I read an eerie piece the other day on American Gulag entitled The Time for Taking a Stand is Coming and I wrote a piece entitled AMERICA’S FUTURE… WHERE DO WE GO NOW… HOW TO WIN THE BATTLE… AND WHAT WE ARE FIGHTING. The thought that the time for taking a stand is coming is the wrong perspective. The time to start taking that stand is now.  The average American is peace loving and easy going and the average conservative/Republican is not naturally confrontational or trained to resort to the Alinsky type methods, outlined in Rules for Radicals  that the left lives by and uses to win.  But we have allowed the Progressive left to steal our country, alter the meaning and intentions of our Constitution, as well as our beliefs and traditions and most recently to steal the 2012 Election because we believe in playing by the rules and allow ourselves to be teetering off the edge before we really take a stand.  The rest of the world is laughing at us or crying for us because they know our fall affects them.  But the average person in Canada, Europe and down under, and probably most of the rest of the world, is shaking their heads at our complacent attitude as we are being lead like sheep to the slaughter… or is that ‘sheeple’ as Russia's news paper Pravda (Previously the Official Press of the USSR) dubbed us after Obama’s first election? “The proud American will go down into his slavery with out a fight, beating his chest and proclaiming to the world, how free he really is. The world will only snicker”, they wrote in 2009.

It is becoming so evident that the election fraud perpetrated by the left, Team Obama, may have been enough to steal the election and that is just not acceptable.  We send people like former President Jimmy Carter and many others to monitor elections all over the world.  We made the Iraqis dip their fingers in ink to spot people from voting multiple times, yet we have allowed Eric Holder and Team Obama to fight voter ID Laws all over the United States.

This plan below might not have been exactly what our Founding Fathers envisioned for the provision of the Electoral College, sending an election to the House to be settled if needed.  Or perhaps it is exactly what they envisioned… a loophole if we were smart enough to figure it out and stand up if we needed it?!?  And the time to stand up is now. If election 2012 was stolen due to voter fraud, which seems more and more evident, there should be a new one or it should go to the House to be settled.

I have been sent several interesting articles and pieces of information lately including: The Marxist Plan to Bankrupt the United States: Is History Repeating Itself? and SOROS REMAKES AMERICA INTO NARCO NATION.  The Plans and the people involved in what is going on behind the scenes in American politics are much bigger than Barack Obama and the Election of 2012, but winning that election at any cost was a lynch pin for them!  But stealing an election is not winning and allowing it to stand is not what our Founding Fathers would have envisioned.

The fact is that the media manipulation of the facts and coverage of both candidates as well as events like Benghazigate and the jobless numbers was extensive and far-reaching in our dumbed down culture and voter fraud in 2012 was massive, rampant and intentional. So thinking we can fix things in 4 more years could very well be a pipe dream.  It is time for Americans to stand up and use the methods of the left to fight back… Alinsky style creativity!

It is time that conservatives and patriots of all stripes understand this, read Rules for Radicals and study both Saul Alinsky’s methods and the Cloward and Piven Method and then fight back using the same strategies or counter measures that work, like: Rules for Radicals Defeated, Countering Rules for Radicals, Rules for Conservatives and Rules for Radical Conservatives: Beating the Left at Its Own Game to Take Back America.  And it is time we make the stands whether we win or not and whether the method is a bit blurred, after all we have been allowing from the left for a long time.

Let us remember that the patriots who fought the British and gave us this one of a kind country and the opportunity to be part of the great American Experiment(Can man rule himself?) did so by not following the rules. The Brits fought in formation, using their rules of war under which they the had the ability, weaponry and experience to beat , us and should have won.  We, the colonists, had a rag tag army and far too few resources or men.  But we won because we broke the rules and were creative; we fought as a militia, doing what was needed to win from the Boston Tea Party to the small bands of men without uniforms and sometimes evens shoes who hid in and jumped out of trees, because everything was on the line.  That is where we are today, but we are not fighting as if everything was on the line.  Most Americans are still not even paying attention?!?

How We Can (Still) Stop Obama and Change the Outcome of the Election!!

The vast majority of the public and the press have proclaimed the 2012 Presidential election over and Barack Obama the President-elect. However, as Lee Corso, the college football analyst on ESPN’s Game Day broadcasts is so fond of saying:

“Not so fast my friend!!”

We have only taken the first step in the actual election process constitutionally mandated to select our next President. The two steps that follow, I believe, will determine the future course of this nation and, perhaps, the very survival of the Constitutional principles on which it was founded.

On November 6^th,we voted to establish the actual slates of Electors that are to be entrusted with the responsibility of electing

the next President. The next step is for those Electors to gather in the various state capitals on December 17^th to cast their ballots. Those ballots are then tallied in the states and forwarded to the President of the Senate and to the National Archivist for confirmation of the final tally by both Houses of the Congress on January 7^th.

There are three classes of Electors so charged. Of the total of 538, the breakdown is as follows:

1. Those designated by popular vote on Democrat slates (332)
2. Those designated by popular vote on “dedicated” Republican slates (72)
3. Those designated by popular vote on “unfettered” Republican slates (134)

Each of these Electors assumes a sacred trust to cast his or her ballot only for a candidate constitutionally eligible to actually hold the office of President and Commander in Chief under Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution.

