This is a huge blow to Egypt's Islamist fascists, because The Brotherhood depends on social welfare organizations that it funds to build up grassroots political support. Even during the time the Brotherhood was officially banned, the Mubarak regime allowed a number of these organizations to continue operating. My guess is that the interim government plans to get rid of the Brotherhood once and for all, to the extent that's possible.
Oddly enough, the verdict not as a diktat from the al-Sissi interim government but from a lawsuit raised by lawyers from the leftist party Tagammu party, accusing the Brotherhood of being a "terrorist" and "exploiting religion in political slogans."
Still to come is the trial of Morsi, al-Badie and other Brotherhood figures. One fact that has emerged recently is that among other things, deposed Brotherhood President Morsi is supposed to have put out a contract on General Al-Sissi prior to Morsi's ouster and arrest.

CAIRO – An Egyptian court on Monday ordered the Muslim Brotherhood to be banned and its assets confiscated in a dramatic escalation of a crackdown by the military-backed government against supporters of the ousted Islamist president Mohammed Morsi.
The ruling opens the door for a wider crackdown on the vast network of the Brotherhood, which includes social organizations that have been key for building the group's grassroots support and helping its election victories. The verdict banned the group itself -- including the official association it registered under earlier this year -- as well as "any institution branching out of it or ... receiving financial support from it," according to the court ruling, made public on Egypt's state official news agency MENA.
The judge at the Cairo Court for Urgent Matters also ordered the "confiscation of all the group's money, assets, and buildings" and said that an independent committee should be formed by the Cabinet to manage the money until final court orders are issued. The verdict can be appealed.
The Brotherhood was outlawed for most of its 85 years in existence. But after the 2011 ouster of autocrat Hosni Mubarak, it was allowed to work openly, formed a political party and rose to power in a string of post-Mubarak elections. In March, it registered as a recognized non-governmental organization.
"This is totalitarian decision," leading group member Ibrahim Moneir said in an interview with Qatari-based Al-Jazeera Mubashir Misr TV. "You are losers and it (the Brotherhood) will remain with God's help, not by the orders by the judiciary of el-Sissi," he added, referring to military chief Gen. Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi, who led the overthrow of Morsi on July 3.
The court did not immediately make public the grounds for its ruling. The verdict came in a suit raised by lawyers from the leftist party Tagammu party, accusing the Brotherhood of being a "terrorist" and "exploiting religion in political slogans." Several other courts are looking into similar suits.
Obama will say whatever is needed in order to win the election. Here is what he said during the 2008 Presidential campaign, but actions speak louder than words and this article examines what he has done.
Obama’s foreign policy of Apology and Appeasement serves a distinct purpose and fits into a clear agenda that has remained elusive until now.
Spurred by the 9/11 terrorist attack in Benghazi which resulted in the murder of four Americans, including US Ambassador Christopher Stevens, investigative journalists around the globe have been laser-focused on finding and delivering the facts surrounding this well-planned terrorist massacre.
But there’s another aspect of what Obama has done with this crisis that’s much bigger than the attack itself. What we’re actually seeing is Obama’s use of specific tactics that we’ve seen him use before. These tactics are used to pro-actively advance his “Muslim World” agenda, which he first spoke about at length in Cairo.
So, what is the agenda? Exploring Obama’s handling of each crisis that’s occurred in the past four years, we can clearly see four key characteristics of his agenda.
First, so that we are clear about this, recall the creed of the Muslim Brotherhood, which has not changed and leaves no doubt that they are a terrorist organization…
“Allah is our objective; the Quran is our law; the Prophet is our leader; Jihad is our way; and dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.”
Here are the four aspects we’ve seen throughout Obama’s Presidency with regard to his “Muslim World” agenda. This may at first seem surprising, but when we look at his actions (more are presented later in this article), we can see these four primary characteristics in play:
Aide the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood and their terrorist organizations:
Obama publicly apologizes to the terrorists for what Americans have done. What does this action do? It provides an excuse/cover for their attacks and creates a narrative which US media spins relentlessly to manipulate Americans into thinking the terrorists may have been justified in their attack. This leads the discussion in a direction that focuses on what America has done, rather than what the terrorists have done. Portraying America as the bad guy facilitates the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood by deflecting attention away from what they’ve done. There are numerous examples – the YouTube video created by an American, the burning of the defiled Qurans by the US military, etc.
Advance the restriction of liberties in the US:
Obama advances his agenda (and Sharia Law by the way) by exacting an assault on our 1st Amendment right to free speech, pronounced by his statement at the UN, “The future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam.”
Obama and Clinton have already signed onto the global blasphemy law (16/18) and Obama is publicly moving Americans in that direction. The gravity of such a move may be lost on most, but for those who are awake and know history, giving the government the power to imprison people for speech is a gateway to hell. It is the polar opposite of America’s foundation, principles, law and culture. We’ve seen this done throughout history in other countries and we know what it means and where it leads.
Another tactic Obama uses to advance his agenda is reflected in what his DHS is doing to American citizens. Think about the NDAA, the modifications he made to the Patriot Act, his TSA, his program called “If you see something, say something,” the huge Utah facility and the Fusion Centers that are collecting massive amounts of data on us, American citizens. 4th Amendment – gone.
Confiscate more of America’s wealth and send it overseas to advance the power of the Muslim Brotherhood:
Obama is using the terrorist attacks as an excuse to siphon more of our tax dollars to Muslim Brotherhood-controlled countries. For Obama, it’s never been about spreading the wealth within the US; it’s all about taking from the US to give to other countries who seek to destroy the US. Our money is being used to empower our enemies and, at the same time, to plunge our nation further into debt and poverty in order to bring about an economic collapse.
