Israel: Time’s Up

clip_image002

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton – the NoisyRoom

As the clock runs down and the urgency mounts, the Administration continues to douse Israel’s hopes of surviving an apocalyptic confrontation with Iran. Amid laughable claims from the White House of cooperation with Israel having never been closer, the war drums with Iran are louder than ever and the dark, threatening clouds of destruction over Israel loom ever lower. If death weren’t descending on us, I would have to get a hold of myself to stop laughing over that claim. Yes, our support of Israel is so overt, it’s covert. In fact, it is non-existent. Obama and his administration have engaged in repeated instances of disrespecting Christianity and Judaism, and Israel in particular, while openly praising and supporting all things Islam, even unto its most extreme manifestations. Talk about keeping faith with his Muslim roots!

As Americans are embroiled in political theater, Israel faces an existential threat with Iran. It is coming… in July alone 70,000 gas masks were doled out and a record number of bomb shelters were sold and built. Many in Israel are renovating bomb shelters in their apartment buildings or sealing rooms, so they can provide protection in the event of biological and chemical attacks. Hmmm… Maybe that should also be on American’s to-do lists. Just sayin’. Some of Israel’s local authorities are also getting ready. In Tel Aviv, they have unveiled plans to put up about 800,000 residents in 60 underground parking lots in case of an attack. Serious business indeed.

But never fear, our intrepid leaders are on top of things – not. Unless of course you count Obama sending a diplomat from the US with Ban Ki-Moon to Tehran’s hosting of the 16th Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) conference this last week – I notice that didn’t even make the news. It is also being reported that Netanyahu got into a diplomatic shouting match with US Ambassador Dan Shapiro over President Barack Obama’s handling of Iran’s nuclear program, saying “time has run out” for diplomacy. Truer words were never shouted. Time’s up.

Independence Day | Movie Trailer | Review

And while Israel prepares for the end of the world as they know it, Iran has doubled its nuclear development. And their good buds the Russians, are developing a sea-based space-defense system. This blog has long contended the Russkies will use Iran and the other radical Islamic countries to do as much of their dirty work as possible in a long planned for conquest. But Russia is not alone. Oh no… North Korea has made “significant” nuclear reactor progress according to the IAEA. Tick… China is the world’s new ascending military power. Tick, tick… And, wait for it, police in Bolivia confiscated around two tons of uranium found near the U.S. and Spanish embassies in the capital, La Paz last week. Geez, wonder what that was going to be used for? Nothing to see here… tick, bloody tock.

The White House and the Obama administration are using Taqiyya and are telling outright lies about cooperating with Israel to infidel Americans, while stabbing her in the back and promising the kill to Iran. They are doing this using their lap dogs, the American mainstream media, to spew propaganda that would make Joseph Goebbels proud and is reminiscent of Nazi Germany. They are playing out the clock to ensure Iran has time to fully arm and carry out their bloody jihad. Only the intentionally deaf, dumb and blind don’t see this. We are repeating horrific history.

While alleging ‘cooperation’ with Israel, the US is now scaling back participation in military drills with them. Pulling two-thirds of our troops, trying to ensure that we hobble Israel in a strike on Iran and offer their exposed heart for a swift death blow. I can’t stand it – it is so unfathomably evil, I get literally sick thinking of it. Even TIME has openly reported it:

Basically what the Americans are saying is, ‘We don’t trust you,’” a senior Israeli military official tells TIME.

The reductions are striking. Instead of the approximately 5,000 U.S. troops originally trumpeted for Austere Challenge 12, as the annual exercise is called, the Pentagon will send only 1,500 service members, and perhaps as few as 1,200. Patriot anti-missile systems will arrive in Israel as planned, but the crews to operate them will not. Instead of two Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense warships being dispatched to Israeli waters, the new plan is to send one, though even the remaining vessel is listed as a “maybe,” according to officials in both militaries.

A Pentagon spokesperson declined to discuss specifics of the reduced deployment, noting that planning for the exercise was classified. But in an e-mailed statement, Commander Wendy L. Snyder emphasized that the Israeli military has been kept informed of the changes. “Throughout all the planning and coordination, we’ve been lock-step with the Israel Defense Force (IDF) and will continue to do so,” Snyder said.

U.S. commanders privately revealed the scaling back to their Israeli counterparts more than two months ago. The official explanation was budget restrictions. But the American retreat coincided with growing tensions between the Obama and Netanyahu administrations on Israel’s persistent threats to launch an airstrike on Iran. The Islamic Republic would be expected to retaliate by missile strikes, either through its own intermediate range arsenal or through its proxy, the Hizballah militia, which has more than 40,000 missiles aimed at Israel from neighboring Lebanon.

clip_image004

It’s true that we need to cut in every way here fiscally at home, but this is not the time to effectively neuter our military and throw our staunchest ally, Israel, under the Islamic bus. I believe under a Romney Presidency, we will come to the aid of Israel and be there should she need us. That we will finally be on the right side of history and God. Enough of the evil, Marxist dogma being shoved on us and the world. The question is, will the clock run out before we get rid of Obama?

While we sit on our ‘collective’ butts and Obama calls for more diplomacy and patience so our enemies can fulfill their nihilistic agendas, Iran came out this morning and stated that if the US attacks Syria, game on. Not only that, but Iran is going to hold a massive air defense drill in October. Honestly, do you think that is for show? When murderous theocracies speak, the world and especially America should listen.

Iran will hold a massive air defense drill in October incorporating aerial and ground forces, Iranian air defense commander Brigadier General Farzad Esmaili announced on Saturday.

Esmaili said that the maneuver will include all of the Iranian army’s air defense systems, as well as Iranian air force fighter jets, and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.