The key to correcting the current process will be the success of our call to action to the 134 Electors in the third group coming from the 13 states listed below. As of the year 2000, Electors from those states were deemed “unfettered” (meaning that, by law, they are allowed to cast their ballots for whomever they choose.) There is precedent for this in that nine times previously, Electors have cast their ballots independently of the popular vote. Theoretically and practically then, each of these 134 hold the potential to cast their ballots for Mr. Obama and

are therefore entitled to be assured of the constitutional eligibility of his candidacy.

Why is this important? Because through that process, all 134 Republican Electors must be deemed to have “Standing” to demand certifiable evidence of Mr. Obama’s qualifications, as specified under Article 2 of the Constitution, to be deemed a “Natural Born Citizen.“

As we know, Mr. Obama fails to attain to that standard by virtue of his own admission that his birth father was a British Subject.

We the People need now to produce a flood of mail to alert each of these 134 Republican Electors that they have the “Standing” and the responsibility to demand that this question be resolved so that they can make an informed decision before they cast their ballots.

These Electors need to immediately notify their respective Governor and Secretary of State that they require this information prior to December 17^th or that they will not be able to properly discharge their Constitutional responsibility.

The following are the “unfettered” states carried by Republican Electors who are not required by law or by pledge to cast ballots for the Republican candidate:

Arizona, North Dakota

Arkansas, South Dakota

Georgia, Tennessee

Indiana, Texas

Kansas, Utah

Louisiana, West Virginia

Missouri

To accomplish this goal of personally notifying all of them, it is suggested that each of us contact the Electors in our home state and at least one other state. The individual Electors’ mail addresses are available through their respective Secretaries of States’ offices.

Once the Electoral College process is impacted by these requirements, it is likely that the courts will be required to hear the full evidence (or, more realistically, the lack thereof) concerning Mr. Obama’s eligibility. The likely outcome of his failing to qualify will throw the election into the House of Representatives, where each state delegation is given one vote.

At the present time, majorities in those delegations are held by Republicans in 32 states and by Democrats in 17 states. Minnesota is a toss-up. Therefore, the likely result of such a vote in the House will be that a Republican will be declared President.

Finally, as a backstop against the possibility that Mr. Obama’s candidacy somehow survives an Electoral College challenge, there are two more critical steps for us to take at this time:

1. Concurrently with our mail campaign to the Electoral College, it is important that we also contact all Republican Representatives and Senators to inform them that we are counting on them to “object” if and/or when the President of the Senate calls for confirmation of an Electoral College “tally” designating Barack Obama as President-elect. If as few as one Representative and one Senator stand to request certification of the candidate’s eligibility, the whole process must stop until a full and final determination is made.

2. Also, the 332 Electors representing the states carried by Democrats need to be put on notice that they will be failing to uphold their Constitutional responsibility if they vote for an ineligible and therefore unqualified candidate. There has already been a case filed in New York State (Strunk) asserting that possibility.

The only way for us not to win this fight is for good people to lose courage. Let’s lock arms, pray, and go to work to revive the Constitutional standards for which so many of our forefathers have fought and died. The wisdom of the founding document that has prospered and strengthened this nation will once again sustain us if we will take action and hold fast to its terms.

It’s Official: Obama Voter Fraud Reason for “Reelection”/growing Totalitarian Gove… Why the GOP Will Not Challenge Vote Fraud… Can This Be?

CFP: The truth about the Obama syndicate’s “victory” in November due to the most massive voter fraud in American history has become increasingly dire and overwhelming. It is also merely the latest treasonous act perpetrated upon We-the-People by our slave masters.

And—with the exception of the still-sycophantic Obama-media who enthusiastically embrace totalitarianism—said “win” by Obama shows how quickly he and the Marxist Democrat Party (with the help of willing RINO Senators and incorrectly named “representatives” of the people) affected the complete overthrow of the United States government…and We-the-People. If you are uncomfortable with these truths and believe that the telling of them constitutes defeatism, I suggest you stop reading now. My message will not get any rosier.

For those of you still reading, let’s jump in without further ado—or adieu as it were—shall we?

Facts already in Place-

• First and foremost, Obama lost in each and every US State where voter ID laws were in place (Georgia, Indiana, Kansas and Tennessee)
• Massive Obama voter fraud occurred in multiple States—especially the “swing states”
• In 59 Philadelphia precincts, Mitt Romney received no votes and Obama received 100% of the votes. This fact, alone, should have raised red flags and set off all manner of bells, whistles and sirens. But, the Republican Establishment (aka Marxist-lite) has remained silent
• In Florida, St. Lucie County and other counties experienced unprecedented voter fraud, with St. Lucie reporting in at a141% turnout—which is impossible
• In Ohio, Obama “won” a county by 108% of registered voters—another impossibility, of course, except with well-planned and implemented election fraud
• The military vote was almost totally suppressed in the November elections
• People were openly reported to have voted twice—or more
• Republican poll watchers in multiple states were either turned away and not allowed to enter the precincts or thrown out once they had done so
• Voters in multiple voting booths across the country reported their votes for Romney were automatically changed to Obama (video below)
• Votes for Romney/Ryan were either changed to Obama./Biden by poll workers or thrown out entirely
• Democrats bussed non-US citizen voters, many of whom could not speak English, from state to state to vote for Obama
• The RNLA reported “election fraud occurred in Flushing [NY] when a Korean-American translator helping voters at PS 20 was caught directing them to vote for Democratic candidates. A volunteer poll watcher confirmed the incident” and in North Carolina