Fuel chaos:
As all radical Progressives know, chaos enables radical transformation. Obama’s actions regarding the Muslim World have transformed the Middle East whereby the Muslim Brotherhood has risen to unimaginable heights of power – Egypt being a prime example. Setting the entire Middle East on fire and fueling the chaos with apology and appeasement has been a powerful tool in aiding the rise of America’s enemies. The result is chaos, instability and uncertainty in our own country. Some Americans think we are to blame while others are doing their homework and getting educated about the Muslim World’s goal to destroy Western Civilization.
For those who may be uncertain about whether or not Obama has fueled chaos, ask yourself what actions he has taken that have resulted in stability in the Middle East and here at home. We’ve seen the opposite; under Obama’s reign, the Middle East has been more unstable than we’ve ever seen in our lifetime. Radical transformation is occurring before our very eyes.
Mitt Romney was absolutely correct when he said this, “By failing to maintain the elements of our influence and by stepping away from our allies, President Obama has heightened the prospect of conflict and instability. He does not understand that an American policy that lacks resolve can provoke aggression and encourage disorder.”
It is true that the Middle East is on fire and Obama is fanning the flames by design.
For example, while this administration continued to lie and claim the 9/11 terrorist attack in Benghazi was a spontaneous response to a film, Interim Libyan President Mohammed Magarief said, “It’s a preplanned act of terrorism directed at American citizens.”
Magareif said the “high degree of accuracy” in which the attack was executed—with rocket-propelled grenades and mortar shells—is proof that the assault was preplanned, and not carried out by inexperienced protesters. He said he believes “al-Qaida elements” were involved but stopped short of directly accusing the terrorist group of planning it.
Although the Interim Libyan President told the truth about what has happened in his country, the Obama administration continued to say the opposite, continued to push the American-made YouTube video as the reason for the attack, and Obama’s US media outlets continued to spin in favor of his lies.
Another example is when we saw Obama and Clinton scramble and issue conflicting reports each time new details were revealed. It was obvious that they were not counting on these facts reaching the light of day. As a result, we’ve seen them in auto-shake at times. But the $70,000 ad they ran in the Middle East spoke volumes about their determination to continue to fan the flames of chaos and blame America instead of the terrorists.
One need not be a National Defense expert to see what Obama has been doing. All that’s needed is a willingness to open our eyes and look.
When it comes to all things Middle East, Obama’s actions reflect his deep bow at the feet of those who want to destroy America. Obama doesn’t serve as America’s President, he rules on behalf of those who want to destroy and transform America into something that’s unrecognizable.
If you’re still not sure, ask yourself, “When has Obama defended the US against the Muslim Brotherhood terrorists?” Do an internet search and you will see articles about his defense of the Muslim Brotherhood, but nothing on his defense of the US.
Obama’s incessant berating of the US while deliberately weakening our defenses, elevating the Muslim Brotherhood and aiding their rise to power is stunning and horrifying to those of us who are paying attention.
We watch as media black-outs persist and the propaganda and lies fly faster than the speed of light from him and his media minions.
There is no doubt that the totality of Obama’s actions with regard to the Muslim World tell the story of truth and reveal the dangerous journey we’ve been on for the past four years. Take a look at just some of these actions…
IRAN:
1. To prevent the overthrow of the Iranian government, Obama did not speak publicly in support the people of Iran when they rose up in protest and wanted Ahmadinejad, the Islamic tyrant, removed from power.
2. Throughout his Presidency, Obama has ensured the continuation of Iran’s nuclear missile development while stripping America of our nuclear capabilities and ceding to Russia, an ally of Iran, via the START Treaty. Then Obama is caught on an open mic telling Russia that he only has one more election and then he’ll have more flexibility.
3. Obama publicly ignores Iran’s pronouncement and promise to bring death to America and Israel.
EGYPT:
1. To aide the overthrow of the Egyptian government, Obama supported the “community organized” protests in Egypt (yes, Obama’s Code Pink and others were there), went into auto-shake when he thought Mubarak wouldn’t step down and used the resources of his Presidency to support the Muslim Brotherhood rise to power in Egypt.
2. Obama ignored the fact that a female American reporter was brutally gang-raped and nearly killed during the “community organized” Egyptian protests and he continued to publicly praise the “Arab Spring.”
3. Obama sent weaponry and billions of US taxpayer dollars to Egypt after their Muslim Brotherhood President, Morsi, made it clear that Jerusalem will be the capital of Egypt (i.e. they will kill the Jews and overtake Israel).
LIBYA:
1. To aide the overthrow of the Libyan government, Obama took the US to war under the guise of a dangerous UN Doctrine, “Responsibility To Protect” (R2P) concocted by Anti-Semite Samantha Powers, Obama’s Senior Director of Multilateral Affairs on the Staff of the National Security Council (who happens to be married to Cass Sunstein and supported by George Soros).
2. Obama armed Libyan rebels in defiance of intelligence that indicated Al-Qaeda terrorists were among those rebels. The ex-SEAL that was murdered in Benghazi with Ambassador Stevens stated that their mission was to recover weapons. Surely Obama didn’t want Americans to know that, while he was conducting the illegal war in Libya and telling us there would be no boots on the ground, he did have boots on the ground supplying US weapons to Al-Qaeda terrorists.