This proclamation came the day after the US scaled back the American-Israel military drill. Just a coincidence I’m sure. Everything you see happening is a build up to a confrontation timed around the US presidential election and a confrontation between Iran and Israel with a whole host of players including America.

The time has come for a line to be drawn:

JERUSALEM, Sept 2 (Reuters) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged world powers on Sunday to set a “clear red line” for Tehran’s atomic programme that would convince Iran they were determined to prevent it from obtaining nuclear arms.

Netanyahu’s remarks suggested a growing impatience with Israel’s main ally, the United States, and other countries that have been pressing him to give diplomacy and sanctions more time to work and hold off on any go-it-alone strike on Iran.

And…

“I believe the truth must be stated: The international community is not placing a clear red line for Iran and Iran does not see international resolve to stop its nuclear programme,” Netanyahu told his cabinet.

“Unless Iran sees this clear red line and this clear resolve it will not stop moving forward with its nuclear programme, and Iran must not have nuclear weapons,” he said, repeating his view that sanctions so far have not curbed Tehran’s atomic ambitions.

The clock is ticking and all of us are just about out of time. Obama knows he cannot win this election and will use a ‘scorched earth’ policy on his way out, doing as much damage as possible. This includes releasing the Blind Sheik and hobbling Israel so she can be slaughtered. Will we do nothing to stop this? Will our only obvious support continue to be running out Israel’s clock? Does Israel have to be a smoking hole and EMPs have to drop on America before we finally wake up?

I’m ‘Just’ A Blogger

clip_image002

By: Terresa Monroe-Hamilton - The NoisyRoom

From The Honolulu Advertiser: In 1728, Ben Franklin opened a printing office in Philadelphia. He produced a newspaper called The Pennsylvania Gazette and his annual Poor Richard’s Almanack.

Journalism used to be an honorable profession dating back to the time of the heralds. Journalism is writing history in real time. It isn’t the business of peering backwards through a glass darkly in a retrospective. It isn’t consensus. It isn’t repeating the meme. It isn’t filtered for political correctness or partisanship. It’s raw and, in its pure form, the unvarnished reality – the deeply disturbing photo of a summary execution, the hysterical observation of the conflagration of a crashing Zeppelin or the fearless observation that a government official has violated both the law of the land – even including the Constitution – and international treaties by supplying arms to active criminals in a subversive effort to abrogate the rights of his own citizenry.

Journalism isn’t who you are, journalism is what you do. It is the courage to tell the truth regardless of personal risk. And so it used to be; today though, we live in an age where being a “professional journalist” means having a license to lie.

When I first saw the video above, I was overcome by several emotions. The first of which was incredulity closely followed by anger as I just could not believe how viciously Juan Williams attacked Michelle Malkin, slinging at her what he considered an insult: “I’m a real reporter, I’m not a blogger out in the blogosphere somewhere…” He couldn’t debate her in the present with a solid retort, so he resorted to what he deemed insults. When Williams was unjustly fired from NPR, the entire conservative blogosphere stood up as one and defended him vociferously. Let’s see, it took him a matter of seconds to revert to his bitter liberal ways, I believe. Juan, I’ve got news for you. The old media is dead, not dying, dead. The new media is what real journalism is – unfettered, real and in your face. A reporter used to make his bones as a journalist by breaking a big story and I do believe you’ve forgotten what that is like. You can just toddle off back to your dinosaur media roots, where all you have to do is look good and pretend to be wise while your viewership slips into oblivion. It’s time for the big boys and girls to roll up their sleeves and do the real work you faux journalists can’t be bothered to do.

If being a true journalist is defined by bravery, ethics, excellent writing and oratory skills – well Juan Williams doesn’t begin to compare to Michelle Malkin. He also obviously has poor manners and is like a cornered badger when he is losing an argument – he bites first and asks questions later (in an arrogant, condescending manner of course). Malkin is a true reporter of the first order and here’s one for ya, Juan… people actually read what she writes and listen to what she says. I’m sure that is a foreign concept to you.

I could not be at Right Online 2012 in Vegas this year, but I listened to Michelle in the above video. She was incredible! And I am sure that Andrew Breitbart is looking down from heaven and smiling that impish smile of his. I know he would be very proud of Michelle and all the other bloggers who are carrying on and fighting the fight of our lives. Bloggers are exposing tyranny and corruption wherever they find it regardless of credit or fame. Because that is what real journalists do, that is what bloggers do.

I have been blogging for about 11 years now. Neal Boortz gave me my first break and I will miss him – he’s retiring this year and Herman Cain will take his place. Michelle Malkin was actually one of the first people who got me looking into Progressives and the Obama administration. Trevor Loudon was the other. Both are giants in the reporting world and both are mentors of mine. Most of the information out there today came from bloggers – you just don’t hear it on the “news.” The mainstream media is in the bag for the Obama administration and many, if not most, are Marxists. Yep, I went there.

So, ask yourself this, whom do you trust? Those that hobnob with Marxists and hate this country and our Constitution or the bloggers who uncover the truth, sometimes risking their lives to do so? We do this in our spare time with no pay and little gratitude and lots of hate. I’m just a blogger, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world, just for freedom.

TSA… Really?

TSA - Really

Muslim @TSA agent feeling up a Nun ! - Islam is not a religion, it's a ideology of Jihad against infidels. #tcot yfrog.com/keehakalj

SOPA, PIPA, NDAA…

Video:  NDAA Floor Speech Jan 18 2012

Here is a little chart that shows money's known to have been given to representative's with their hand stretched out HERE

SOPA and PIPA Sponsors Caving-In To Opposition

Rand Paul promises to filibuster ‘censor the Internet’ legislation

Photo: AP

Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul announced Wednesday that he would filibuster any attempt by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to bring the Protect IP Act (PIPA) to a vote.

PIPA, the Senate version of the Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA), is being sponsored by Vermont Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy and pushed by Reid as a “job creator.”

