Marco Rubio, His Chief of Staff Cesar Conda, Amnesty, George Soros and the Grander Plan

By Marion Algier – Ask Marion

FireAndreaMitchell.com: Cesar Conda, Marco Rubio’s Chief of Staff previously worked for George Soros. Conda recently made his Tweets private (protected) so the general public can’t ready them. Cesar Conda has been pushing amnesty for illegals on Tmarco-rubiowitter and elsewhere as Marco Rubio’s PR agent. Conda, who is an immigration lawyer, went to work for George Soros before becoming Rubio’s Chief of Staff. Cesar Conda worked on the editorial advisory board of the George Soros magazine, The International Economy Magazine.

Cesar Conda had been spinning lies about the amnesty bill about how illegals wouldn’t get welfare, wait more than 10 years for citizenship, etc. Those lies have been completely debunked. So has the sham of border enforcement.

Another Rubio spokesperson, Alex Conant, recently compared illegal aliens living and working in this country to the institution of slavery.

So now you understand why Marco Rubio is so gung ho for amnesty. He surrounds himself with a George Soros monkey like Cesar Conda and other idiots like Alex Conant. Sad that Rubio is turning to be such a huge disappointment. At this point, he doesn’t seem much different than Charlie Christ and Rubio’s eligibility is also in question.

Even the left wing media is in love with Conda. Check out this gushing review of him by leftist biased National Journal:

Conda has one of the toughest jobs in town right now: He has to help Rubio negotiate an immigration bill with the rest of the Gang of Eight that will be palatable to Republicans and not damage his boss’s conservative credentials in the process. “That’s a tough circle to square, but I think Cesar is the right man for the job,” said Frank Sharry, founder and executive director of the pro-immigration reform group America’s Voice. “Rubio is really lucky to have Cesar Conda as his chief of staff.” Conda, known among colleagues for his even temper, has been working on the issue since the early 1990s when he was part of a group of young, libertarian-minded, pro-immigration conservatives. His government experience runs deep: He worked for former Sen. Spencer Abraham, R-Mich., and was an aide to Vice President Dick Cheney. He also spent time in the private sector as a lobbyist and analyst for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and founded the Washington office of a consulting firm called Navigators Global.

The left must think of Cesar Conda as their Hispanic Obama or something.

After reading the above… it suddenly makes a lot of things much clearer… Ding, ding, ding… RINO ALERT or worse!!

On Friday, Rush Limbaugh spent a lot of time analyzing Obama's speech to the students in Mexico City. That’s right, students of Mexico City. One of the aspects of his speech in Mexico to the students at the Anthropology Museum, was about Mexican sovereignty and American sovereignty and how we've pushed our sovereignty on them. He was talking about the fact that too many Mexicans still consider Southern California theirs, parts of New Mexico and Arizona theirs. He was agreeing with them (imitating Obama) "Well, I understand how you feel. We've pushed our sovereignty. We're gonna change all this."

Then on CBS Sunday Morning, their correspondent Mo Rocca did a report about the impact of the Mexican-American War on today's debate on immigration reform. Mo Rocca is a comedian, but he is Dead Serious that greedy America stole half of Mexico in an unjust war and is peddling that message. I guess he became known to people on The Daily Show, but this is a straight news story and it's aimed right at America's low-information voters. He went to Mexico to explain the Mexican-American War and he made the case that the United States had no reason for the war, that we're guilty. There was no reason for us to go conquer Mexico. There was no reason for us to shed blood. It's fascinating. The low-information voters in this country, or as the former USSR propaganda paper, Pravda, called them… the Sheeple, are being conditioned to believe that California really is Mexico; that it's not right that it's America. And the same thing with New Mexico and parts of Arizona.

Add President Obama’s speeches to students in Mexico and on campuses throughout the US, where he tells them to ignore "Voices" Warning of Government Tyranny -- and Join the Collective, to Rocca’s campaign and you have the making of an insurrection.

ObamaImSorryMexico

We are being maneuvered into a box by the leftist lemmings in the complicit U.S. media, the RINO’s and globalists in both parties, and the policies of the Obama White House who are manipulated by people like George Soros.  The goal is a Progressive Democrat victory in the Senate and the House in 2014 and a maneuvered choice of globalist-agenda presidential candidates from both sides to take us to open borders. Big Government everywhere and a new economic world order. Marco Rubio, Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton seem to the globalist frontrunners, at least at this time, for 2016 giving Americans no choice at all and giving America the final push into oblivion.

It is time to connect the dots and share what you learn with everyone you know.  If there was ever a time to get involved and stand-up for freedom and sovereignty it is now… for it is almost too late.