3. Obama continues to lie about the pre-planned 9/11 Benghazi terrorist attack. The Obama administration received warning prior to the attack and also denied the Ambassador’s request for protection. We also learned of Obama’s iron cold response of going to bed after receiving the news of Ambassador Stevens’ murder. In addition, when discussing what happened in Benghazi with 60 Minutes, Obama called it a “bump in the road.”

2. Obama changed the rules of engagement and the dramatic rise in the number of soldiers killed and wounded in Afghanistan under Commander In Chief Obama tells us just about everything we need to know about the war in Afghanistan. But wait… there’s more…
3. US Soldiers – Suicide rates increased to levels never seen before under Obama. Here’s a June 2012 article. Here’s a January 2010 article which describes the 2009 suicide rate as follows: “the toll of military suicides last year was the worst since records began to be kept in 1980.”
AMERICA – Obama’s actions as the President of the United States:
The list of Obama’s actions is lengthy, but here are some of them:
Obama’s Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, tells Congress and the American people that the Muslim Brotherhood movement is “largely secular” (“Muslim,” oh really?) that “has eschewed violence” even though we know they are the terrorist umbrella organization that created Al-Qaeda, Taliban, Hezbollah and Hamas as well as CAIR, ISNA, MSA and many other organizations that operate freely in America and have penetrated and infiltrated our government at the highest levels.
Obama supported the release of the Pan Am Flight 103 Libyan terrorist as shown in THIS White House letter.
Obama and Clinton removed restrictions to bring a known terrorist into our White House. This terrorist came to our White House to demand the release of the blind Sheikh, Omar Abel-Rahman, who masterminded the 1993 terrorist attack on the World Trade Center that killed seven Americans and injured a thousand.
Obama has been in talks with the Muslim Brotherhood (including Egypt’s new Muslim Brotherhood President, Morsi) to release the blind Sheikh. It appears highly likely that Obama will release him after the November election whether he wins a second term or not.
Obama gave a deep bow to the Saudi King; never before done by a US President.
Obama supports the Ground Zero Mosque even though more than 70% of New Yorkers are against it and Obama knows that Islam builds Mosque’s at the sites they conquer.
Obama gave a big pay day to Egypt for the release of American hostages. Among the hostages was the son of Ray LaHood, Obama’s Secretary of Transportation.
Obama orders the military to burn Bibles that were sent to our troops in Afghanistan.
Obama apologized for the burning of defiled Korans at a US base in Afghanistan despite the fact that burning them is in accordance with Islamic law. Obama fueled the manufactured outrage against our soldiers which cost American soldiers their lives.
Huma Abedin, close advisor to Clinton, is the daughter of Muslim Brotherhood parents, sister to her Muslim Brotherhood brother and she worked with Muslim Brotherhood operatives until taking a position in Obama’s State Department.
Obama’s community organizers and terrorist Weather Underground friends organized the Gaza Flotilla. When Israeli soldiers boarded the Flotilla and were attacked, the Obama administration lied about what actually occurred by claiming it was the Israeli’s who attacked. His lie was later debunked by the actual video footage.
Obama knows Hezbollah is entering through our southern border, yet he continues his impeachable offense of not enforcing US immigration law so that Hezbollah, drug cartels and other illegals can flow freely into our country.
When we look at the facts and the direction Obama has taken us, there is no doubt his “Muslim World” journey over the past four years has been active, targeted, consistent and deliberate. The consequences of that journey… of Obama’s actions in America and across the globe is visibly profound and indisputably dangerous for our country, our safety and our way of life.

“The Explanatory Memorandum (click here for the original document in Arabic) explains that the Muslim Brotherhood-organized “Islamic Movement” in the US is a “settlement process” to establish itself in the United States and, once entrenched, to undertake a “grand jihad” characterized as a “civilization jihadist” mission under Muslim Brotherhood direction.
Specifically the document describes the “settlement process” as a “grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated.”
The Muslim Brotherhood is relying on non-Muslims in America to aid it, usually inadvertently, to destroy America from within.”
What Obama is doing is not an accident, incompetence or miscalculation. Quite the opposite; Obama is deliberately using his position as President of the United States to advance the reach and power of the Muslim Brotherhood and their Islamic terrorist organizations.
The destination?… Destroy America from within and obliterate Israel.
So you see, Obama’s Apology and Appeasement is a deliberate policy that gives cover to the terrorists in order to strengthen and empower the radical Islamic “Muslim World” while, at the same time, weakening and transforming America to ensure her demise. Fueling chaos, financing their terror and aiding their rise and our fall is on full display for all to see.
I am deeply appalled at the actions of our government, Barack Obama and especially John Kerry. Mortified is probably more descriptive of my feelings, that and an absolute sickening revulsion at what is being done in the name of so-called “Democracy.” If you were not already aware of it, Obama has appointed Senator John Kerry as the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. That’s right, Mr. Swiftboat himself is now doing internationally what he did in the US. Local treason just wasn’t enough – no, he went global.
John “I-served-in-Vietnam” Kerry has taken his wealthy, commie butt over to Egypt where he is proclaiming that the Arab Spring was wildly successful. He has also come to genuflect at the feet of the Muslim Brotherhood who will soon hold bloody reign over that country. Rule that will prove to be even worse than Mubarak and a virtual death sentence for every Coptic Christian in the country.
Morsi, the MB candidate of the Freedom and Justice Party, will most likely win the presidential election this June. If so, Tantawi and the military, bent on maintaining power, may be apt to suspend the election results, dismiss Morsi, and declare martial law. Such in turn could generate an Islamic uprising producing chaos in the country similar to what has been happening in Syria for the past year.