“The father of a mentally handicapped woman claims his daughter and others were “carted off” to a North Carolina polling site last week and “coaxed” into voting for President Obama by workers of the group home where she stays Judson Berger, Group home accused of taking patients to vote for Obama, Fox News, Nov. 5, 2012” and in Massachusetts “FOX Undercover found out something else about Santiago-Vazquez. He’s been registered to vote from his home address in Lawrence since 2010. Our investigation shows he’s not the only registered voter in Lawrence who is not a citizen. By cross-checking Lawrence voter records with criminal records that included records indicating lack of citizenship, we found three others: * Bruno Paulino is a legal resident detained by immigration authorities earlier this year, has been a registered Lawrence voter since 2009; * Jose Jimenez, a legal resident who faces “potential deportation to the Dominican Republic”, according to federal court records, has been a registered Republican in Lawrence since 2010; * and Marcos Acosta, picked up during a recent immigration sweep, has been a registered voter in Lawrence since 2008.” Non-citizens registered to vote in Lawrence but officials shrug, Fox Boston, Nov. 5, 2012.

There are hundreds and thousands of the above reports on the Net, many of which can be viewed in my source material below. The central and grave problem we now face is that with the “new-normal” massive election fraud either being ignored (accepted) or discounted by the two major political parties we have, indeed, lost our Republic. Bear in mind that without our founding legal document—the US Constitution—being protected, observed and followed to the letter by our political and judicial leaders the Republic is moot. And the majority of our political leaders have not followed the US Constitution for decades. If they had, said “leaders” would not have been able to affect the unconscionable theft of the fruits of our labors which they have unethically and with abject turpitude ‘redistributed’ into their own pockets and they would certainly not have been able to strip us of our liberties one-by-one; so that we are now left with none. However, it was our own lack of attention to what they were actually doing and our own inaction in stopping them that—in great measure—allowed these atrocities to occur.

Before the last stage of our options is forced into implementation, there may be a couple of things we can do to stop the complete destruction and chaotic onslaught by our once-fellow citizen leaders. The first is to file a treason complaint against Obama and see if you can find a grand jury in your state that will agree to pursue it. We only need one, at this juncture. Multiple treason complaints have already been filed by LCDR Walter Fitzpatrick III and have been accepted by the courts as “meritorious.” The second is to get to the electors in each of your/our home states and beg them, in light of the unprecedented November voter fraud, not to cast their vote for Obama until a recount is affected. May we pray to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob that we are successful in our endeavors for God, family and country. More Electronic Voting Machines Changing Romney Votes to Obama: We Looked Into It and Here’s What a Vendor Told Us - Updated

VOTING MACHINES SWITCH MITT VOTES TO OBAMA?!?

(The Blaze) Last week, TheBlaze brought you a story from a North Carolina voting precinct using electronic voting machines that was already experiencing issues where votes for GOP candidate Mitt Romney were being changed to Democratic candidate Barack Obama. Now, it’s allegedly happening again, this time in both Kansas and Ohio — and we talked to a vendor supporting the machines about the issue.

Nancy from Topeka, Kan., who asked that her last name not be used for reasons pertaining to her husband’s work, told TheBlaze she fears if voters aren’t double checking their selections, they’ll be “robbed of their vote.”

Nancy explained that while her husband was casting a vote for Romney, the touchscreen highlighted Obama.

“He played around with the field a little and realized that in order to vote for Romney, his finger had to be exactly on the mark,” Nancy wrote in an email. She said “the invisible Obama field came down about 1/4 [of an inch]” into what should technically have been the Romney area. In a phone interview with TheBlaze, she explained further that her husband said he felt the area on the touchscreen that could be pushed to vote for Obama was larger than that for Romney.

Nancy and her husband called the Kansas Secretary of State to report the problem and were informed that it was most likely a calibration issue.

“My concern is, is this intentional?” Nancy said. Posing this question to the Secretary of State’s office, Nancy told us they said it is unlikely that voter fraud would be occurring in Kansas, as it’s not a highly contested state.

The Marion Star also reported Wednesday that Ohio resident Joan Stevens experienced a similar case. She alerted a board of elections member at the voting location about the problem, who then called in the vendor providing support for the machines to check for calibration issues.

Sophia Rogers, director of the Marion County Board of Elections, told TheBlaze the Marion Star “got it wrong.” She said when techs came out to review the machine, they found everything was calibrated correctly.

The Marion Star reported Rogers saying the machine seemed to have been working fine for her and other voters as well. Still, the local newspaper did note Stevens saying that board of elections member Jackie Smith mentioned to her that the machine had been experiencing issues all day. Smith did not issue a comment to the Marion Star.

Regardless if there was issue or not, the fact remains that direct-recording electronic voting machines can experience calibration issues. It’s something that happens every election, and when voters come across a machine not recording their vote correctly, they should report it. With such seemingly inevitable issues, which to be fair do not occur with every machine, TheBlaze decided to look into who was responsible for making sure the machines was calibrated in the first place; how calibration issues occur; and how the problems are fixed.

