14 to Jan. 17. Nevada so far isn't budging. Huntsman, who is banking on a decent performance in New Hampshire to stay in the race, isn't even showing up at the debate. Herman Cain, Michele Bachmann, Newt Gingrich, and Rick Santorum have promised to join Huntsman in boycotting the caucuses if they aren't moved back. Romney, Paul and Perry are not boycotting and his puts Mitt Romney and Ron Paul in an awkward position. Romney is hoping to win both states and doesn't want to alienate either. Paul also has a significant following in both states. In 2008, Romney won the caucuses while Paul finished a distant second.
Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney and former Godfather Pizza CEO Herman Cain enter tonight's CNN/Western Republican debate as the leaders of the race for the GOP presidential nomination, according to national polls. Will they remain in that position after this debate?
Tonight’s moderator is CNN’s Anderson Cooper and starts at 8 p.m. ET at the Sands Expo and Convention Center and the Venetian Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The debate will be shown on CNN, the CNN mobile apps and CNN.com/Live.