The bills would ostensibly crack down on online copyright infringement, but critics contend that the legislation would also challenge free speech and the ability of large websites to function.

Texas Republican Rep. Lamar Smith, the sponsor of SOPA, announced Tuesday that the bill would continue to undergo markup in the House Judiciary Committee, which he chairs, in February.

An unprecedented online protest by companies opposed to the bills occurred Wednesday. Online encyclopedia Wikipedia, social news website Reddit and the classifieds site Craigslist all blocked their U.S. versions in protest and directed visitors to contact their elected officials.

“Both PIPA and SOPA give the federal government unprecedented and unconstitutional power to censor the Internet,” Paul said in a statement. “These bills enable the government to shut down websites that it deems guilty of violating copyright laws.”

Paul continued: “While we support copyright protections, we are also concerned about websites being shut down without their day in court, and making innocent third parties bear the costs of solving someone else’s problems.

“I will not sit idly by while PIPA and SOPA eliminate the constitutionally protected rights to due process and free speech. For these reasons, I have pledged to oppose, filibuster and do everything in my power to stop government censorship of the Internet,” Paul said.

For local newspaper for publishing as public notice:

PROCLAMATION,    NOTICE,    AND     DEMAND

WHEREAS on December 31, 2011, the acting-president of THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA, Inc. (U.S. Inc.) signed into law an abomination titled the “National Defense Authorization Act”, also known as the “NDAA” or “S-1867”; and

WHEREAS, according to the NDAA, the territories of these united states of America have been declared a battleground wherein the American people may now be arrested by the military forces of the U.S. Inc. and detained indefinitely without being charged with a crime, without the right to a phone call, without the right to legal counsel, and without the right to a fair hearing or a speedy trial; and

WHEREAS the NDAA specifies that detainees will be treated as enemy combatants and that the military resources of U.S. Inc., personnel, equipment and contractors, may be used on American soil, against the American people, in every city and neighborhood of this now declared “American battleground”; and

WHEREAS said detainees may be tortured, transported, and/or held in detention facilities anywhere in the world, for any length of time; and

WHEREAS Detainees may only be granted a military tribunal at the sole discretion of the military forces of the U.S. Inc.; and

WHEREAS the NDAA circumvents lawful due process in its entirety, violates the Constitution for these united states of America, violates Posse Comittatus, and repeals the Bill of Rights; and

WHEREAS the NDAA effectively creates Martial Law, and creates a Military Dictatorship under the control of the acting corporate president; and

WHEREAS the lawful jurisdiction of the U.S. Inc. does not extend beyond the 10 square miles known as the District of Columbia; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Inc. has repeatedly exceeded their lawful jurisdiction and encroached upon and into the several foreign sovereign states both by physical presence, legislative decree, and unlawful mandates; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Inc. has repeatedly exceeded the lawful jurisdiction and lawful authority authorized to the federal government by our lawful constitution and then violated the constitutional rights of all the foreign sovereign states and their sovereign Citizens with their acts of surveillance, searches, seizures, and arrests therein; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Inc. having confiscated all the real money of the people of this country with the confiscation of the gold in 1934 and having made the use of counterfeit fiat currency produced by private bankers compulsory; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Inc. has allowed our money to be created by, and subsequently borrowed from, foreign private bankers without restraint and charged the interest promised to these private foreign bankers to the sovereign people of the many sovereign states without authorization by either the constitution or the sovereign people; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Inc. has brought onto our shores International Laws of Commerce, aka the U.C.C. code, and created a "legal" system with which to replace the rule of law, aka our constitutional law and the common law of the land in an effort to overthrow our lawful form of government; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Inc. has replaced all our lawful Article III judicial courts with Article I and II courts of summary judgment; and

WHEREAS the U.S. Inc. has made every effort to supplant the natural God given rights of the sovereign peoples of this nation with government granted "privileges" which are granted or removed at their whim and by their decree;

THEREFORE, WE, the sovereign people of these united states of America, FORMALLY DECLARE that the elected officials who signed this treasonous legislation have, by their deeds,  created a state of war between the people of these united states and the corporation of THE UNITED STATES, Inc., which is based in the District of Columbia and is a foreign power in relation to the sovereign states and the sovereign people domiciled therein;

THEREFORE, WE, the sovereign people of these united states of America, FORMALLY DECLARE that those federal elected officials, acting as individuals and as a group, have repeatedly and consistently violated the supreme law of this land, have violated their oath of public office, and have, by their acts and deeds, declared war upon the people of this country.

Those elected official trustees, in having signed to pass this unlawful act, have therefore willfully and intentionally acted with malice aforethought in conspiring to overthrow our lawful government and to declare the American people to be enemies of said corporation and they are therefore guilty of Conspiracy, and Breach of Trust as the elected trustees of our nation. They have violated their sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution for these united states of America, and are therefore guilty of TREASON AND SEDITION as evidenced by their signatures thereon.

BE IT KNOWN that the rights of the people do not come from any government nor do they come from the Constitution nor from the Bill of Rights. Those documents merely outline and set upon paper a portion of those rights which are the natural or God given rights of all peoples and which are unalienable by any government created by man upon this earth and have been found as such by the courts.

The constitution states very clearly that the only powers authorized to the federal government were those enumerated powers stated therein and ALL others remained with the several sovereign states or to the people themselves. Government derives its few just powers from the people themselves as they are the creator and the source for the creation of government. No creation can supplant its creator. Any attempt by any government to declare they are the "source" of the unalienable rights of the people is an attempt to declare they are God and is an effort to supplant our true creator.

You cannot legalize tyranny by passing an act. Nor do "we the people" recognize such criminal acts as lawful no matter who signs them.