In Marion, for example, Rogers told TheBlaze it is standard procedure to call in a technician from the vendor to tend to the machine in question. She referred us to the vendor of their touch-screen machines Dominion Voting.

Spokesman for Dominion Chris Riggall told TheBlaze that many of the machines in the field — which he says are “legacy machines” not manufactured by Dominion but by companies that Dominion now owns — are up to 10 years old.

“They have been in the field many years and through many election cycles,” Riggall said. “It is certainly possible [for them to get] out of calibration.”

As when you purchase any electronic, you can sign up for a warranty or added customer support. The same concept applies to voting machine technology. Riggall said he believes the Marion jurisdiction does receive support from Dominion for its machines, meaning it could be called in to check and fix calibration issues. He said there is a calibration test built into the machine’s software and that the machine can also be tested through a sample ballot, which of course would not be cast as an actual vote.

“It is not uncommon to put a unit back into service when [officials] are 100 percent confident it is registering correctly,” Riggall said.

Although Marion may have vendors helping in such situations, Riggall said tech support provided for machines is jurisdiction dependent. It is up to the states or jurisdictions to decide how often machines will be checked for accuracy, and who will perform this check and fix problems when they occur.

Three Ohio residents have come forward to confirm on the record their accounts of questionable practices by Democrats to influence voters in Ohio, a crucial swing state in the presidential contest, first reported by Human Events on Oct. 26. The initial story relied on sources whose identities Human Events agreed to protect.

Atlas Shrugged:   Human Events reports that poll workers at an Ohio voting station observed busloads of Somali Muslims in Ohio — the state is home to the second-largest Somali population in the United States — being driven to the voting station and guided by Democratic interpreters on the voting process. No Republican interpreters were there.

A source, who wishes to remain anonymous, is a volunteer outside the Morse Road polling center. She has witnessed Somalis who cannot speak English come to the polling center. They are brought in groups, by van or bus. The Democrats hand them a slate card and say, “vote Brown all the way down.” Given that Sherrod Brown is the incumbent Democrat Senator in Ohio, one can assume that this is the reference.

Non-English speaking voters may use an interpreter. The interpreters are permitted by law to interpret for the individual voting; however, they are forbidden from influencing their vote in any way. Another source who also wishes to remain anonymous has seen Democrat interpreters show the non-English speaking Somalis how to vote the Democrat slate that they were handed outside. According to this second source, there are not any Republican Somali interpreters available.

The logical follow-up question is whether a non-English speaking person is an American citizen. Although Republican leadership in Ohio passed a voting reform law, it was repealed by the legislature itself after the Democrats threatened a referendum. According to the Ohio Secretary of State’s web site, someone wanting to vote early in Ohio must supply one of the following in writing on the absentee ballot form, whether voting early by mail or in person: an Ohio driver’s license number; the last four digits of the social security number; or a copy of a current and valid photo identification, military identification, or a current — within the last 12 months — utility bill, including cell phone bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows the person’s name and address in addition to the voter registration acknowledgement.

The voter is not required to show the driver’s license or social security card, but must merely write it on the absentee ballot request form. While the individual would be required to show a utility bill, bank statement or other printed document if he or she chooses that option, this is in lieu of writing the driver’s license or social security number. Therefore, the information cannot be checked against the Bureau of Motor Vehicles or other state databases. Essentially, a person is asked to check a box stating that they are a citizen, and the poll worker is to trust that they are the person who is listed on the item being shown or the information being written. In other words, someone can be an illegal resident of the state of Ohio and the United States, get an apartment, turn on the heat, bring in the Columbia Gas bill, register to vote by the deadline, and vote by showing that same bill. There is then no verification that this individual is a citizen of the United States.

Matt McClellan, the press secretary for Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, explained, “There is a process to challenge a voter’s eligibility. The point in time for a challenge to be brought ended mid October. A poll worker could challenge a voter if they had questions as to whether or not a voter was registered or eligible to vote.” However, if the poll worker does not raise the issue at the time the voting occurs, that person’s vote will otherwise be counted on election day along with everyone else’s vote. McClellan was not aware of any reports of irregularities at the Morse Road voting place in Franklin County.

Two phone calls and a text message to the Public Information Office at the Franklin County Board of Elections were not returned.

According to the Somali Community Association of Ohio’s web site, over 45,000 Somalis live in Ohio. Only 40 percent have become citizens of the United States, and only 25 percent speak English well enough to get a job.

The second source mentioned has seen voter intimidation at this same voting place. A Mitt Romney bus stopped near the voting center, approximately 30 Democrats who were outside handing out the slate cards rushed over to the bus. They yelled at the bus, and swarmed around its door when anyone attempted to exit the bus. This, from the “tolerant left.”

ACORN Partner Project Vote Working with Officials from White House and DOJ to Use National Voting Rights Act to Increase Registration of Voters on Public Assistance

Interest Group Urges Justice Official to “make some headway” with Attorney General Holder

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch, the organization that investigates and fights government corruption, announced today that it has received additional documents about meetings held between Estelle Rogers, Director of Advocacy for the ACORN-affiliated organization Project Vote, and officials from the Obama White House and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Judicial Watch is investigating the extent to which Project Vote, which once employed Barack Obama, has been working with the Obama administration to use voter registration laws to register greater numbers of low-income voters, widely considered to be an important voting demographic for the Obama presidential campaign.