More than 20 Egyptian blogs and online journalists now say that Morsi has promised in an alleged statement he provided privately to a journalist visiting his Cairo office that with his rise to power will come a new Caliphate era in which Muslims will re-open Egypt to Islam one more time (Egypt’s first Islamic “gazwa” was in year 651). According to reports, Morsi has given fair warning to Copts that once he obtains power, Copts must convert to Islam, leave Egypt or relegate to second-class (dhimmi) status. Morsi’s statement, if rumor only, reveals the deepest fears of the people; if factual, it constitutes enough evidence to drown out all hope of achieving pluralism and democracy in Egypt, reversing what protesters set out to gain by ousting Mubarak.
And Kerry has already signaled that the US will deal with the new Islamic leader of Egypt with no bias or preconceptions. Well, how very dhimmi of him, groveling on his knees to the Islamic fascists helping to usher in a new worldwide Caliphate. Knowing Kerry, it is right in character and totally expected. Obama and Kerry have innocent blood all over their hands already with the recent murders of Copts and other Christians in Egypt. You see, they don’t give a damn about the people… This is about power and control and the US is actively aligning itself with the Muslim Brotherhood under the Obama Administration. Our leaders have met with CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood hundreds of times in the White House during this Presidency. Do the math.
The Copts, Christians and bloggers have vowed to fight to the death if need be to protect their homes and their faith. They are very brave indeed and my prayers are with them. I weep for them and feel an intense anger towards our leaders over this. In the media – crickets.
Obama does not hide his preferential treatment of Islam. From WallBuilders:
May 2009 – While Obama does not host any National Day of Prayer event at the White House, he does host White House Iftar dinners in honor of Ramadan.
April 2010 – Christian leader Franklin Graham is disinvited from the Pentagon’s National Day of Prayer Event because of complaints from the Muslim community.
April 2010 – The Obama administration requires rewriting of government documents and a change in administration vocabulary to remove terms that are deemed offensive to Muslims, including jihad, jihadists, terrorists, radical Islamic, etc.
August 2010 – Obama speaks with great praise of Islam and condescendingly of Christianity.
August 2010 – Obama went to great lengths to speak out on multiple occasions on behalf of building an Islamic mosque at Ground Zero, while at the same time he was silent about a Christian church being denied permission to rebuild at that location.
2010 – While every White House traditionally issues hundreds of official proclamations and statements on numerous occasions, this White House avoids traditional Biblical holidays and events but regularly recognizes major Muslim holidays, as evidenced by its 2010 statements on Ramadan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Hajj, and Eid-ul-Adha.
October 2011 – Obama’s Muslim advisers block Middle Eastern Christians’ access to the White House.
February 2012 – The Obama administration makes effulgent apologies for Korans being burned by the U. S. military, but when Bibles were burned by the military, numerous reasons were offered why it was the right thing to do.
This list doesn’t include the fact that Obama’s first speech was to an Islamic country. That he made Islam one of NASA's top 3 priorities - to make Muslims feel great about their contributions. That Obama claims his best friend is the ruler of Turkey and gives advice to his daughters. That his father was a Muslim. That Obama’s State Department has also purged all Christian persecution from Human Right’s reports. And the biggie – he will not act against Iran who is poised to slaughter millions in the name of radical Jihad.
Keeping faith with his Muslim roots, Obama is committing murder by proxy when he supports the Muslim Brotherhood. John Kerry is simply a tool being manipulated to give Obama the distance he needs for this election from the bloodshed in the streets of Cairo and elsewhere in Egypt. I have friends there and family of friends that are dying; America should be ashamed.
The explicit aim of the Istanbul Process -- currently backed by the Obama administration -- is to make it an international crime to criticize Islam.
A Muslim fundamentalist group is organizing a conference focused on turning Austria and other European countries into Islamic states.
The "Caliphate Conference 2012" will be held on March 10 in the Austrian town of Vösendorf, situated just south of Vienna. The main theme of the event will be "The Caliphate: The State Model of the Future."
The conference is being organized by Hizb ut-Tahrir [Party of Liberation], a pan-Islamic extremist group that seeks to establish a global Islamic state, or caliphate, ruled by Islamic Sharia law.
Hizb ut-Tahrir -- which is banned in many countries, including Germany, but is free to operate in Austria -- is virulently opposed to Western capitalism and democracy and seeks to extend the future caliphate to Europe and the United States.
According to a promotional video (in German) for the conference, "the Islamic Caliphate is the only social and political system that has the right solutions to the political, social and economic problems of humanity."
Hizb ut-Tahrir has been banned from holding a similar conference in Belgium that had been scheduled for March 4. The group also organized a Caliphate Conference in Amsterdam last July, 2011, and well as a year earlier in Chicago in June, 2010.
Analysts say the open nature of the conference in Vienna indicates that Hizb ut-Tahrir is enhancing its recruiting efforts among European Muslims.
According to Steven Emerson, a leading authority on Islamic extremist networks, Hizb ut-Tahrir is emulating the three-stage process by which Muslims established the first Islamic caliphate after the death of the Islamic Prophet, Mohammed, in the year 632.
During the first stage, Hizb ut-Tahrir builds a party by cultivating a small number of supporters to engage in recruitment and propaganda. In the second stage (which Hizb ut-Tahrir is now entering in Europe and the United States), the group educates Muslims in order to recruit a larger group of people to join Hizb ut-Tahrir and support its revolution. Finally, having won the support of Muslims, Hizb ut-Tahrir moves to establish a Sharia-ruled Islamic government.