CITE:

"Now all acts of legislature apparently contrary to natural right and justice are in our laws and must be, in the nature of things, considered as void. The laws of nature are the laws of God; whose authority can be superseded by no power on earth. A legislature must not obstruct our obedience to him from whose punishments they cannot protect us. All human constitutions which contradict his laws, we are conscience bound to disobey. Such have been the adjudications of our courts of justice."   Robin v. Hardaway, 1 Jefferson 109, 114, 1 Va. Reports Ann. 58, 61 (1772) aff'd.   Gregory v. Baugh, 29 Va. 681, 29 Va. Rep. Ann. 466, 2 Leigh 665 (1831)  And cited 8 Co. 118. a. Bonham's case. Hob. 87; 7. Co. 14. a. Calvin's case

Be it further known that:

Article 6 paragraph 2 of the U.S. constitution:

This is known as the supremacy clause of the constitution. Basically what it says is: "This constitution, and the laws for these united states which shall be made pursuant thereof, and the treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the united states shall be the supreme law of the land. The judges in every state shall be bound thereby. Anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary are not with standing in law. (no standing!)

Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803)        [ one of the leading cases in the history of the united states]

The opinion of the court was: "Anything that is in conflict with the constitution of the united states is null and void of law; clearly for a secondary law to come into conflict with the supreme was illogical; for certainly the supreme law would prevail over any other law, and certainly our forefathers had intended that the supreme law would be the basis for all laws, and for any law to come into conflict would be null and void of law. It would bear no power to enforce, it would bear no obligation to obey, it would purport to settle as though it had never existed, for unconstitutionality would date from the enactment of such a law, not from the date so branded by a court of law. NO courts are bound to uphold it, and no citizens are bound to obey it. It operates as a mere nullity or a fiction of law, which means it doesn't exist in law."

...at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects...with none to govern but themselves....” [Chisholm v. Georgia (US) 2 Dall 419, 454, 1 L Ed 440, 455 DALL (1793) pp471_472.]

Schlesinger v Reservists Committee to Stop the War, 418 US 208, 232-3.  “We tend to overlook the basic political and legal reality that the people, not the bureaucracy, are sovereign. … Executives, lawmakers, and members of the Judiciary are inferior in the sense that they are in office only to carry out and execute the constitutional regime.”  (as the people we gave them Sovereign powers, but in limited jurisdiction only, never over us. We have absolute sovereignty, they have limited sovereignty.

"'Sovereignty' means that the decree of sovereign makes law, and foreign courts cannot condemn influences persuading sovereign to make the decree." Moscow Fire Ins. Co. of Moscow, Russia v. Bank of New York & Trust Co., 294 N.Y.S. 648, 662, 161 Misc. 903. (any court other than your own is "foreign" to yours.)

"No man [or woman] in this country is so high that he is above the law. No officer of the law may set that law at defiance with impunity. All the officers of the government from the highest to the lowest, are creatures of the law, and are bound to obey it."

Butz v. Economou, 98 S. Ct. 2894 (1978); United States v. Lee, 106 U.S. at 220, 1 S. Ct. at 261 (1882)

(the "LAW" is not to be confused with Acts, statutes, codes, corporate policy, public policy, but rather the "common law and the supreme law of the land")

The U.S. Supreme Court has stated that "no state legislator or executive or judicial officer can war against the Constitution without violating his undertaking to support it". See also In Re Sawyer, 124 U.S. 200 (188); U.S. v. Will, 449 U.S. 200, 216, 101 S. Ct. 471, 66 L. Ed. 2d 392, 406 (1980); Cohens v. Virginia, 19 U.S. (6 Wheat) 264, 404, 5 L. Ed 257 (1821).   (They take an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution...not war against it!)

The Constitution is a contract. It is a contract between the people and the government. WE THE PEOPLE decided the terms of that contract before we would allow the federal government to be created. It is WE THE PEOPLE who decide when the terms of that contract have been violated. No court, no justice, no magistrate, no official of that government has a higher nor more legitimate basis for determining the violation of that contract than the people who created it. The people decide and have final say. To accept that the government may decide how, when, or if they can violate OUR contract is to relinquish all power of the people to the state. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that if the state can decide what is lawful under the contract (conflict of interest) that it will become self serving and devolve into absolute tyranny and despotism. The determination of what is or is not constitutional rests with the people not the state or their courts.

“To presume that a sovereign forever waives the right to exercise one of its powers unless it expressly reserves the right to exercise that power in a commercial agreement turns the concept of sovereignty on its head.” [Merrion et al., DBA Merrion & Bayless, et al. v. Jicarilla Apache Tribe et al. (1982) 455 U.S. 130, 102 S. Ct. 894, 71 L. Ed. 2d 21, 50 U.S.L.W. 4169 pp. 144_148]

The above case is important because all the purported adhesion contracts (commercial agreements) signed with federal and state governments including the social security card, the marriage license, the birth certificate, voters registration, all permits and applications, driver's license etc etc are all considered to be "unconditional contracts" with a promise to obey, perform, and be liable. What the above case demonstrates is that the state cannot claim that in signing such purported contracts that our constitutional rights can be considered waived, yet the states and federal government do so claim....unlawfully. Any such claim is void and without merit.

WHEREAS The United States Inc. and our elected official trustees, serving as directors of said corporation and pretending to serve the interests of the people in their corporate charade, have repeatedly violated the supreme law of this land, failed to uphold their sworn oath to uphold and defend it, and warred against it; and

WHEREAS they have refused to address numerous petitions of grievances expressed by the people for their blatant violations of our laws and the rights of the people; and

WHEREAS they now openly declare their intent to war against the peoples of these united states openly and forcefully, and

WHEREAS said acts are unconstitutional and thus ab initio (void at inception), we hereby call upon our state and local elected official trustees to act accordingly as follows:

All public servant trustees who have sworn an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution for these united states shall be held responsible for having read it and for understanding it. The excuse of not having read or understood that which you swore an oath to "uphold and defend" will not be accepted, as "ignorance of THE law is no excuse."