The additional documents, provided in response to a FOIA lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch on August 19, 2011, detail email communications between Rogers and high ranking officials from the Obama White House and DOJ. The following are highlights from the records:

• On April 27, 2009, Estelle Rogers wrote to Deputy Assistant Attorney General Sam Hirsh regarding an upcoming meeting on April 30, 2009. In addition to Rogers and Hirsh, other  attendees included: Nicole Kovite, Director of Public Agency Project for Project Vote; Spencer Overton, Deputy Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Policy; and two officials from the Obama White House: Celia Muñoz, then-Director of Intergovernmental Affairs and recently promoted to Director of the Domestic Policy Council; and Tino Cuellar, Special Assistant to the President for Justice and Regulatory Policy.

In her email, Rogers references documents she forwarded in preparation for the upcoming meeting on the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), to which Hirsch replies that he looks forward to “reading these materials” and to “seeing everyone on Thursday.”

• On February 23, 2011, Rogers wrote to Associate Deputy Attorney General Robert Weiner, asking him to “make some headway with Attorney General [Eric] Holder in enforcing Section 7 of the NVRA.” The email notes that the DOJ had not yet filed any Section 7 lawsuits, which Rogers dubbed “deeply disappointing.”  The first such DOJ lawsuit (against Rhode Island) was filed on March 18, 2011, less than one month later. Of particular note, is Rogers’ comment that “We have received oral assurances from [Assistant Attorney General Thomas] Perez on several occasions that enforcement action was imminent,” suggesting that Rogers was privy to internal discussions inside the DOJ regarding pending legal action.

• On March 29, 2011, Rogers wrote to Associate Attorney General [Thomas] Perrelli, urging him to review and “make improvements” to a document she was sending following another meeting held on March 17, 2011 between Project Vote and the DOJ on Section 7 compliance with the NRVA.  Accompanying the document was a previous letter she had sent to the Civil Rights Division plus “additional comments on the Q and A.”

On December 14, 2011, Judicial Watch released a separate batch of documents which also detail the partnership between the Obama DOJ and Project Vote.

As Director of Advocacy for Project Vote, Estelle Rogers ‒ a former attorney for ACORN, which was besieged with charges of corruption before declaring bankruptcy in November 2010 ‒ is a primary contact person on policy matters at Project Vote on both state and federal levels and has been actively involved in voter registration issues. Using the threat of a lawsuit under the NVRA, Project Vote has aggressively sought to manipulate voter registration laws in various states to increase the registration of people receiving public assistance.

On August 4, 2011, Judicial Watch released documents obtained from the Colorado Department of State showing that ACORN and Project Vote successfully pressured Colorado officials into implementing new policies for increasing the registration of public assistance recipients during the 2008 and 2010 election seasons. Following the policy changes, the percentage of invalid voter registration forms from Colorado public assistance agencies was four times the national average. Project Vote also sought a “legislative fix” to allow people without a driver’s license or state identification to register to vote online.

In addition to pursuing public agency registration cases in Missouri, Ohio, Indiana, Georgia and New Mexico, Project Vote and the NAACP filed a lawsuit on April 19, 2011, against the State of Louisiana alleging violations of the NVRA. Less than three months later, on July 12, the DOJ’s Civil Rights Division/Voting Section sued Louisiana on the same grounds, claiming that “Louisiana officials have not routinely offered voter registration forms, assistance and services to the state’s eligible citizens who apply, recertify or provide a change address for public assistance or disability services.”

The DOJ’s March 11, 2011, lawsuit against Rhode Island led to policy changes intended to increase the number of voter registration applications processed by “public assistance and disability service officers.” These two lawsuits, filed within five months of each other, are the first such lawsuits filed by the DOJ since 2007.

Project Vote and ACORN have both been linked to massive voter registration fraud. A total of 70 ACORN employees in 12 states have been convicted of voter registration fraud. And as documented in a July 2009 report by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, of the 1.3 million registrations Project Vote/ACORN submitted in the 2008 election cycle, more than one-third were invalid.

“These documents raise fundamental questions about the politicization of the Justice Department under Eric Holder and demonstrate that the ACORN-connected Project Vote is throwing its weight around the Justice Department and driving the agency’s voting rights agenda. And evidently the Obama White House is now directly implicated in this growing scandal,” said Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch. “It is now clear that Project Vote and the Obama/Holder Justice Department are conspiring to file Justice Department lawsuits to help re-elect Barack Obama. This collusion between Project Vote and the Obama administration is a significant threat to the integrity of the 2012 elections. To have Project Vote involved in the Justice voting rights enforcement is like having the Mafia run the FBI.”

Sarah Palin, Jeb Bush, Donald Trump… New GOP Contenders, Third Party Runs Or Just Hype?

It is becoming more and more evident that conservative and independent voters aren’t sure that they have found the winning candidate to beat Barack Obama or that the candidate they are looking for has stepped up yet.  What they can agree on is that the main goal is making Barack Obama a one term president'; that this is the most important election of our lifetime and maybe in the history of the U.S.; and that Election 2012 is going to be a rough, tough and dirty fight! It is also becoming more and more evident that the Presidential  Election process in 2012 is going to be unconventional!

