Nothing is free... take the governments money through programs, they will tell you what you can and cannot do...

This is why home schooling is becoming so popular. I home school and my kids have ice cream and I supervise it all....what the problem really should be addressing is the lack of phys ed in schools....my kids used to have music twice a week and gym class once in a 6 day cycle...duh! ...Labbs