Regarding the personal liability of said official trustees for violations of constitutional rights.

NO IMMUNITY!

DO NOT CLAIM: "Well, we acted in good faith....or We had good faith reliance that you broke the law..."reasonable cause", and of course that means you can't sue us." THAT IS A LIE.  See two cases; Owen v. City of Independence, 445 U.S. 622 (1980) and Maine v. Thiboutot, 448 U.S. 1 (1980)

Basically what these two cases say: "Where plain language of a statute supported by consistent judicial interpretation is strong, it is not necessary to look beyond the words of the statute."

Both cases were civil rights cases. "The right of action created by statute relating to deprivation under color of state law of a right secured by the constitution and the laws of the united states encompasses claims which are solely based on statutory violations of federal law, and applied to the claim that claimants had been deprived of their rights in some capacity, to which they were entitled.

The supreme court said; "You are deemed to be officers of the law; you are to advise us of the law; you can hardly claim that you were in good faith for willful deprivation of the law, and you certainly can't claim ignorance of the law, because a citizen out there on the street can't claim ignorance of the law. It makes the law look stupid if an officer of the court or some officer of government doesn't know the law and then they go ahead and abuse somebody's constitutional rights."

So, in matters of constitutional rights both these cases uphold one point: If you violate constitutional rights you do so at your own peril.  Title 18 Sec 241, 242. says that;  upon conviction you are subject to a $10,000.00 fine, 10 years in jail, or both, and if death results, life in prison. They are telling you "Don't violate somebody's constitutional rights." (that is per EACH right violated....)

Title 42 USC sec. 1983, 1985, &1986 clearly establishes the right to sue anybody that does that. There is NO judicial immunity for violating someone's constitutional rights.

Judges beware, you are deemed to know the law and swear to uphold it. You can hardly claim that you acted in good faith in willful deprivation of the law and you certainly can't claim ignorance of the law for it would make the law look stupid for a knowledgeable judge to claim ignorance of the law when a citizen on the street can make no such claim.

City and county law enforcement officers must refuse to obey unconstitutional mandates, acts, laws, or corporate policy operating under "color of law" and nullify the criminal violations of the supreme law of this land and refuse to allow federal corporate troops on the streets of our cities and counties. Willing county residents should be deputized by the constitutional county sheriff to serve as necessary to prevent foreign and hostile federal corporate troops entry therein at any time or for any reason.

State elected official trustees including the legislature, the governor, and the attorney general shall immediately act to refuse compliance, nullify, and prevent unconstitutional mandates by federal usurpers upon the state, the people of the state, or the presence of federal troops within its boundaries and create a state militia of willing state Citizens as outlined in the second amendment to assist in the prevention of federal corporate troops entering upon state territory outside the current military bases therein. No federal corporate military members or contractors operating under federal command shall appear upon the streets of the state in uniform or carrying firearms or weapons of any kind which might be used against the people; nor shall they appear in public in the capacity of federal troops as this shall be viewed as an act of open hostility against the people.

Any public servant trustee serving the people of this state who shall call for, or give approval for, the use of federal troops against the people within the borders of this state whether active duty, reserves, national guard, or mercenary contractors representing federal interests shall be deemed to have committed treason upon the people of this state and shall be held responsible by the people of this state and prosecuted to the fullest extent of THE law.

Be it noticed and declared that henceforth any actions taken to enforce unconstitutional mandates or decrees upon the sovereign peoples of these united states by any officer, official, or public servant trustee shall be deemed hostile, an act of warring upon the people, a breach of trust, a violation of oath, and will not be tolerated. Woman Roughed Up, Arrested for Reciting the Constitution During TSA Inspection

This is a story you will want to read!  IF every American did what she did while in the airport screening area we’d be a step closer to winning our freedom back!

Oct. 17, 2011

Albuquerque International Sunport Security Checkpoint:

I pass a camera crew filming the ticket counter. I stop and consider telling them what I am about to do, but decide against it. They probably won't care. Instead, I wheel my baggage to the security area.

I can feel my heart beat in my chest. I've never done anything like this. I've always said “Yes sir,” even when I didn't agree. Even this simple act fills me with conflicting emotions.

New Mexico is far warmer than my native Pacific Northwest. I'm sweating by the time I reach the first inspection of my ID. I'm sure I already look like a terrorist. The TSA agent, perched on his stool, takes no notice. I look enough like my driver's license and I have a valid airline ticket. He black lights my ID and lets me pass with hardly a glance.

I've come here to moonlight from my real job. My daughter had an operation, and I had to come up with thousands in deductible. She's in college and, so far, I've managed to keep her from becoming a debt slave, like her mother. I took eight extra weekends of work in the Land of Enchantment to cover the cost. I'm lucky, I guess, I can do that. Others, with fewer job opportunities, have no choice but to go bankrupt.

My heart kicks it up another notch when I get to the conveyor belt. Shouldn't have had that coffee this morning but thank God I didn't eat anything, or I'd be hugging the trash can right now.

Come on, I tell myself, what are they going to do? Confiscate your toothpaste? Say something mean to you? So what. Relax. You can do this. You should do this. You have to do this.

I take off my shoes and strip my backpack of computer and the baggie of incidentals. I stand in line while my armpits grow embarrassingly moist and I feel my heart race. I think, Get a hold of yourself. You're being a drama queen.

When it is my turn, I decline to go through the monitor that scans under your clothes, as I always do. The TSA agent starts his spiel about how safe it is. I've done my research. His statements are questionable, but that is not why I am doing this. I start my own spiel.