There is speculation everywhere about possible late-entering GOP candidates like Sarah Palin of Jeb Bush.  There are also thoughts that Dr. Chuck Baldwin, Presidential Candidate for the Constitutional Party, might still jump in again, or that Ron Paul could make a 3rd Party run if he doesn’t get the GOP nomination (highly unlikely on both counts in my opinion) and then there is the Trump factor.  There are some other speculations, but these are the ones that matter or could make a difference.

If you’re Sarah Palin, Donald Trump or Jeb Bush, all you have to do is open your mouth and the speculation runs wild and generates news on both sides.  And that is because all any of those three need to do is say, “I’m in” and the entire race changes.

Palin announced in October she wasn’t running for president. Bush has been saying it for two years. But both were  back in the headlines last week with some timely thoughts on American politics and the present GOP field.

Palin might just have been having some fun, but told Fox News it wasn’t too late for someone to get into the Republican contest. Plus the former Alaska governor admitted she wasn’t yet impressed enough with any of the current gang of seven candidates to make her endorsement.

“You know, it’s not too late for folks to jump in. I don’t know, who knows what will happen in the future,” Palin mused. “You know, my endorsement is going to be with sincerity and enthusiasm and I’m just not there yet with the field as it stands.”

Does this mean Palin is reconsidering her decision. There’s no sign one way or the other that she is taking another look. But,  Palin’s comment generated dozens of headlines raising the possibility.  And according to ElectionMeter, she is more popular than Mitt Romney.

ElectionsMeter tracks 90 day popularity trends. In the quarter ending December 23, 2011, Sarah Palin rates higher than Mitt Romney, and the Republican Party as a whole. This is an online poll, so not as scientific as others, but telling none the less.

The most popular person in this poll though isn’t a politician at all. Dr Martin Luther King is by far, the most popular in this poll at 57.6%:

And ditto for Jeb Bush, who was out with an op-ed piece in last week’s Wall Street Journal (See link) on the threat leaders in Washington pose to capitalism and economic freedom.

Again, there is nothing – other than the timing of the piece, just ahead of the Iowa caucuses – to suggest Bush might be giving second thought to a late ‘for the sake of the party’ run in 2012.  But it was enough to generate a lot of speculation.

It has long been assumed that Bush, if he was ever to run for president, would wait until 2016, giving some space between his candidacy and his brother George W. Bush’s term in office. And with good reason. If Rick Perry has suffered from the fact that he shares only the title – Texas governor – with George W. Bush, then it’s a safe to say Jeb would suffer from having the same last name. For many Americans, not just Democrats, it’s likely still too soon to even contemplate another Bush in the White House. let along elect one.  But that won’t stop anyone from speculating.

And then there is Donald Trump who just switched parties from Republican to Independent and who has said all along that he was leaving the door open to running as a 3rd party candidate if he was unhappy with the GOP’s nominee.  The fact that each of the present GOP candidates has visited Mecca (Trump Tower) this election season to get Trump’s blessing, advice and perhaps an endorsement and then declined to participate in the NewsMax GOP debate scheduled for December 27th where Trump would have been the host was surely the catalyst for this move.  According to Politico, which first reported Trump's party switch, he will still be able to vote in the New York presidential primary next April. Trump had once also been a registered Democrat.

My thoughts on the Trump are that if his concern is really for the good of the country he should re-register as a Democrat and run against Obama in the Democratic Primary.  There might be enough moderates and Dems just fed –up with Obama that maybe he could beat him and if not he’d weaken him and cause him to have to use up a good chunk of his war chest.  And if he won the Democratic nomination and beat the GOP’s candidate, we’d still be better off.

A straight third party run will guarantee 4 more years of Obama and a move from the United State of America becoming the United Socialist-States of America and a weak contender on the world stage.

As for Palin, I think she is a lot stronger and more popular than we think or than the media has allowed us to think. And I also believe that if she jumped it, it would clear the field.  We’d have Palin and Romney plus Gingrich and Paul for just a short while longer. If she doesn’t run she might be a smart consideration for VP for Mitt Romney who looks like he will be the GOP candidate if Palin doesn’t run.

And as for Jeb, he’d be smart not to jump in now.  The “W” wounds, whether you think fair or not are still too fresh!

2012 will absolutely be the most important election of our lives! Let us make sure that we and everyone we encounter understand what is at stake, why it matters and what is true, as well as to make sure that voter registration, the actual voting process, and the vote count is honest and accurate.

Rather: Realistically, could the fix be put on a national election?

In an earlier clip during this CBS interview, Strauss had dropped this bombshell: "When it comes to computerized elections, there are no safeguards. It's not a door without locks, it's a house without doors."

Voter Fraud for the Completer Idiot

A Doonesbury cartoon on a recent Sunday contained a distillation of a current talking point among progressives: "Question: What fraud? Voter fraud is close to non-existent!"

Progressives think that if they make the above claim as though it were an indisputable fact, it will become a fact. All they have to do is repeat the claim over and over again until it sticks. To wit:

An editorialist for The New York Times asserts: "There is almost no voting fraud in America."

