In two days of hearings Kagan has enforced that she lied (again) to the American people in her opening statements.  She believes judges can change the Constitution and use International Laws (how about Sharia) in their considerations and rulings.  She is pro-partial birth abortions (an extreme left stand), anti-gun, anti-military, pro-gay but lies about it, and pro book banning.  She also thinks that government should be able to tell you what you can eat.  She is and will be a judicial activist who could push this agenda for another 40-years on the high court.

Do not buy the GOP argument that they are only replacing another liberal judge…  Only 19% of Americans identify themselves as liberals.  They are over represented on the court and this one is an uber-liberal ideologue.  Remember Judge Bork, should be the cry.  The Dems blocked his nomination for much much less than we have already learned about Kagan in 2-days.  We cannot afford an Elena Kagan on the Supreme Court for the next 40-years.  And using the replacement argument… what if a conservative seat or Constitutionalist seat comes up and the GOP losses again?  Each seat and the Constitution needs to be fought for!

Remember that Kagan interned for the two most liberal U.S. judges ever and her judicial idol is radical Israeli Judge Barak

It has been proven over and over that judicial candidates will say whatever they need to or just avoid answering certain questions during confirmation hearings and then they vote and interpret the Constitution according to their politics instead of the Law and Constitution… If Kagan has said as much as she has… it is more than a concern, it proves she is an ideologue and that she can’t refrain, even under these circumstances.  Kagan has now already said that the Constitution is meant to change and be interpreted as times change as well as allowing foreign law to be considered.  She will be a  leftist partial advocate judge… not what a Supreme Court Judge needs and must be.  Please, let us not let this be another Obama moment, where all the info and signs are there, but are ignored.

PLEASE CALL YOUR SENATOR TODAY AND TELL THEM THAT ELENA KAGAN IS "UNFIT TO SERVE ON THE UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT!," and that if they DO vote for her, you will vote AGAINST them at the next possible opportunity...and you'll convince hundreds of your friends to do likewise!