"The Fourth Amendment of the Constitution reads: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrant shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, an particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

-----

I'm speaking loud and clear so those around me can hear. Before I get to "unreasonable search" a man in an ill-fitting suit and a tie marches up to me. He tells me I was disrupting his operation. I have no idea what his position is. He stands in front of the metal detector--the first place they usually screen me. He tells me I am holding up the line. I drop my voice and tell him to go ahead and screen me. I'll take the pat down. But that's not what he wants. He wants me to shut up. I continue reading the Fourth Amendment.

He asks me to go with him to some undisclosed location to “talk”. He indicates with his hand somewhere back toward ticketing, away from being screened. I decline. He tries to gently guide me with a hand on my elbow, like we're on a date, pushing me back up the line. I stand firm. I want to go forward, let them pat me down while I read the Fourth Amendment to my fellow citizens.

He asks me what airline I'm on. I have seen no badge or ID. I ask him if he has a warrant for the information. He looks at me dumbfounded. He sees the United boarding pass in my hand. He tells me he won't allow me to fly. I have no idea if he has that sort of authority.

I say as loudly and clearly as I can, "I am being told I can not fly for reading you the Fourth Amendment."

He says, "If you keep this up I'll call the police."

I say as loud as I can, "You are going to arrest me for reading the Constitution?"

"You are disrupting the screening process, and yes we will arrest you."

Again, I say I will be screened but not by the machine. They make no effort to walk me through the metal detector or find a female officer to frisk me. He tries again to walk me out of the area. I stand my ground and read the First Amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise there of, or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people to peaceably assemble, and to petition the government for redress of grievances."

The police do come, two of them. A young man and a grizzled officer with a road map of wrinkles lining his face. The young man stands in front of me and now I am terrified. They aren't just going to take my toothpaste. Why didn't I ask the camera crew to come--take the chance of getting the brush off? They might not do this, if there was a camera. Do I have the will to continue? I hear his voice asking for my name over the thudding of my heart in my ears.  Do I have to give it to him? I'm not sure.

I look behind him to the startled mass of silent passengers. "If you have a cell phone camera, this would make good You Tube footage." It is an act of desperation, and I don't see anyone reach for their phone.

They jack hammer questions at me, name, where am I from, phone number, etc. I lose track, I can't tell which questions I am obligated to answer and which I'm not. I concentrate on the officer in front of me. I think I know what the police can and can't do. He asks me my name, again, and I ask "Do you have a warrant or am I under arrest?"

He sees the license and plane ticket still in my hand and tries to take them. I pull them back. "Do you have a warrant to remove those?" He lets them go.

Guy with a Tie tells the cops I won't be flying. The police try to push me out of the area. I stand my ground.

"You are giving up your Constitutional rights for something that only has a 1 in 25 million chance of happening. Fifty times less than death by lightening or being struck by an asteroid." I call to the herd of passengers. They stare at me dazed.

The cops push me with more aggression and tell me that if I don't quit, I will be arrested.

I yell, “Thomas Jefferson said, 'those who would give up their liberty for their security deserve neither.'”

They physically push me out of the security area. I try to dig in my heels and resist, but my stocking feet slide over the tile floor.

I shout, "When you allow the Bill of Rights to be violated, you deprive your children of the  government your parents gave you. That is neither reasonable or responsible."

They stop pushing me at the end of the security check point and I regain my footing.

The old goat of a cop shoves me. "Get the hell out of here!" he yells, "Go on, stop causin' trouble."

I am in my stocking feet, with no cell phone, wallet or back pack. I stare at his snaring face and I can't. I just can't walk away. In for a penny, in for a pound. I sit down.

Instantly, my right hand is yanked behind my back and the cuffs are snapped on so tight they cut my skin. I grit my teeth, bite my tongue and let them have the left hand as well. He yanks the ID and boarding pass out of my hand. He pulls me up before he tells me to stand, but I scramble to my feet so I won't be resisting arrest. I walk where I am directed. At the first people I pass, I shout, "I am being arrested for reading the Constitution of the United States."

Old Goat lifts my hands up so high it hurts.

I continue to yell. People walking to the gate stare wide-eyed, but no one stops. In my hometown of Arcata, someone would have whipped out a cell phone and filmed it for You Tube, or at least “Shame!”ed the police for this act of cruelty.

A shout comes from behind me, "You are not being arrested."

I switch to, "I am being battered for reading the Constitution of the United States."

Old Goat pushes my hands up to the level of my shoulder blades, forcing me to walk bent over. I grunt with the pain but I won't give in to him.

"I am being battered for reading the Constitution of the United States, and when I tell you that he hurts me more."

Now my hands are over my head and it's hard to breathe. My eyes water, but I will not cry. My voice is high pitched with the strain of it. I have to pause to pant between my word, but I'm all-in.

"I...pant...am being battered...pant...for reading the Constitution...pant...and when I tell you that...pant...he hurts me more."

I am actually glad when we reach the holding cell. They throw me inside and slam the door with all the drama of any cop show.

The cell is clean and small, secured with a security door you would put on the front of your house. I sit on the bench at the far wall. My wrists, especially the right, are killing me. My mouth is parched and I am gasping.

Suddenly, I am filled with self-doubt. The bad machine doesn't know it is a bad machine. I say a prayer. Have I done the wrong thing? I've never stood up like this before--am I a bad person?

Calm descends. No. My words were the truth. If I can't turn to a fellow citizen and say, “Hey the TSA isn't obeying the Constitution. They're acting like this is a totalitarian state. What do you think?,” then it's because I live in a totalitarian state. I have acted on the side of democracy, so I can look the next generation in the face and say, “At least I tried.”

Young cop sits at a desk outside my security door. I hear Old Goat in the adjoining room tell someone, "We arrested her for disorderly conduct."