At the Center for American Progress, Eric Alterman writes: "Members of the mainstream media often give too much credence to empty claims of 'voter fraud.'"

At the Brennan Center for Justice, we read: "Allegations of widespread fraud by malevolent voters are easy to make, but often prove to be inflated or inaccurate."

In The Nation, left-wing firebrand Katrina Vanden Heuvel alleges: "Voter fraud -- the impersonation of a voter by another person -- is extremely rare in the United States."

An uncouth gal for Daily Kos writes: "Some [Republicans] acknowledge that voter fraud is essentially non-existent." (Who are these Republicans?)

At Mother Jones, we read: "While Republicans have argued such rules are necessary to combat 'voter fraud,' examples of the kind of in-person voter fraud that might be curbed by such requirements are miniscule."

At Slate we read: "Large-scale, coordinated vote stealing doesn't happen."

A lady at Think Progress writes: "Like conservative state legislatures across the country, Maine Republicans have been pushing a Voter ID law, ostensibly to prevent non-existent voter fraud." (Italics added.)

A blogger at Media Matters writes: "Instances of actual voter fraud are very rare."

(There may be a subliminal message in there somewhere.)

The above claims are as absurd as a big-city mayor claiming that last night, no cases of wife-beating occurred in his fair city because, well, no one reported any to the police.

Question: how is a poll worker manning a voting station supposed to know that a voter checking in to vote is about to commit voter fraud -- if that voter is registered?

If the voter's name is on the signature roster, the poll worker must assume that the registrar has thoroughly vetted him and that he is properly registered. What's a poll worker supposed to do if a "suspicious-looking" voter shows his ID (if even required in the state) and is on the list? The poll worker hasn't the means to challenge a voter's registration, nor the time. Besides, that's not his job. To perform his job, the poll worker must depend on the voter registration system.

One way in which voter fraud (illegal voting) is made possible is by the registration of people who aren't eligible to vote. Such registrations are due to fraud (or to error) committed by registrants and even by registrars. But the most important factor contributing to corrupted voter registries is the voter registration system itself.

Voter registration in America is backward and not worthy of a great nation. And despite the fact that registration involves very little information, registrars do not verify the most important requirement for voting in America -- citizenship. The Brennan Center reports:

At least 10 states ... introduced legislation that would require proof of citizenship to register or vote. ... Previously, the only state to attempt to require proof of citizenship was Arizona. That law has been enjoined by a panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which has recently heard that appeal en banc.

So the nation's most progressive circuit court will decide whether Arizonans must share their birthright with foreigners. Immigration Reform Law Institute concludes:

IRLI believes the final outcome of this case will likely define the extent to which states are allowed to prevent non-citizens from being added to their voter rolls. A final decision could affect other states that have enacted laws which require proof of eligibility to vote at registration. Those states have determined that preventing unauthorized voting is in their respective state's interest.

Question: if the final outcome of this case does go in Arizona's favor, will the state's method for verifying the citizenship of voter registrants be sufficient? That is, will Arizona voter registries contain citizens only?

Given the mechanisms of our election systems, voter fraud can be impossible to detect. And if it can't be detected, it can't be quantified. Hence: no voter fraud.

Part of the controversy over "voter fraud," which progressives downplay as voter impersonation, is the term itself. Folks concerned about the integrity of our elections should start using the more inclusive term "election fraud," which includes voter fraud, registration fraud, and other types of fraud, such as fraud committed by election officials.

Republicans don't know precisely how much voter fraud actually occurs -- but then, neither does anyone else. However, voter fraud occurs more frequently than progressives would have us believe, as was ably demonstrated by Hans A. von Spakovsky in an August National Review article:

The claim that there is no voter fraud in the U.S. is patently ridiculous, given our rich and unfortunate history of it. As the U.S. Supreme Court said when it upheld Indiana's photo-ID law in 2008, "Flagrant examples of such fraud . . . have been documented throughout this Nation's history by respected historians and journalists." The liberal groups that fought Indiana's law didn't have much luck with liberal justice John Paul Stevens, who wrote the 6-3 decision. Before being named to the Supreme Court, Justice Stevens practiced law in Chicago, a hotbed of electoral malfeasance.

Requiring photo IDs to vote is better than nothing and may help at the margins, but it isn't going to stop voter fraud. Would poll workers have photos of all registrants on hand to match against the photos presented by voters? (A better solution lies elsewhere.)

The left-wing quotes above don't even rise to the level of speculation; they're part of a deliberate concerted effort to deceive -- a propaganda campaign. Alleging that voter fraud doesn't exist is a straw man designed to divert attention away from other more pressing election problems. Alleging that an undetectable fraud doesn't exist draws attention away from the frauds that can be detected, but aren't. Alleging that voter fraud doesn't exist whitewashes America's voter registration mess.

Progressives allege that new voter ID requirements are meant to suppress turnout, especially of "the wrong kind of people," as the Doonesbury cartoon puts it. But the progressives' resistance to even the most basic safeguards is an attempt to keep elections open to theft. Progressives don't care about the integrity of elections; they just want to win, by whatever means necessary.

America is fast approaching what some think is the most important election in our lives, an election that will determine what kind of nation we are going to be. And yet we come to this critical decision with election systems that can be gamed.