AMERICA'S FUTURE... WHERE DO WE GO NOW… HOW TO WIN THE BATTLE… AND WHAT WE ARE FIGHTING

Let us begin with where Election 2012 took us and where the global elite would like to guide us in 2016

Marion Algier – AskMarion

Dr. Dennis Laurence Cuddy, historian, political analyst, author & editor (including: New World Order: The Rise of Techno-Feudalism and The Road To Socialism and The New World Order), who has testified before members of Congress on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice, lays out the following scenario:

With President Obama’s re-election, over the next 4 years he will face a national and global economy that will be even worse than today. Why? It will be part of the PowerPhoenix at 2012 Olympics Elite’s plan to coerce us and the rest of the world into accepting a world currency by 2018. The currency probably will be called "The Phoenix" (remember the Phoenix symbol being used at the 2012 Summer Olympics and in the Harry Potter movies, coincidence?), because it symbolically will be rising from the economic ashes of a failing world economic system. It will be the new global currency of a socialist world economic system that will be managed by the PE’s planned World Socialist Government which will emerge as the "World-State" from a conference in Basra, Iraq as foretold by Fabian Socialist H. G. Wells in his book The New World Order (1939).  (With it will also ultimately come a one world religion if they have their way… wonder why there is a war on Christmas?  On Israel?)

#  #  #

Who, you might ask, will accept the new world currency for the U.S. in 2018? Just as only a Nixon rather than a Kennedy could establish relations with Communist China about 40 years ago, this time only a Bush could get Republicans to accept the loss of American national sovereignty that will come from adopting a single world currency…

# # #

How will this happen you wonder? Well, remember that Romney lost the Hispanic vote by about 50% in 2012? For his running mate, Jeb Bush could pick Hispanic U.S. Senator Marco Rubio from Florida. That should bring in the votes of Hispanics originating from the Caribbean area. Or Bush could pick a Hispanic member of Congress from a highly populated state like California or New York, especially a Hispanic female to attract women voters in general. Also, Jeb Bush is married to a Mexican-born American philanthropist, which should bring in Hispanic votes nationally as well.

# # #

And what about Hillary? Because the PE wants Jeb Bush to be elected president in 2016, they set Hillary up in Benghazi in a Catch-22 situation to tarnish her reputation for 2016. If Hillary had spoken out that it was the White House and not her State Department which was to blame for the Benghazi disaster, that might have cost President Obama re-election, and Hillary would have been held responsible for the defeat. She therefore grit her teeth and took some of the blame for what happened in Libya, and that will prove to be her downfall in 2016.

AMERICA'S FUTURE... HOW TO WIN THE BATTLE

By Paul McGuire - November 26, 2012 - NewsWithViews.com

Most people are fighting ideological and spiritual wars on the battlefield of the past. In their debates, rhetoric and logic, they attempt to win the heart and souls of mankind, by bringing up figures from the past or the present. The result is that this error in multi-dimensional military strategy always produces defeat and captivity!

A recent case in point would be the Republican Party’s strategy involving Mitt Romney. This political battle or campaign was targeted towards an America of the past, which is an America that does not exist anymore. The point is not how or why, this America disappeared. The point is how the so-called most intelligent marketing, advertising and campaign strategists spent hundreds of millions of dollars waging a war on the wrong battlefield, using the wrong weapons and could not figure out until late election night, why they lost.

In the famous nursery “Humpty Dumpty,” The first recorded versions of the rhyme date from the early nineteenth century and the tune from 1870 in James William Elliott's National Nursery Rhymes and Nursery Songs.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

Many of those who would seek to change America and the world have become the proverbial “Humpty Dumpty’s.” They are fighting the wrong war on the wrong battlefield. The future of America will be won by those who know how to win the battlefields of the future! For various reason and many of them planned and engineered, the collective consciousness and demographics over America have radically changed. It should have been obvious look at the RNC Convention, composed of an overwhelming majority of white people in a particular age group, that they had lost the battle before they began.

The first recorded versions of the rhyme date from the early nineteenth century and the tune from 1870 in James William Elliott's National Nursery Rhymes and Nursery Songs.

Whatever you think of Obama and his strategists, they understood this “change” and even made it their campaign slogan. Obama was personally fighting with the weapons of the present and the future. Obama was busy connecting with his followers through Twitter, Facebook and other social media. Obama was publicly in the company of the social icons of the present and the future. People like alleged-Scientologist Will Smith and his wife, Jada. Again, like him or not, L. Ron Hubbard represents a science fiction religion of a future set in 3,000 A.D. Will Smith stars in future oriented sci-fi films like, “I Am Legend” and I Robot?”

In contrast, Mitt Romney and conservatives act like elderly people who don’t know how to use the Internet. An aging actor from the past, Clint Eastwood, reincarnates “Dirty Harry," but a large percentage of voters don’t know who “Dirty Harry,” is. The late communications theorist, Marshall McLuhan, coined the phrase, “the medium is the message.” What he was saying is that content is secondary to images and feelings in the global village of mass media.

George Soros hired some very savvy, people who know how to wage war on future battlefields by directing neuropsychology and scientifically manipulating the masses. Garret LoPorto is a depth psychologist, who understands how to mobilize unconscious urges and specializes into turning brands or movements into cults. Another Soros sponsored group, Adbusters uses the Delphi Technique to engineer a pre-determined consensus. This is a re-adaption of the Hegelian Dialectic, which creates two opposing forces in order to create a pre-determined synthesis. This is why the international bankers have financed both sides in World War I, World War II, the Viet Nam War and other conflicts.

The goal is to win the future of America through transformation. For decades, psychology has been mined for better methods to manipulate the masses. Today, the methods are more sophisticated, more brazen, and more effective. The protest organizers are manufacturing dissent within society, while creating consensus within the movement.