I yell, "That is the first time I've heard a charge." I do not add that there have been no Miranda rights or "You're under arrest." statement. In fact, they kept insisting while I was being marched through ticketing I was not under arrest--just cuffed and brutalized.

They ignore me. Old Goat asks for a statement from Guy with a Tie.

I ask, "Can I go back and get a statement from the people who witnessed it?"

Of course, there is no response.

I turn to young cop. "How does it feel to be one of the brown shirts."

"What?"

"You can look it up later," I say.

He says, "Did you listen to what people were saying?"

"I listened to what you told me. I responded to your questions."

"No--to the people in the airport? They were shouting for you to shut up."

True, one of them in the back of the line was irritated by the delay. The rest looked on wide-eyed and confused. I don't remember anyone shouting encouragement, but it was hard concentrating on the crowd with so many men in my face.

I try a different tactic. "Didn't you take an oath to defend the Constitution?"

"Look, we're just trying to keep you safe."

"The thing you are keeping me safe from, only has a 1 in 25 million chance of occurring. I'm more likely to win the lottery today."

"Maybe you should have bought a ticket."

I sigh and switch tactics again. “I know you have a job to do. I bet when you got into this it was to be of service. But how do you feel about what you just did?”

"I followed the rules and did this by the book. You disobeyed an officer when you wouldn't give me your license."

"I wasn't under arrest. You had no right to take anything from me. What if you book doesn't follow the Constitution, the highest law in the land?"

"It's not that big a deal. It's for everyone's safety. We don't want to take the risk. You don't have to fly you know. You give up your rights when you fly." (Yes, he really said that.)

"You know, as well as I do, I do have to fly. I have a job, too. I got to feed by family, too. That's just an excuse for ignoring the Constitution. What if they say you need to give up your rights  in order drive a car, or board a bus. Where is your line in the sand that can't be crossed. You know where mine is."

He chews on his lip, turning this over in his mind.

“I know about orders. I have to follow rules, too,” I continue. “Would it surprise you to know I was in the Air Force once?”

He looks me in the face, really seeing me for the first time. “Yes, actually, it would.”

“Twenty years. I'm a retired Lieutenant Colonel.”

"How are those cuffs? Are they too tight?"

"They're a bit snug,” I smile at him, “I wouldn't mind them a little looser."

He unlocks the door, and I turn my back so he can loosen the cuffs but he takes them off. He asks over my shoulder, "Are you thirsty? Would you like some water?"

I turn rubbing my protesting right wrist. There is a half inch dent in my skin outlining the cuff. "I'd love some water."

He brings a cold bottle and shuts the door. I'm grateful when the chill of the water hits my hot throat. I down half the bottle before I even realize it.

Guy in a Tie comes to the cage door. He asks if the address on my license is correct. I confirm that it is. He asks my phone number.  I ask if he is an officer of the law and does he have a warrant. He asks if I am refusing to talk to him. I ask if I am legally obligated to give him information. He asks again if I am refusing to talk to him. I tell him I am refusing to answer questions, and he leaves.

Young cop comes to the door. "What's your name?"

I sigh and ask about a warrant.

"We have your license. That's not why I am asking. I just wanted to know your name."

I give him my first name--the one on the license since they already have it. "What's you name?" I ask.

"Jared (not his real name)."

"Pleased to meet you Jared. Wish it was under better circumstances."

He nods and smiles.

A new man comes to the door. Marty (also not a real name) has a better fitting suit than Guy with a Tie. Polite is apparently in his job description.

"If I could get you home tonight, would you like that?" They must have hired him from a pool of telephone solicitors.

"Depends on the situation."

"But you would like that?"

"My husband would like it."

"Well, I'm married. Making the spouse happy usually makes my life better."

I can't deny this, and I nod. He disappears and returns. He offers to get me on a later flight if I take a misdemeanor charge of Disorderly Conduct. I feel like I am giving in, but what can I do? I actually do have to go to work tomorrow.

He says there is the little matter of getting through airport security. I say that I never declined a physical search, it was never offered. My intent was to read the Constitution, while it was happening. He speaks to someone in the next room. I ask who he is talking to and Guy with a Tie emerges.

"You refused to talk to me."

"No, I refused to give you personal information you were not entitled to."

"You refused to be searched."

"I never refused. You never offered. You only offered to remove me from the area."

"You don't have a right to disrupt the screening."

"You disrupted the screening. I just read the Constitution."

Marty intervenes. Clearly, his job is to get this resolved today. He breaks us up and I ask him, "So next week, when I have to fly again, what's going to happen when I read the Constitution?"

I actually feel pity for the way he looks at me. I have just made his day a living hell and I really do feel sorry for him and for calling Jared a Brown Shirt.

"Let's just get through today,” he says.

I agree to be searched and tell them I will read the Constitution in a normal voice while they do it. This is not good enough for Guy with a Tie. He says if I read the statement, I can't pay attention to what the frisking officer tells me. You know, how she is going to put her hands here and there and use the back of her hand to check my "sensitive areas". They tell me I need to listen to this, I kid you not, for my own safety. I say I will only read while she is not speaking. That won't do either, because I won't be concentrating on her instructions. Seriously, this was their rational explanation to me for continuing to violate my First and Fourth Amendment rights. I have to get home so I finally acquiesce.

Marty asks if I could be released and Jared lets me out. They give me back my shoes. Old Goat explains that I could await arraignment next Monday, or take the misdemeanor. I say I have already agreed to the misdemeanor.

“OK,” he says, “then you need to wait 'til Monday.” He leaves again.

"Wait a minute.” I call after him, “I don't think I understood the options. Could you come back and explain them to me?" There is only silence. My heart is beating again.

"I said I was taking the misdemeanor. Did I not understand what that was?" Monday is  a week away. My job and my husband will kill me.