Americans take the integrity of our elections for granted.  Every citizen has an equal right to vote, and every vote cast is counted.  Rubbish.

The voter rolls of this country are stuffed with illegal aliens, felons and dead people, who not only vote, they vote overwhelmingly Democrat. 

Citizens in uniform serving overseas, who might vote Republican, are routinely denied the right to vote when ballots are mailed "too late" to be returned in time to count.  When a Republican wins a close race, uncounted ballots are "found" in the backseat of a Democrat poll worker's car.

American elections are getting more corrupt every election year.

I heard Debbie Wasserperson-Schultz still whining the other day about the 2000 presidential election in Florida.  You know, the one President Gore won, but Bush stole—even though every time the New York Times and other Democrat lapdog media counted and recounted those Florida ballots, Bush still won. 

The Democrats don't care about the facts of Florida 2000.  They need the Gore-win myth to cover their own deliberate corruption of the election process.

Jimmy Carter shows up in every other country's election as a "fairness" monitor.  He ought to stay home and monitor the tide of corrupt elections about to crest  in 2012, when the Democrats plan to steal an Obama reelection win fair and square.

The plan goes something like this.

1)  Sign up illegal aliens to vote.

I walked door-to-door in 2010 canvassing for Republican congressional candidate Van Tran in the Anaheim, Calif.,-area district now represented by Democrat Loretta Sanchez.  Our team ran across people who were listed as registered voters in rolls obtained from the county registrar who openly admitted they were illegal and stated they could not vote and had never voted.

How did the illegals get on the voter roll?  The federal Motor Voter Law requires local welfare offices, social service agencies and motor vehicle departments to offer voter registration forms to everyone who comes in, no questions asked.  ACORN-like groups have long practiced signing up new "voters" at places where illegals congregate. 

In California, the voter registration card requires a check in the box stating you are a citizen of the U.S.  The box is always checked and nobody ever questions it. 

Does the illegal alien actually vote?  Apparently not.  Another box on the registration form requests a permanent mail-in ballot be sent to the "voter." The mailing address is different from the "voter's" residence address, meaning that the the illegal alien "voter" never receives a ballot and never votes.  The mail-in ballots are sent to another location and someone else votes and mails back the ballot for the new "voter."

Random checks of these mailing addresses show the same addresses over and over.  This is election fraud on an organized level.  It's going on now in every state. 

Any attempt to stop this corruption would cause Obama to go to court to defend the right of illegals to register to vote.

The Obama administration is infamously suing Arizona for daring to enforce federal immigration laws that Obama will not enforce.  One such Arizona law requires people registering to vote to provide proof of citizenship.  The case of Gonzalez v. State of Arizona challenges the validity of that law.

Last week, the Obama Justice Department filed a late amicus brief in the Gonzalez case urging the court to find that Arizona may not require information to validate claims of citizenship made on a voter registration form.

2)  Sign up felons to vote.

Following the 2000 showdown in Florida, the Democrats started a nationwide campaign to register felons to vote.  A 2004 editorial in the New York Times, for example, criticized Florida for purging 47,000 felons from the voting rolls while admitting that Florida law barred felons from voting.  The editorial castigated 35 states that likewise had some level of restriction on voting by felons.

Time magazine, The Washington Post, the ACLU and Human Rights Watch all chimed in on the unfairness of barring the felon vote.  The demand for "reform" became universal when polling showed that felons would overwhelmingly vote Democrat.

By 2011, only two states, Kentucky and Virginia, continue to bar felons from voting for life.  All other states have "reformed" their voting laws to allow the felon Democrat vote to be counted in 2012.

3)  Keep the voting dead on the rolls.

Dead Democrat voters are a tradition in Chicago.  Today the tradition is metastasizing to the rest of the country.

In 2011, for example, the state of Ohio reported that 18,500 dead people were still listed as voters.  Local registrars were requested to purge the rolls of dead people as required by Ohio law and apparently not consistently done. 

A report from Houston, Tex., tells of 4,462 dead voters still on the rolls there, many still voting.  Relatives of these dead voters expressed shock that their deceased loved ones were still so involved in politics.

Obama is an activist in this campaign to protect illegal, felon and dead Democrat voters.
A lesser-known provision of the federal Motor Voter law requires all states to make sure no ineligible persons (illegals, felons or dead people) get on the voter rolls.  In November 2009, Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandez (an Obama political appointee) told a stunned gathering of the Justice Department's Voting Section that her office would no longer enforce that section of the law.

Fernandez's exact quote was, "We have no interest in enforcing this provision of the law.  It has nothing to do with increasing turnout, and we are just not going to do it."
All over the country, legislation to require voters to present identification at the polling booth is opposed by Obama's Justice Department. 

Democratic National Committee head Debbie Wasserman-Schultz has claimed that requiring people to present I.D. would deter voting, just as Jim Crow laws in the South used to do.

For the younger reading audience, Jim Crow laws (poll tax, literacy test to vote) were passed by Democrats to stop black American citizens from voting. Stopping ineligible voters protects the rights of all citizens.

Living, law abiding citizens just have to wonder, when they present an I.D. to conduct just about any kind of business in their daily lives, why the integrity of the vote shouldn't be protected by requiring voter I.D. at the polls.

Of course if that were required, Obama might not be reelected.