The documentary that will be released named, ‘Thrive – What on Earth will it take?’ to expose the elite power structures and lay out a plan that would trigger a revolution that would liberate mankind. In this new technology of marketing triggers are implanted to create radical social change and revolution. For example, the Arab Spring and other Islamic revolutions throughout the Middle East are produced by triggers. Ultimately, this means the World Socialist Government planned by the Fabian Socialists and placing the American Constitution under the control of the U.N. Constitution.

Although, there are many people who believe in the Constitution and Judeo Christian principles who understand this battlefield of the future, the vast majority do not and that is why we are losing America! The only way to positively impact America, preserve our freedoms and religious liberties is to understand the dynamics of multi-dimensional warfare and the battlefields of the future. At the upper echelons of the military around the world, there is the understanding of predictive programming, where trained specialists can enter another dimension and see into the future.

In addition, throughout the Old Testament, you read the stories of powerful kings who relied on supernatural information about the future from the true prophets of God. Wars and battles were won based on receiving accurate intelligence about the future. In addition, a detailed and accurate study of what is called Bible prophecy is not meant to amuse, but to equip a spiritual army with spiritual weapons.

All talk of preserving freedoms, reclaiming America and the Constitution is meaningless until you understand how the battlefield of the future is to be fought and won. This knowledge does not come from mere intellectual study and logical analysis. Since the battlefield takes place on another dimension, outside of time and space, the knowledge and spiritual weapons can only be accessed through non-traditional methods. Quantum physics, String Theory, predictive programming and other sciences begin to approach a true understanding of the battlefield. But, complete understanding of the battlefield of the future can only come about through a supernatural revelation in the inner man that transcends time and space. This revelatory knowledge comes supernaturally from beyond this present dimension. That dimension is called such names as the invisible realm, spiritual realm or parallel universe.

The transference of this revelation moves from one dimension into another with a force that is translated in Latin as dunamis, which is where we get our word dynamite or explosion. The Biblical verse, “As long as they sought the Lord, they continued to prosper,” can only be understood out of the context of what is perceived as religion or organized religion. It is a spiritual dynamic that is similar to the words in Acts, “Clothed with power from on high.” The idea is that there is an infinite spiritual energy that is explosive in nature, like dynamite and categorized as dunamis.

When this dynamite-like force of infinite energy explodes in the human mind, it explosively lights up the neurological pathways, fires orders to the DNA cells via enzymes and the DNA cells command the human biosystem of brain, body and mind to actualize and reach their optimal potential. The consequence is a radical downloading of supernatural information through words, pictures and dreams, often taking one into the future. As a by-product, the biophoton’s light-up, that person generates a supernatural glow. Multidimensional information has been passed from one dimension to another in a burst of energy. At that moment, mere human consciousness is transported into multidimensional areas of awareness and the battlefield of the future.

When that information is transported, a group or individual is supernaturally equipped to effectively win on the battlefields of the future. This revelation enables one to transcend the knowledge, tools and training of those who have mastered the rudimentary weapons of war, used in the battlefield of the future.

At the present moment, there is an enormous amount of fear regarding the outcome of events happening all around us. That fear in the dimension of physics, generates an energy field, that produces a crippling death. All the rational and statistical date seem to confirm, that the battle is lost. But, that data is an illusion! That illusion can only be overpowered by the overwhelming force of the revelation of truth and the power that comes with it!

In summary, winning the battlefields of the future is not only possible, but certain when the revelation and power that come from another dimension, enters people and re-creates them. The future is not fixed and the battlefield of the future will be won by those who choose victory!

Must See: Bill Whittle Post-Election Speech – UPDATE: LONGER VERSION AT DIFFERENT VENUE ADDED

Video:  Bill Whittle – Where Do We Go Now?

If Bill Whittle doesn’t run himself, he should be the campaign manager/speech writer for the next CONSERVATIVE president.

In the end there really is only one question… will we stand-up and fight for freedom and our country… or will we be led down the path like sheep… ‘sheeple’ as Pravda has predicted?!?  sheep

The next president will either be a true conservative (man or woman) or it will a NWO puppet as laid out by Dr. Dennis Laurence Cuddy above and the choice belongs to “We” the American People”!  Even if 2016 is the year for the first female President of the United States, the dynamics could be the same.  Conservative verses NWO candidate if we, conservatives, patriots, and independents stop letting the left and the media they control tell us who is and who isn’t electable and can or can’t win.

If we would have had the guts to stand up there might even have been the opportunity to save this election: It’s Official: Obama Voter Fraud Reason for “Re-election”.  So why didn’t we?  Why aren’t we?  Why the GOP Will Not Challenge Vote Fraud… Can This Be?  If this agreement by the GOP is the reason, shame on us.  If not then why are we shooting for a massive anti-Obama Inauguration Day rally?  That should be our fallback from which or organize if we fail in over-turning this election.