While Muslims are busy working to Islamize the West from within, they simultaneously insist that Westerners should not be allowed to criticize these efforts.
The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), a group of 57 Muslim countries that purports to be the collective voice of the Muslim world, sponsored an anti-Islamophobia symposium in Brussels on February 15 and 16, 2012.
The first-of-its-kind event was entitled "Smearing Islam and Muslims in the Media," and was "aimed at establishing information mechanisms to face up to the slanderous campaigns against Islam in the media."
The workshop was part of the so-called Istanbul Process, an aggressive effort by Muslim countries to make it an international crime to criticize Islam.
The explicit aim of the Istanbul Process is to enshrine in international law a global ban on all critical scrutiny of Islam and Islamic Sharia law.
Based in Saudi Arabia, the OIC has long pressed the European Union and the United States to impose limits on free speech and expression about Islam.
But the OIC has now redoubled its efforts and is engaged in a determined diplomatic offensive to persuade Western democracies to implement United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) Resolution 16/18, which calls on all countries to combat "intolerance, negative stereotyping and stigmatization of … religion and belief." Resolution 16/18, which was adopted at HRC headquarters in Geneva in March 2011, is widely viewed as a significant step forward in OIC efforts to advance the international legal concept of defaming Islam.
However, the HRC resolution -- as well as the OIC-sponsored Resolution 66/167, which was quietly approved by the 193-member UN General Assembly on December 19, 2011 -- remains ineffectual as long as it lacks strong support in the West.
The OIC therefore scored a diplomatic coup when the Obama Administration agreed to host a three-day Istanbul Process conference in Washington, DC on December 12-14, 2011. In doing so, the United States gave the OIC the political legitimacy it has been seeking to globalize its initiative to ban criticism of Islam.
Following the Obama Administration's lead, the European Union now wants to get in on the action by hosting the next Istanbul Process summit.
Up until now, the European Union has kept the OIC initiative at arms-length. But Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, Secretary-General of the OIC, says the EU's recent offer to host the meeting represents a "qualitative shift in action against the phenomenon of Islamophobia," according to the International Islamic News Agency (IINA), the OIC's official news and propaganda organ.
According to the IINA, "The phenomenon of Islamophobia is found in the West in general, but is growing in European countries in particular, in a manner different from that in the US, which had contributed to drafting Resolution 16/18. The new European position represents the beginning of the shift from its previous reserve over the years over the attempts by the OIC to counter 'defamation of religions' in the Human Rights Council and the General Assembly of the United Nations."
The IINA report continues: "Officials in the Cultural Affairs Department of the OIC said that the European Union's offer to host the third meeting (the first was in Istanbul in July, and the second in Washington, DC last December) is considered a promising new possibility of solving this problem. The 'Istanbul Process' will have an added momentum by holding the meeting in Europe, which is more affected by the phenomenon of Islamophobia and hostility towards Islam."
According to the OIC, the anti-Islamophobia workshop in February was of "particular importance" as it was held only weeks before the UN Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva from February 27 to March 23, during which time Resolution 16/18 will come to a second vote.
In September 2011, an OIC organ called the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (IESCO), organized a seminar in Brussels on "how to deal with stereotypical images of Islam in European television programs."
The seminar was designed to help European journalists "identify characteristics of stereotypes about Islam in European television programs, highlight the dangers of defamation of religions, and clarify the distinction between freedom of expression and the right to cultural difference, the commitment to the Islamic cultural identity and the struggle against racism and hatred."
In her latest book titled "Europe, Globalization, and the Coming of the Universal Caliphate," Bat Ye'or, a leading scholar on Islam in the West, writes that the OIC is essentially a "would-be universal caliphate" which exercises significant power through the European Union, the United Nations and other international organizations.
Ye'or describes an OIC strategy manual, "Strategy of Islamic Cultural Action in the West," in which the OIC asserts that "Muslim immigrant communities in Europe are part of the Islamic nation." The document goes on to recommend "a series of steps to prevent the integration and assimilation of Muslims into European culture."
According to Ye'or, "The caliphate is alive and growing within Europe… It has advanced through the denial of dangers and the obfuscating of history. It has moved forward on gilded carpets in the corridors of dialogue, the network of the Alliances and partnerships, in the corruption of its leaders, intellectuals and NGOs, particularly at the United Nations."
Makes you wonder doesn’t it…? Can you imagine having a Christian demonstration against Islam in downtown Baghdad?

On Tuesday night, I watched the harrowing Frontline: The Dancing Boys of Afghanistan which exposed an ancient practice known as as "bacha bazi" which, literally translated, means 'boys' play'.
This illegal practice exploits orphans and street boys, and has been revived by powerful warlords, businessmen and military commanders in Afghanistan. These men dress the boys in women's clothes, who are trained to sing and dance for their enjoyment. The dancing boys are also used sexually by these men.
This is outstanding journalism by Afghan journalist Najibullah Quraishi, and my hat's off to PBS and to the Frontline producers for doing such an admirable job. I was particularly impressed by Quraishi and his producers' attempts to arrange the rescue of one of the dancing boys profiled in the film, an 11-year-old boy bought from an impoverished rural family.
In contrast with other productions (see my post of yesterday, for instance) the 11-year boy's face was blurred throughout the film to preserve his anonymity and self-respect.
Homosexuality is forbidden in Islam, and yet pederasty and boy concubinage has had a long history in the Persian cultural world which includes much of Afghanistan.