Jared comes to the rescue. He gets Old Goat to write up the misdemeanor charge and explains I have to appear before the judge here in New Mexico. That is going to be damned inconvenient, as I live in Northern California, but I agree.

Jared and Marty walk me back to security with Guy in a Tie. Jared asks, "What did you do in the Force?"

"Same thing I do now. I'm a doctor."

He snorts and looks at me. I know I'm not what he expected. Now, he can't help but think about all I've said. Is he drawing his own line in the sand? Maybe. It took me a while, too. I got here in stages, not all at once.

They walk me to the ticket booth. Three planes and I won't get home until midnight, but at least I am going home. Marty gives me his card and asks that I call him the next time I flying through Albuquerque. I agree. I have nothing to hide, I maintain that I have not done anything not guaranteed to me by the Constitution.

They search me and I am sore and exhausted. I am silent. They check my bags for explosives and my backpack alarms. The same pack ,with the same contents, I have had checked here multiple times with no problems, alarms today. I share this fun fact with Jared. He smiles and nods. They unpack it and examine everything but decide the 3 mm bamboo knitting needles aren't that dangerous.

Guy with a Tie wants to know if I was born in Arcata. I ask why I should give this information. He asks for my phone number. Again I ask if I am legally obligated to give it.  He says that a TSA representative will want to follow up about the incident. I'd love to talk to customer service about today. I give my number.

He dances from foot to foot and hunches his shoulder. He won't look me in the eye for more than a microsecond.

I say, "I can tell by your body language you know more than you are telling me."

He gives me the deer in the headlights look and says "That's not my department."

"What's not your department?"

"Investigations. When they call you."

"You mean an agent is going to call me?"

"Well, yes."

"Agent of whom, TSA or FBI."

"TSA."

"What will they be investigating me for?"

The headlights are closing in on the deer. "I don't know. That's not my department."

I nod, too tired to worry that part of the intimidation leveled at people who aren't good little sheep is to be investigated by a federal agency for terrorism.

I turn to my gate. I have 5 hours.

I call my husband.  “Why would you do such a thing in some damn red-neck state, where I can't get to you?” He has for years tried to cure me of my delusion that there is some democracy left in the United States. I can hear the worry in his voice and I am sorry for putting it there. I try to reassure him that I am alright.

I find the first available electric socket and I write.

Tears finally come. People pass me by, staring, but I just put my head down and write. I open my veins and I write it all, the fear, the self doubt, the shock, the pain, the indignation.

When I am done, it is time to board. I pack my computer and stand in line, trying to come to grips with all that just happened.

I wonder what my husband will say when I get home. I wonder how I'm going to get down here for a court appearance. I wonder if they will let me fly again. I wonder what will happen if I read the Constitution next week when I have to come back. I wonder, briefly, what Ben Franklin or Thomas Jefferson would say, if they knew it was a sign of terrorism to recite the Bill of Rights.

Game On… NFL wants pat-downs from ankles up at all stadiums

First the airport, and most experts say that is a waste of time, and now Football games. Tomorrow it will be school, the market and every public building.

Time to scream STOP!!

The NFL wants all fans patted down from the ankles up this season to improve fan safety.

Under the new "enhanced" pat-down procedures, the NFL wants all 32 clubs to search fans from the ankles to the knees as well as the waist up. Previously, security guards only patted down fans from the waist up while looking for booze, weapons or other banned items.

The stricter physical screening policy impacts the 16.6 million fans expected to attend live regular season NFL games this season. The more thorough searches will spell longer lines for ticket-holding fans seeking entry to games. It's sure to raise the ire of some fans who consider it an invasion of privacy.

The NFL recommended the new guidelines before the kickoff of the 2011 season which coincided with the 10th anniversary of 9/11. The league hopes fans will be "patient," says spokesman Brian McCarthy, and arrive earlier to games to avoid long, punishing lines.

"The enhanced security procedures recommended by our office before the start of the season will further increase the safety of fans but will require some additional time," McCarthy told USA TODAY in a statement Thursday. "We encourage fans to come early, enjoy their tailgating tradition, and be patient as they enter the stadium."

The NFL suffered damage to its family-friendly image when a South Carolina man was arrested for using an illegal stun gun on other fans at a New York Jets-Dallas Cowboys game Sunday night.

THE HUDDLE: Brady tells Pats fans to start drinking early

The NFL predicts its live gate will be equal this year to last season's overall regular season attendance of 16,569,514.

The Buffalo Bills have announced the changes for fans attending this Sunday's home game against the Oakland Raiders at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The Bills' announcement reads in part:

The Buffalo Bills will be implementing an enhanced pat-down procedure starting with this Sunday's game and the organization wants to communicate this new process to all fans attending the game. The new procedure is a recommendation from the NFL in accordance with the league's Best Practices policies. Specifically, the enhanced portion of the pat-down is for the area from the knees to the ankles. Bills officials have long recommended that fans arrive early to the gates and continue to do so, especially with the enhanced pat-down now part of the security measures taken at Ralph Wilson Stadium.

UPDATE: The Indianapolis Colts also issued a statement Thursday announcing stricter security screenings for fans entering Lucas Oil Stadium:

At the direction of the NFL, fans attending this Sunday's Colts vs. Browns game, and future NFL games, will be subject to an enhanced personal security screening prior to entering Lucas Oil Stadium. The screening will include physical pat-down (above the waist as well as below the knees) and inspection of all items. The enhanced personal security screening is in addition to the process guests have typically experienced at NFL games since 2001. In order to accommodate this security enhancement, guests are asked to arrive earlier than normal to avoid longer security lines at the checkpoints. Guests may refuse inspections; however, management reserves the right to refuse entry.

The idea of being physically searched by strangers while attending NFL games has been controversial for years. Several fans have filed lawsuits across the U.S., challenging the league's physical screenings in court. But the NFL's policies were upheld in court.