Why aren’t we getting these votes recounted and investigations into voter fraud everywhere, a whole new election or staging sit ins between now and Dec 16th, while the vote can be contested?!? Not sure if it would work, but I’ve heard suggested if enough of the electors for the electoral college withheld their votes that it could throw the election to the House? Not really sure about that… but somebody must know.  And you can bet that the Founding Fathers of this country would not have just sat by and let this stolen election stand!  How about state ballot challenges?  There is resistance and people are getting angry, but are they angry enough?  Please get involved today~

It only takes 2 to 3% of the population to start a new movement, or to stop one.  Why do you think that Nancy Pelosi, the Democrat leadership and their minions in the left wing media hated the tea party and the candidates who they identified with so much?  Why it was their goal to destroy people like Sarah Palin, Rick Santorum, Michele Bachmann, Allen West, Ron Paul and media people (mainstream and alternative) who supported the goals of the tea party or even just tried to report the actual news fairly… without bias?  Why? Fear!!

Kissinger said in 2008: There Will Be “Bipartisan” Push for New World Order, Whoever is Elected President.  The awakening of concerned American patriots and grassroots groups like the tea party is what has delayed the global elites’ plan. The continued work and growth of those movements is what can stop it.

There is a Massive Anti-Obama Rally @ “Obama’s” Inauguration Day!!!  -  We Have A Dream: 500,000+ Anti-Obama Activists Arrive In Washington D.C. During Obama’s Inauguration Ceremony …  We need to stop the inauguration not compete with it!  The Rally should be out fall back plan, not our goal!

Inauguration Day DC

So where do we go from here? Grassroots movements, patriot involvement, courage, prayer and new candidates and support teams in the GOP and if not in a new third party that is in tune to the problems, issues and solutions to save America. Our first fight needs to be to reverse this stolen election. The fallback is to organize.

Breaking: Did Sarah Palin Just Announce She Would Accept the GOP Nomination if Drafted?

BREAKING: Did Sarah Palin Just Announce She Would Accept The GOP Nomination if Drafted?

Oh man, what a day this has turned out to be. Sarah Palin has been all over Fox News today, including making a surprise appearance on The Five, setting between Bob Beckel and Eric Bolling, who has been teasing her appearance on his Fox Business News show Follow the Money, which brings us to what currently has everyone buzzing.

This is a supposed transcript from the interview she did with Eric, from Time Magazine:

BOLLING: Governor, a lot of people are saying it can’t happen. I don’t necessarily agree with them. If one of the nominees, one of the GOPers, doesn’t get enough delegates, it could go the a brokered convention.

If it does get to that and someone said, Governor, would you be interested, would you be interested?

PALIN: Well, for one, I think that it could get to that. And I — you know, if it had to — if it had to be kind of closed up today, the whole nominating process, then we would be looking at a brokered convention.

I mean nobody is quite there yet. So I think that months from now, if that’s the case, then, you know, all bets are off as to who it will be willing to offer themselves up in the name of service to their country. I would — I would do whatever I could to help.

BOLLING:
That’s — that’s fantastic.

Putting this in the context of Sarah’s Fox interviews with Greta, the gang on Fox and Friends, and Martha MacCallum, where she is clearly displeased with how the current candidates are handling themselves, as well as going after President Obama full speed, it seems she has decided she may have to take matters into her own hand!

Of course, this could be nothing more than a huge shot across the bow of all of the campaigns, and the GOP, warning them to get their act together. Or it could be she’s been listening to all of us who wanted her to run from day one.

Of course, I’m quite biased, as I have thought she would make a great president since 2007!

It also seems Sarah may be appearing on Red Eye [with Jedediah Bila] in the wee hours of the morning! [they actually tape the show earlier] Stay up late or set your DVRs! Red Eye airs 3 AM eastern.

All I know is the next few days are going to be a bit crazy!

A Path to a Brokered GOP Convention Emerges…. Bush verses Palin?

Photo:  Real Clear Politics

For many conservative Republicans, the dream outcome of the 2012 primary season is a brokered convention. Disappointed in the four remaining choices, they hope to change horses in August, at the end of the primary stream. drafting their preferred candidate, be it Jeb Bush, Mitch Daniels, Chris Christie, Paul Ryan, or ???

But as sure as Jeb Bush will be proposed, so will Sarah Palin. She is now and always has been the singular Reaganesque super-star voice in the original Tea Party phenomenon; the only one who can bring it to the mainstream. Her absence from the primary race has left a vacuum and no substitute has been found. Every other possible or potential leadership hopeful has risen and receded in this already seemingly long Republican primary season.

All reports from the CPAC conference, the former Alaska governor received far and away the most spirited and enthusiastic reception at the convention of about 10,000 conservative activists. She drew the audience to its feet more than a dozen times during her keynote address on Saturday. “The cheers for Palin were so loud that they drowned out her remarks again and again,” he writes. “Conference organizers had to set up three overflow rooms to accommodate the throngs of supporters eager to hear her words.”

Sarah Palin bated clean-up at CPAC and hit a home run!  Her appearance reminded CPAC’s attendees how much they missed her. Palin was/is the conservative super-star.  She brought the red meat to CPAC and crowd loved it… as they loved her!  Palin repeatedly said the door was open for a conservative victory, but the door that seemed to be open the widest was the one to her political future as the leader of the conservative movement and as heiress to the Reagan legacy.  Sarah once again proved her conservative relevancy… It was her party on Saturday, and it could be for the foreseeable future. The only questions remains, could that include a place for here on the party ticket in a brokered primary?