Women, children of both sexes, animals, Christians, Jews… who is not in line for their abuse? Yet, these are the people we are allowing to use the (our) U.S. Constitution against us… Wake-up America! You just need to look at practices in the Middle East and Europe to see what is coming!! Court orders Google and Facebook to remove all anti-Islamic content
Social websites including Google and Facebook have been ordered by an Indian court to remove all 'anti-religious' and 'anti-social' content within six weeks.
On Saturday a Delhi Court ordered 22 social networking sites, including Yahoo and Microsoft, to wipe the objectionable and defamatory contents and file compliance reports by February 6, 2012.
Additional Civil Judge Mukesh Kumar passed the order on a suit filed by Mufti Aijaz Arshad Qasmi seeking to restrain the websites from circulating objectionable and defamatory contents.
Qasmi had objected to a number of images on the websites which he complained would cause 'irreparable loss and injury to the people who are offended by them'.
He argued that some of the images defamed Hindu gods, Prophet Mohammed and other religious figures, India Today website reported.
The order will raise serious questions about how users' posts and opinions will be edited, censorship and freedom of expression.
On December 22 Judge Kumar had issued summonses to the social networking sites, demanding they remove photographs, videos or texts that might offend religious sentiments, the Hindustan Times website reported.
The order comes a day after a criminal court issued summonses to the sites for facing trial for allegedly webcasting objectionable contents.
Santosh Pandey, appearing for complainant Mufti Aijaz Arshad Qasmi, told The Hindu Times after the court hearing that the websites have to submit a report to the court by February 6 describing the action they had taken to remove the contents from the websites.
Representatives of Yahoo India Pvt Ltd and Microsoft told the court that they had not got copies of the order and complaint against them, but Qasmi's counsel told the court that he would supply the relevant documents to them, according to the Hindustan Times.
The order comes at a controversial time as IT minister Kapil Sibal had recently discussed with representatives of some of the companies ways to guarantee the offensive contents are not posted.
India Today quoted him as saying: 'There were some demeaning, degrading, clearly pornographic depictions of gods and goddesses which no reasonable, sensible person anywhere in the world would accept, on any site.
The minister insisted he was not smothering free speech but was suggesting screening possible 'incendiary' material.
The Hindu Times reported Facebook India, Facebook, Google India Pvt Ltd, Google Orkut, Youtube, Blogspot, Microsoft India Pvt Ltd, Microsoft, Zombie Time, Exboii, Boardreader, IMC India, My Lot, Shyni Blog and Topix were all given the order.
A Google spokesperson told the website: 'We comply with valid court orders wherever possible, consistent with our long standing policy.
'We're yet to receive the details of this order and can't comment on this specific case.'
An investigation of President Obama and his administration must commence immediately.
Tarek Fatah, founder of the Muslim Canadian Congress, author and self-described Liberal Democrat Marxist Muslim who campaigned for Barack Obama, revealed the identity of Obama’s White House appointees who have ties to the Muslim Brotherhood (see Muslim Brotherhood in our White House – Vetting Obama).
Obama’s appointees could access sensitive military and National Defense information while in our White House, to include military missions that were planned for SEAL Team Six. Important questions surround the murder of 30 U.S. special operations troops, which included 17 members of Navy SEAL Team Six.
An investigation is fully warranted, starting with the takedown of Osama bin Laden by SEAL Team Six in May 2011, their subsequent murder on August 6, 2011 and the actions of Barack Obama and his appointees before, during and after these events.
Questions That Must Be Answered:
· Why did Obama release the identity of SEAL Team Six as the specific team that took out Osama bin Laden?
Never before has a sitting U.S. President done this. Releasing their identity puts a bulls-eye on their backs by providing Al Qaida, Hamas and the Taliban (terrorist groups created by the Muslim Brotherhood) with the information they need to target those specific soldiers. It also openly provided their identity to White House appointees who have alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Now all that was needed was the time and location of a future mission for SEAL Team Six in order to take them out and avenge the death of Osama bin Laden, which appears to have happened.
· Did Obama’s appointees know, in advance, that members of SEAL Team Six would be in that chopper at that location when it was taken down by terrorists?
If not, how is it that the terrorists were in that exact location at that exact time, fully equipped with the artillery needed to destroy the chopper and all who were on board?
· Why were the SEALs in a standard Chinook chopper instead of the Boeing MG-47E/G (the ‘Darkhorse’ which is a SPECOPS Chinook used by SEAL Teams)?

Never before has a sitting U.S. President done this. Informing America’s enemies that we have lost our most well trained elite force of SEAL Team Six soldiers and SPECOPS troops provides a direct signal of vulnerability and weakness in America’s military capabilities. It would be difficult to imagine that Obama would not realize the emboldening of America’s enemies that this would cause, to the direct endangerment of the precious lives of our armed forces.

Obama’s Outreach to the Muslim Brotherhood:
Cozying up to known terrorist leaders who say they want to destroy America and doing their bidding by going against America’s closest allies because they are targets of these terrorists is dangerous. The Muslim Brotherhood has stated plainly that they seek to destroy “little Satan” (Israel) and “big Satan” (America). Obama’s actions with regard to the Muslim Brotherhood and those who have ties to these terrorists is beyond comprehension. In the article, “Palling Around with Terrorists,” the following was noted – with links that provide the details:
“Obama and Hillary Clinton are reaching out to the Muslim Brotherhood, a radical Islamic fundamentalist group committed to the destruction of America, Britain and Israel and identified as a terrorist organization by the U.S.