Remember… Palin has already been there once for a dress rehearsal.

Many have been adamant that the outcome of a brokered convention is extremely unlikely. For it to occur, there has to be an almost perfect storm of events; the GOP elites can’t just declare shenanigans on the primary season and select a new nominee. Instead, something has to prevent any of the current candidates from clinching a majority of the delegates; if one of them amasses that majority, he will be the nominee on the first ballot at the convention in Tampa. But has anyone else noticed how often they ask Mitt Romney about this possibility?

It is looking more and more like the the GOP fight could eventually degenerate into an ideological battle between the very conservative and somewhat conservative/moderate wings of the party, with Romney on one side and a single alternative on the other. Unless there was a late entrant or Ron Paul caught fire in the caucus states, someone was virtually assured of claiming the requisite number of delegates in that scenario. (However, there are signs that the Romney and Paul camps may have already brokered a deal.)

Something else to remember, the GOP does have super-delegates of a sort, in the form of the 63 RNC members. They aren’t as numerous as they are in the Democratic Party, but they are still there. While many of them have already declared allegiance to one candidate or another, those commitments can evaporate quickly, as Hillary Clinton learned all to well to her sorrow in 2008.

Additionally and perhaps even more importantly, demographic and geographic splits are beginning to surface in the GOP that resemble the splits in the Democratic Party in 2008. That year, Hillary Clinton laid claim to working-class whites and Latino voters, while Barack Obama laid claim to college-educated whites and African-Americans. This divide continued throughout the primary, right up to the last day of voting.

The GOP split is still speculative at this point. But to see the possibility, examine the map of U.S. counties and how they have voted so far. Blue counties backed Romney, red backed Gingrich, green are for Santorum, while white have gone for some other candidate (or not yet voted).

Map:  Real Clear Politics

Romney has done well in New Hampshire and south Florida; the latter is basically the North transplanted to the South. This suggests continued strength in the Northeast. He’s also done well in the Mountain West: Nevada was in his camp, as was a large portion of the Western Slope of Colorado. Note also the handful of counties in southern Colorado that went for Romney; they are heavily Mexican-American, and Romney has run well with Latino voters in the GOP contests thus far.

Next, Gingrich. There is continued resistance to Mitt Romney in the GOP among evangelicals. These voters are concentrated largely, but not exclusively, in the South. And as we see, the former House speaker ran well in South Carolina as well as in northern Florida, and is expected to do well in Georgia. This caused many to conclude that Gingrich was on the verge of emerging as the definitive not-Romney.

But now we have to consider that Santorum has won Iowa and Minnesota in the Midwest, and won Colorado largely on the strength of his showing in eastern Colorado (which is basically the Great Plains). He also won Missouri -- which is culturally more southern than Midwestern -- but Gingrich wasn’t on the ballot there. For now at least, he is the "anti-Romney" in the Midwest. Santorum is getting a bit of boost from the Catholic birth control mandate issue, but some aren’t so sure about his fiscal conservatism.

If this split continues -- Romney in the West and Northeast, Gingrich in the South, and Santorum in the Midwest -- we could easily find ourselves in a scenario where no candidate crosses the 1,144-delegate threshold by the time voting ends. Consider this: Right now, Romney barely has a majority of the delegates. If Gingrich successfully contests the winner-takes-all allocation in the Florida primary (based on the RNC’s rule against such a format before April), no one would have a majority of the delegates as of today.

We will find out how viable this path is in the next few weeks. In the lead-up to Super Tuesday, we’ll probably see Romney win Arizona, Michigan and Maine. Arizona and Maine are in his demographic wheelhouse, while he is a native Michigander and his father was governor of the state (Although in a recent survey 67% of the people living in Michigan were not born or did not live in Michigan when George Romney was Governor). Washington is a coastal state, where Romney’s strength hasn’t been tested, so it is up in the air.

Super Tuesday will likely be tougher for him. Four of the five largest states -- Virginia, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Georgia -- are Southern (or in Oklahoma's case, culturally Southern). Romney will likely win Virginia by default, but he will probably fare poorly in the remaining three. If Gingrich can stay in the race and maintain his strength in the South, he will likely win them.

On the other hand, Romney will probably do well in Massachusetts, Idaho and Vermont. Santorum seems well-positioned to win North Dakota. But let us remember, Santorum is fourth in delegates, behind Ron Paul.

So the viability of a three-way split probably comes down to Ohio, which has a fair number of evangelicals, though not to the degree that Tennessee, Oklahoma and Georgia do. Santorum has some strengths he can draw on in the Buckeye State, as his blue-collar message could play well even among Republicans there. If he wins, it means that we probably do have a deeply divided GOP, with Gingrich taking the anti-Romney vote in the South, and Santorum taking the anti-Romney vote in the Midwest.

The key is that neither Gingrich nor Santorum can begin to do so well that the other drops out. Both must remain effectively regional candidates. If Gingrich’s support collapses in the South, it might leave an opening there for Santorum. We’ve seen some potential evidence of this, as Gingrich’s support in Gallup’s tracking poll is down about seven points since the Florida primary (although it isn’t down in the wake of Santorum’s wins Tuesday night). If that were to occur, we would be back to a two-person race. There is also now word that Gingrich’s financial supporter, Adelson, has pulled out.  Most feel he will stay in the race, but that his star has faded.

Alternatively, Santorum’s support could turn out to be confined to caucus states and/or states where Romney failed to spend money. Remember, Colorado and Minnesota are small state caucuses, virtually ignored by the candidates. Santorum’s win in Minnesota was large enough, however, that it could indicate broader support among the general electorate (as was his showing in eastern Colorado). This might allow Gingrich to step in, or Romney to wrap up the nomination. But Santorum says he has a plan to beat Mitt in Michigan.

But in the event this scenario does unfold through Super Tuesday, we would then begin a long slog. But unlike 2008, where Obama’s states were frontloaded and allowed him to gain an air of inevitability early on, here the states are spread out. The remainder of March contains Northern caucuses in Wyoming and Kansas. There are Southern states: Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. At the same time, areas with heavily Latino population such as Puerto Rico, and states with relatively liberal Republican parties (Illinois) will cast their ballots. The fact that these contests award their delegates proportionately will prevent any candidate from breaking out.

In April, Gingrich would have a great chance in Texas, Maryland and Delaware (increasingly de facto Southern states in the GOP primary electorate), while Romney would receive large delegate hauls in Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York. Santorum would have primaries in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

In the end, we could end up in California in early June with no clear nominee. While that state is nominally winner-take-all for a whopping 172 delegates, in fact it allocates the overwhelming majority of those delegates by Congressional District. Who is voting in a Republican primary in Nancy Pelosi’s or Maxine Waters’ district? I honestly have no idea, but if they’re different from the voters in the Latino central valley districts, and if they’re different than the voters in Orange County, and if they’re different from the voters in the Sierra districts, we really could have a situation where the state doesn’t produce a winner for the GOP.

If this occurs, and Ron Paul wins around 100 delegates along the way, we have a situation where no candidate has more than 900 delegates, and three have more than 400. In that situation, no one would be able to lay claim to the mantle of presumptive nominee. The convention would eventually deadlock, and an outside candidate could emerge.

The Bush family secret agenda has been a subliminal theme for months with New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie as the favored proxy and pitchman. But at CPAC it broke through to the surface: Al Cardenas, head of the American Conservative Union, says that Republican turmoil might lead to a brokered convention in which Jeb Bush would emerge as a “possible alternative” party nominee.  (Cardenas is already walking back his comments and his speech is disappearing from the Internet… but the cat is out of the bag.) It made Drudge this past weekend.

This would not be without its difficulties. We’ve seen the problem with sudden, late entrants before. The nominee would have to be able to put together a platform, a fundraising organization, prepare for debates, select a running mate, and hit the campaign trail, all in a manner of weeks.

And the candidate would not be fully vetted. There might be some skeleton in his closet, or his family’s. One wing of the party might not be satisfied. Chris Christie’s name is frequently mentioned, but he believes in climate change and favors civil unions. How will the religious right react when that is in the spotlight? Mitch Daniels may bore Tea Partiers looking for a fighter, and his past as Bush’s budget director is a black mark waiting to be exploited by his opponent. Jeb Bush is a Bush. And so forth. And then there are the the new, independent, states-oriented, freedom-seeking constitutional conservatives… a ticket of the Western states, a Palin/Perry ticket ticket from Alaska and Texas. Now wouldn’t that be interested?

Conservatism is at the shore of a new awakening but is afraid to cross the river. It goes back to Gov. Rick Perry’s Texas primary race. From Quigley’s Pundits Blog of Jan. 21, 2010: “The Austin Statesman reported that former President George H.W. Bush will endorse U.S. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison in the Republican primary for governor in her race against Rick Perry. Dick Cheney, Karl Rove, Margaret Spellings and Karen Hughes [W.’s agent] also support Hutchison … But Sarah Palin supports Rick Perry and will appear with him at a rally on Super Bowl Sunday. Does one Sarah Palin equal a Bush, a Rove, a Spellings and a Hughes? In Texas, I believe it does.”  …Bernie Quigley

Perry won in a landslide. But why would the Bush establishment pull out all the stops to support Hutchison, who was sure to lose? Because they saw a new conservative movement building with Perry and Palin and were determined early on to stamp it out. They still are.
Bush/Christie or Christie/Bush as “establishment” representation is bound to bring muffled chuckles (“Hey Abbott!!!”) and Obama would win in a landslide. But Bush/Christie vs. Sarah Palin/Rick Perry positions coming head to head at the Republican Convention would pit the storied worlds of Dexter and Paulie Walnuts; the most notoriously corrupt, burned-out, busted-up, used-up, dangerous, underwater and broke Eastern states, against the new, independent, states-oriented, freedom-seeking constitutional conservatives like Palin of the Western states, Texas and Alaska. Now that would be interesting.

The path to this outcome is still a very narrow, precarious one. But for the first time, I can see it.  A Jeb Bush/Christy fight against Palin/Perry with maybe even a Romney/Santorum or Romney/Rand Paul option still sitting out there… or a Palin/Santorum option?  Can you see it? I am beginning to!