· Obama sells tanks and weaponry to the Islamists in Egypt who want to suspend the treaty with Israel and annihilate them. They have formed a NAZI party that is gaining strength in Egypt today.
Obama called for Israel to return to the 1967 borders on May 19, 2011, knowing full well that Israel will be unable to protect their people from annihilation with those indefensible borders. Yet when he campaigned for the Presidency, Obama said on June 4, 2008, that he would stand with Israel if he were elected President.

It is difficult to imagine defending pedophilia at all, let alone issuing a religious decree officially condoning it through the act of marriage. Yet that is what one Saudi cleric has reportedly done by issuing a fatwa defending Muslim “child marriage” or, pedophilia.
Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, a cleric in Saudi Arabia’s highest religious council, has reportedly issued a fatwa asserting that there is no minimum age for marriage and that girls can be married “even if they are in the cradle.”
Appearing in Saudi papers on July 13, the fatwa complains that “Uninformed interference with Sharia rulings by the press and journalists is on the increase, posing dire consequences to society, including their interference with the question of marriage to small girls who have not reached maturity, and their demand that a minimum age be set for girls to marry.”
Fawzan insists that nowhere does Sharia set an age limit for marrying girls: like countless Muslim scholars before him, he relies on Koran 65:4, which discusses marriage to females who have not yet begun menstruating (i.e., are prepubescent) and the fact that Muhammad, Islam’s role model, married Aisha when she was 6-years-old, “consummating” the marriage—or, in modern parlance, raping her—when she was 9.
FP reports that the point of the fatwa is not so much that girls as young as 9 can follow Muhammad’s example and have sexual intercourse, but that there is in fact no age limit at all for the children to be taken as wives. FP asserts the only question posed by the cleric is whether the child is literally physically capable of “bearing the weight” of her new husband, or, molester.
Fawzan reportedly illustrates this point by quoting Ibn Batal’s authoritative religious text Sahih Bukhari:
The ulema [Islam’s interpreters] have agreed that it is permissible for fathers to marry off their small daughters, even if they are in the cradle. But it is not permissible for their husbands to have sex with them unless they are capable of being placed beneath and bearing the weight of the men. And their capability in this regard varies based on their nature and capacity. Aisha was 6 when she married the prophet, but he had sex with her when she was 9 [i.e., when she was deemed capable].
Fawzan then reportedly concludes his fatwa with the warning:
“It behooves those who call for setting a minimum age for marriage to fear Allah and not contradict his Sharia, or try to legislate things Allah did not permit. For laws are Allah’s province; and legislation is his excusive right, to be shared by none other. And among these are the rules governing marriage.”
FP reminds us that Fawzan is not the first Islamic leader to legitimize pedophilia in Islam and that the former grand mufti of Saudi Arabia himself also supported “child-marriage,” citing the Quran and Sunna as proof.
Needless to say many young girls are falling victim such rulings. FP relates the circumstances surrounding the horrific death of a 13 year old girl who was reportedly raped and killed by her husband:
Recall, for instance, the 13-year-old girl who died while her much older husband was copulating with her (it was later revealed that, due to her reluctance, he was tying her up and “raping” her—as if there is another way to describe sex with children); or the 12-year-old who died giving birth to a stillborn; or the 10-year-old who made headlines by hiding out from her 80-year-old “husband.”
But there are likely numerous other instances that go unreported as the victims’ fear bringing any attention that might result in further abuse, or even their murder.
Where are the human rights abuse investigations at times like these?
Wake up America… Freedom of Religion does not apply here and Islam is a plot to over throw our way of life, common decency and our government. Stop the onslaught of Sharia Law in the U.S. now!

BUDAPEST, Hungary (The Blaze/AP) — The Obama administration is reaching out to the Muslim Brotherhood in a “limited” effort to build ties and promote democratic principles ahead of Egypt’s upcoming parliamentary and presidential elections.
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton says the U.S. isn’t adopting a new policy. She says the administration wants to engage all Egyptian groups as long as they espouse nonviolence.
“We believe, given the changing political landscape in Egypt, that it is in the interests of the United States to engage with all parties that are peaceful, and committed to non-violence, that intend to compete for the parliament and the presidency,” Clinton told reporters at a news conference.
“Now in any of those contacts, prior or future, we will continue to emphasize the importance of and support for democratic principles and especially a commitment to non-violence, respect for minority rights, and the full inclusion of women in any democracy.”
Clinton says the hardline group also must respect minority rights and the full inclusion of women in the political sphere.
The Brotherhood favors a regime guided by Islamic Sharia law and was outlawed under former strongman Hosni Mubarak. It also reportedly birthed the major terrorist group, Hamas.
Israel is wary of any engagement with the Muslim Brotherhood because of the hostility some of its members have expressed toward the Jewish state.
For conservatives, the mere mention of George Soros joining forces with the Muslim Brotherhood conjures images of an unholy alliance forged in the fiery pits of Mordor.
Yet according to several reports, including one from FrontPageMag on Monday, that alliance is in fact being forged. The reports connect George Soros to the Muslim Brotherhood through his various shadow organizations including the International Crisis Group and his new spokesmen, Marwan Muasher and Mohamed ElBaradei. Soros along with Muasher and ElBaradei have consistently been featured in media downplaying the threat of the Muslim Brotherhood — and even urged the Egyptian government to “normalize” relations with the militant group earlier in the year. Never failing to miss an opportunity to undermine the U.S. and Israel, Soros is working tirelessly to help the enemy of his enemies.