The Race for the White House 2012… Perhaps Not All Horses to the Gates

Sarah Palin, Jeb Bush, Donald Trump… New GOP Contenders, Third Party Runs Or Just Hype?

It is becoming more and more evident that conservative and independent voters aren’t sure that they have found the winning candidate to beat Barack Obama or that the candidate they are looking for has stepped up yet.  What they can agree on is that the main goal is making Barack Obama a one term president'; that this is the most important election of our lifetime and maybe in the history of the U.S.; and that Election 2012 is going to be a rough, tough and dirty fight! It is also becoming more and more evident that the Presidential  Election process in 2012 is going to be unconventional!

There is speculation everywhere about possible late-entering GOP candidates like Sarah Palin of Jeb Bush.  There are also thoughts that Dr. Chuck Baldwin, Presidential Candidate for the Constitutional Party, might still jump in again, or that Ron Paul could make a 3rd Party run if he doesn’t get the GOP nomination (highly unlikely on both counts in my opinion) and then there is the Trump factor.  There are some other speculations, but these are the ones that matter or could make a difference.

If you’re Sarah Palin, Donald Trump or Jeb Bush, all you have to do is open your mouth and the speculation runs wild and generates news on both sides.  And that is because all any of those three need to do is say, “I’m in” and the entire race changes.

Palin announced in October she wasn’t running for president. Bush has been saying it for two years. But both were  back in the headlines last week with some timely thoughts on American politics and the present GOP field.

Palin might just have been having some fun, but told Fox News it wasn’t too late for someone to get into the Republican contest. Plus the former Alaska governor admitted she wasn’t yet impressed enough with any of the current gang of seven candidates to make her endorsement.

“You know, it’s not too late for folks to jump in. I don’t know, who knows what will happen in the future,” Palin mused. “You know, my endorsement is going to be with sincerity and enthusiasm and I’m just not there yet with the field as it stands.”

Does this mean Palin is reconsidering her decision. There’s no sign one way or the other that she is taking another look. But,  Palin’s comment generated dozens of headlines raising the possibility.  And according to ElectionMeter, she is more popular than Mitt Romney.

Per ElectionsMeter: Sarah Palin More Popular Than Mitt Romney, Republican Party

h/t to Gary P. Jackson at a Time for Choosing

ElectionsMeter tracks 90 day popularity trends. In the quarter ending December 23, 2011, Sarah Palin rates higher than Mitt Romney, and the Republican Party as a whole. This is an online poll, so not as scientific as others, but telling none the less.

Sarah Palin 49.4%:

Mitt Romney 48%:

GOP 42.6%:

The most popular person in this poll though isn’t a politician at all. Dr Martin Luther King is by far, the most popular in this poll at 57.6%:

And ditto for Jeb Bush, who was out with an op-ed piece in last week’s Wall Street Journal (See link) on the threat leaders in Washington pose to capitalism and economic freedom.
Again, there is nothing – other than the timing of the piece, just ahead of the Iowa caucuses – to suggest Bush might be giving second thought to a late ‘for the sake of the party’ run in 2012.  But it was enough to generate a lot of speculation.

It has long been assumed that Bush, if he was ever to run for president, would wait until 2016, giving some space between his candidacy and his brother George W. Bush’s term in office. And with good reason. If Rick Perry has suffered from the fact that he shares only the title – Texas governor – with George W. Bush, then it’s a safe to say Jeb would suffer from having the same last name. For many Americans, not just Democrats, it’s likely still too soon to even contemplate another Bush in the White House. let along elect one.  But that won’t stop anyone from speculating.

And then there is Donald Trump who just switched parties from Republican to Independent and who has said all along that he was leaving the door open to running as a 3rd party candidate if he was unhappy with the GOP’s nominee.  The fact that each of the present GOP candidates has visited Mecca (Trump Tower) this election season to get Trump’s blessing, advice and perhaps an endorsement and then declined to participate in the NewsMax GOP debate scheduled for December 27th where Trump would have been the host was surely the catalyst for this move.  According to Politico, which first reported Trump's party switch, he will still be able to vote in the New York presidential primary next April. Trump had once also been a registered Democrat.

My thoughts on the Trump are that if his concern is really for the good of the country he should re-register as a Democrat and run against Obama in the Democratic Primary.  There might be enough moderates and Dems just fed –up with Obama that maybe he could beat him and if not he’d weaken him and cause him to have to use up a good chunk of his war chest.  And if he won the Democratic nomination and beat the GOP’s candidate, we’d still be better off.

A straight third party run will guarantee 4 more years of Obama and a move from the United State of America becoming the United Socialist-States of America and a weak contender on the world stage.

As for Palin, I think she is a lot stronger and more popular than we think or than the media has allowed us to think. And I also believe that if she jumped it, it would clear the field.  We’d have Palin and Romney plus Gingrich and Paul for just a short while longer. If she doesn’t run she might be a smart consideration for VP for Mitt Romney who looks like he will be the GOP candidate if Palin doesn’t run.

And as for Jeb, he’d be smart not to jump in now.  The “W” wounds, whether you think fair or not are still too fresh!

2012 will absolutely be the most important election of our lives! Let us make sure that we and everyone we encounter understand what is at stake, why it matters and what is true, as well as to make sure that voter registration, the actual voting process, and the vote count is honest and accurate.

Who Will Lead the Town Hallers?

Sarah Palin and Jeb Bush Poised to Lead Town-Hallers

By Paul Bedard, Washington Whispers

Some call it the next conservative revolution, but whatever we dub the antigovernment ire at tea parties and town halls, there so far appears to be no elected official leading the charge. "It's a faceless movement," says a former Bush adviser, who credited media bigs like Rush Limbaugh and Glenn Beck for whipping up the frenzy. So who's best positioned to lead the protesters into the next presidential election? Whispers asked a dozen GOP and conservative leaders to come up with a top 10 list. First, Rep. Ron Paul, popular among the town hallers. Then, Sarah Palin, whose 2008 crowds cheered her antitax message. Third, Newt Gingrich, the father of the 1994 conservative revolution. Next, populist Mike Huckabee. And fifth, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, said to be the family's passionate conservative.

The rest: South Carolina Sen. Jim DeMint; Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour; Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal; House GOP Whip Eric Cantor; and Pennsylvania Senate hopeful Pat Toomey.

Note who's missing: Mitt Romney. The GOP analysts say that's because conservatives are wary of his program to reform healthcare in Massachusetts that some say resembles universal healthcare.

Romney Speaks at the kickoff for National Council for a New America - Updated

Today Governor Romney is in Virginia with Eric Cantor and Jeb Bush speaking to a small group of citizens and the press about the launch of a new group the "National Council for a New America."

The group will send party leaders across the country for a series of town halls on health care, the economy, energy and national security.

Sarah Palin and other Republican leaders will be joining the campaign to revive their party and hear what Americans have to say.

Former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney joked about Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s and Rush’s    place on Time’s list of influential people, saying, “But was that the issue on the most beautiful people or the most influential people?”

In an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” broadcast Sunday, Romney was responding to a question from the moderator as to whether Time’s inclusion of Palin and talk show host Rush Limbaugh on their list of “The World’s Most Influential People” was a positive or negative thing for the Republican Party.

Romney added, “I think there are a lot more influential Republicans than that would suggest.”  Since then that is all that is all that  anyone is reporting or  remembers hearing that Mitt said.

It was a joke… an off the cuff attempt at humor.  Have we really completely lost the ability to laugh??  If it was a political beauty contest Mitt would certainly have been in the running.

After his boss caught flak for his apparent dissing of Palin, Romney spokesman Eric Fehrnstrom spun the comment as just “a self-deprecating joke as to why there weren’t more Republicans on the list,” according to a report in Politico.

“I think there are 100 influential Republicans alone who have tremendous ideas and I hope that we can all work together to accomplish what we believe is best for America,” Palin said through a spokeswoman.

A CNN/Opinion Research Corporation poll conducted recently among 429 Republicans showed Sarah Palin with a slight edge over Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney as the preferred GOP nominee for 2012: Palin 29 percent; former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee 26 percent; and Romney 21 percent.

According to the Politico report, Romney’s comments were unusually sharp – since these days GOP top officials ordinarily simply ignore Palin, leaving her off the rosters of the party’s rising stars – despite poll results such as the CNN survey cited above.

Romney let fly the zinger while appearing with House Minority Whip Eric Cantor. Both are part of a cabal of prominent Republicans seeking to enliven the GOP under the banner of the National Council for a New America.

Palin has thus far not been included on the Council -- reportedly because she didn’t respond to requests. However, her former running mate, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., went on the record recently saying that he hoped she would become active with the group.

Meanwhile, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush closed ranks with Romney and Cantor in presiding over the panel.

According to a Boston Globe report, Romney touted his service on the panel over the weekend, saying, “I’ve learned that when you sit in a position of responsibility as you do now and as we did once, you typically get the best ideas that really make a difference from people that you’re serving.” He cited his experience helping pass the Bay State’s universal healthcare plan.

But nothing Romney said at the conclave attracted the media attention more than his off-the- cuff Palin remarks to CNN.

As much as he and other GOP figures may want to deny it, Palin still attracts a strong following and remains the darling of the media – if not her own party.

“She’s bigger in the media than in reality,” commented GOP consultant Mike Murphy, a longtime adviser to John McCain.

“Palin,” he said, “is the only Republican politician right now who is interesting, a little different, connected to the last campaign and related to an occasional story in the National Enquirer,” according to the Politico report.

For his part, on the “State of the Union” show, Cantor was a whole lot kinder and gentler:

“You know, they [Palin and Limbaugh] are two individuals that have a lot of ideas, and our party should be about ideas. That’s what this effort is about and the National Council for a New America, and that is what they’re about. So I don't think any of us should have any monopoly on the ideas. And I know that there are some who like to make it all about personalities, but it’s about ideas. It’s about how we take this country forward.”

When it comes to mainstream media coverage… the Republicans, Conservatives, Libertarians and Independents just can’t catch a break…

In other coverage today the question raised was, “Is the Republican Party Just Too Far to the Right?”  What is with that??  The reason they lost the last election is because McCain wasn’t right enough and the party abandoned their principles.