Consistently referring to Israel as the “stumbling block” to peace in the Middle East, Soros makes no bones about his hopes for the Brotherhood. He even heartily encouraged giving the Muslim Brotherhood a place at Egypt‘s table when the country’s streets erupted into flames of dissent earlier this year.
FrontPage observes:
The numerous ties of Soros and his Shadow Party cohorts have been documented; they include the master puppeteer’s own Open Society Institute and various anti-Western Islamist groups in the revolutions. It has been confirmed, for instance, that the International Crisis Group (ICG), led in part by Soros, has long petitioned for the Egyptian government to “normalize” ties with the previously banned Brotherhood – for example, in a June 2008 report called “Egypt’s Muslim Brothers: Confrontation or Integration?” And this talking point is echoed by Brian Katulis, senior fellow at the Soros-funded Center for American Progress: “Any real democratic opening would lead to greater participation of groups like the Muslim Brotherhood in a future Egyptian government.”
To delve deeper Muasher, former deputy prime minster of Jordan, oversees research at the Soros-funded Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
In a recent interview with prominent TV journalist Christiane Amanpour, who never misses an opportunity to promote repellent moral relativism about fundamentalist Islam, Middle East analyst Marwan Muasher declared, “The Muslim Brotherhood has been used for a long time as a scare tactic” (emphasis added). This eyebrow-raising dismissal of legitimate concerns about the world’s largest Islamist movement went unchallenged by Amanpour – no surprise there – although Muasher did weakly concede this: “that is not to say they don’t have designs.”
Considering these “designs,” the group’s swift, successful entrenchment around the globe, and its spawning of such alumni as current al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri, only the willfully naive or complicit could claim that the Brotherhood shouldn’t be taken seriously as a threat.
Whichever Muasher is guilty of, he feels perfectly comfortable inviting the Brotherhood into the political mix of the Arab world’s current turmoil. A recent report reveals that Muasher, a former Jordanian diplomat, has praised the revolutions rocking the region and has called for the inclusion of Islamist groups in any pluralistic, fledgling democracies that may emerge. The ostensible reasoning is that Muslim fundamentalists like the Brotherhood have a legitimate role to play and deserve to be allowed to compete on the supposedly level playing field of the marketplace of ideas. It might even temper their radicalism.
ElBaradei, on the other hand, sits on the board of Soros’ International Crisis Group and is reportedly seeking to run for president in Egypt.
(Not coincidentally, Mohamed ElBaradei sits on the board of Soros’ ICG, along with others who advocate dialogue with Hamas, the Muslim Brothers’ violent Palestinian branch. And as I have written elsewhere, “as the former head of the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency… ElBaradei repeatedly stonewalled international efforts to put the brakes on Iran’s ambitions.” No friend of Israel or America, he.)
But by calling for the Muslim Brotherhood to be given a seat at the table and a hand in fashioning the future of the Arab world, George Soros may be biting off more than he can chew with this alliance of convenience
A Washington Post OpEd written by Soros in February perhaps revealed the first signs of Soros’ Muslim Bortherhood sympathies blooming. After unilaterally deciding America’s power and influence in the world had all but vanished, Soros trivialized American and Israeli fears over the civil unrest in Egypt, and dismissed the idea that dissidents who sought to topple the Mubarak regime would be be hostile to Israel. Soros even went so far as to say the dissidents were “not advancing a theocratic agenda at all.” Soros then praised the only organized political force in the region: you guessed it — the Muslim Brotherhood.
Regarding Egypt, Soros wrote:
President Obama personally and the United States as a country have much to gain by moving out in front and siding with the public demand for dignity and democracy. This would help rebuild America’s leadership and remove a lingering structural weakness in our alliances that comes from being associated with unpopular and repressive regimes. Most important, doing so would open the way to peaceful progress in the region. The Muslim Brotherhood’s cooperation with Mohamed ElBaradei, the Nobel laureate who is seeking to run for president, is a hopeful sign that it intends to play a constructive role in a democratic political system. As regards contagion, it is more likely to endanger the enemies of the United States – Syria and Iran – than our allies, provided that they are willing to move out ahead of the avalanche.
The main stumbling block is Israel. In reality, Israel has as much to gain from the spread of democracy in the Middle East as the United States has. But Israel is unlikely to recognize its own best interests because the change is too sudden and carries too many risks.
Let’s clarify:
The U.S. would repair its alleged “structural weakness” and “have much to gain” by aiding dissidents — dissidents America knew nothing about — topple a sitting regime with which it already had good relations.
Israel is a “stumbling block” because she fears the obvious risks associated with the establishment of an Israel-hostile Egyptian regime — yet fails to see how embracing such a regime would be in her “own best interests.”
The Muslim Brotherhood, with its history of violence, allegedly shows promising signs it intends to embrace democracy because it cooperated with one Mohamed ElBaradei, “Nobel laureate. If past Nobel prize winners are any indication, that’s not exactly encouraging.
Well that certainly is some Orwellian logic Soros has going for him.
WorldNetDaily also reveals additional details about ICG’s “Egypt’s Muslim Brothers Confrontation or Integration” report. ICG allegedy implored the Egyptian regime to allow Muslim Brotherhood to participate in political life and trivialized Egypt’s crackdown on the Brotherhood as “dangerously short-sighted.”
The ICG report also allegedly called on then President Hosni Mubarak to allow the “establishment of a political party with religious reference” i.e. Muslim Brotherhood.
While Soros heads the executive committee for ICG, some of its U.S. board members raise eyebrows as well. According to WorldNet:
