Closure Of Border Patrol Stations Across Four States Triggers Alarm: The Obama administration is moving to shut down nine Border Patrol stations across four states, triggering a backlash from local law enforcement, members of Congress and Border Patrol agents themselves. That number appears to be fixed, according to UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Council of the International Hydrological Program (HIP). The alarmist threat of man-made climate change states that where and how this water manifests itself in hydraulic flux across our biosphere is questionable. Fukushima Radiation/Listeners Field Report On West Coast Radiation

I live on the West Coast of CALIFORNIA. Each day, I check three Internet sites: Drudge, your site and Stan Deyo. I find many articles and stories the main stream media doesn't bring up. Let me give my background: I am a semi-retired ATC controller (24 years) who spent 10 years in the Army, traveled all over the world on assignments and have been exposed to lots of stuff. In the Army, we were all trained in NBC warfare and each year we had to attend classes to remain qualified. During my FAA career, I attended a one week course in Radiological warfare and was assigned to test and maintain the various Geiger counters we had at our facility. I do not consider myself an expert but I do know how to work, read and use radiological equipment.

Since April 2011, I have been testing and keeping track of radiation in my local area. I use three sites to do my sampling: a public park, a public trail head and a private truck parking area. I am also in contact with several folks doing the same in L.A., Oregon, Seattle and Vancouver Canada. Starting in April 2011, after the Fukushima accident, I began to test and keep track of radiation in my area. It has been very interesting. At first, I had problem with my Geiger counter ( Model 727), it turned out that I had to clean up the battery terminals ( they had not been used for years and had some corrosion). After I got the unit going, I started to measure the background radiation in my area. For my area it varied between 26 mR to 32 mR. As time went on, the reading I was getting started to grow pretty fast and every time it rains, I always have a spike.

As of today, my reading are 3-3.5 times background (90mR) . Corresponding with other folks such as LA, Seattle and Vancouver, their readings are much higher than mine. We have a supervisor at work who resides in Eastern Washington and had her bring me a dirt sample. The reading were 7 times the background of what am getting here. Something is very wrong. I contacted my county and state EPA and ask them questions and they all agreed that I am probably right but they do not do any of this type of testing and is the responsibility of the federal government. I called the Federal EPA ( San Francisco, I think) and at first they were very polite and responsive. However toward the end of the conversation, they were no longer helpful, refuse to answer ANY questions and eventually hung up on me. All I can think of, is that someone overheard the conversation and told the gentlemen I was talking to shut up, say nothing and hang up.

Doing some research, I am convinced that the radiation is escaping Fukushima, going up in the air, picked up by the jet stream and making its way East. Normally the jet stream would come directly toward San Francisco and go east. In the last few years, it turns north before reaching California, goes north then eastbound over Seattle/Vancouver, hence all the rain/flooding in the Dakotas. On occasions, it will come toward LA(Pineapple Express) then Northeast bound which would explain how they've had such high reading. In L.A., they check A/C filters in large buildings to collect the radiation samples. It may very well explain why my reading will peak during raining days, as the water droplets bring the radiation down to ground level.

There have been reports by experts that maintain that the entire Northern hemisphere is totally contaminated, hence it would explain the finding of Cs134, 137 in cows milk in Vermont. Based of the study that was done 10 years after Chernobyl, we are going to have the same results in Japan and on the West coast in 2020. There are reports coming from Alaska that talk about seals losing their hair, a possible sign of radiation sickness. It is truly scary that our government has NOT said one word about this. At least, NO eating fish from the Pacific ocean (remember the blue tuna whose radiation was 7 times normal) or to at least wash all our vegetables and fruits before eating. Frankly, I think they do not know what to do, cause it is very likely too late now.

My question to you is this: Do you know of any other folks (amateurs) or groups who may be doing the same as I am? Does anyone care?

Obama's October Surprise: Will He Use the Military To Sway the Electorate?

President Obama loves distractions. From the phony War on Women to gay marriage to attacks on Romney's Bain career, Obama has engaged in a "look over there" campaign to take the focus off of his dreadful record on the economy. But these manufactured issues seem minor relative to chronic joblessness and serial incompetence, and most have a short shelf life, even in the hands of the sympathetic MSM.

If his poll numbers continue to be tepid into October, Obama will need a big distraction to take him through Election Day -- something that will have strong appeal beyond his swooning acolytes.

Military action against Iran would fill the bill. I'm not suggesting Obama will make the "gutsy call" to take out Tehran's nuclear facilities; anything that would overtly help Israel is probably off the table. Besides, I think he'd want to try a much softer action, one from which he could extricate himself easily when his purposes had been served.

One possibility would be to gin up a kerfuffle over, say, "threatening" actions by the Iranian navy in the Persian Gulf, and mobilize our ships in the area to "protect the world's oil supply." Iran would bluster and threaten, but do little else, saving its apocalyptic chips for a bigger, nuclear play. Meanwhile, back at home, Obama would be portrayed as courageous and resolute, and his surrogates would remind voters that it's not prudent to change leaders in mid-crisis. Romney, as the candidate of the loyal opposition, will have to be at least tacitly supportive. And quiet.

After a few weeks, and post-11/6, Obama can declare the crisis to have eased, and unilaterally withdraw most of the ships. Then, Iran would bluster some more, claiming that America blinked first, and both sides would claim victory.

In the spirit of Obama's philosophy of never letting a crisis go to waste, he will have manufactured a crisis, benefited from it, and then defused it. Indeed, this scenario is totally in line with the down-and-dirty politics Obama and his crew have practiced for years.

Romney needs to be ready in October with some sort of strategy to counter such a Machiavellian ploy. I'm just stumped as to what that could be.

CFR & U.S. Army Chief of Staff: Use Army for Domestic Enforcement

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) proposes that the U.S. Army be used to plan, command, and carry out (with the help of civilian law enforcement) domestic police missions. So says a story appearing in the May/June issue of the influential organization’s official journal, Foreign Affairs. The article lacks a single reference to the Posse Comitatus Act, which prohibits such actions.

In an article penned by Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, General Raymond T. Odierno, the CFR would see the Army used to address “challenges in the United States itself” in order to keep the homeland safe from domestic disasters, including terrorist attacks. Odierno writes:

Where appropriate we will also dedicate active-duty forces, especially those with niche skills and equipment, to provide civilian officials with a robust set of reliable and rapid response options.

That’s right. Should the sheriff suspect that a particular citizen in his county poses a threat to security and feels he doesn’t have the proper “skills and equipment” to deal with the situation, he can just call out the U.S. Army and bring a “rapid response” force that is robust enough to eliminate the problem.

These are not the musings of an unknown academic written in an obscure journal of little importance. These are the black-and-white plans for “building a flexible force” as laid out by the man in charge and published for all the world to read by the people who may have put him there.

In order to justify this new (and illegal) mission for the Army, General Odierno points to three “major changes” that have precipitated the re-tasking of the troops: First, “declining budgets due to the country’s worsened fiscal situation; second, “a shift in emphasis to the Asia-Pacific region; and third, a “broadening of focus from counterinsurgency, counterterrorism, and training of partners to shaping the strategic environment, preventing the outbreak of dangerous regional conflicts, and improving the army’s readiness to respond in force to a range of complex contingencies worldwide.”

There are so many things wrong with every one of these points that each deserves its own article focused solely on its deconstruction. Unfortunately, there is only so much space and each of these considerations has one critical flaw in common: no constitutional authority for any of it.

Start with the woeful economic state of American affairs. Odierno lists this first among his unholy trinity of reasons the army must “transition” from its traditional role to one with a wider domestic and international scope.

Perhaps it has escaped General Odierno’s attention, but the decline of America’s economic fortunes may be in some significant part tied to the illegal wars in Iraq and Afghanistan that siphon about $13 billion per month from the U.S. Treasury. Since the attacks of September 11, 2001, estimates are that Congress has approved a total of $1.283 trillion in military operations, base security, reconstruction, foreign aid, embassy costs, and veterans’ health care spread over three operations: Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) Afghanistan and other counter terror operations; Operation Noble Eagle (ONE), providing enhanced security at military bases; and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).

There is a certain macabre irony to the claim by a military leader that his troops are forced to adapt to stringent budget considerations partially brought about by the use of his troops as the tip of America’s sword of empire.

General Odierno’s third “major change” is the need to use the Army to solve complex international conflicts. Again, these conflicts and the solutions to them are made more complex by the fact that there is not a single syllable in the Constitution that grants the President or Congress the authority to deploy American armed forces to work out the world’s difficult dilemmas.

On this point, regarding the rules to govern the creation and governing of a federal army, the Constitution says very little. In Article I, Section 8, Congress is authorized to “raise and support Armies” and to “make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces.” That’s it. That paucity of information has been magnified by the Council on Foreign Relations and their members in positions of power to include the use of the Army in ways and means that would seem unimaginable even to the most martial of our Founding Fathers.

One of the unconstitutional missions advocated by Odierno and the CFR is the use of the U.S. Army as “a critical guarantor of stability in the Asia-Pacific region.” This is one of the many new “assigned missions” promoted by Odierno in his Foreign Affairs article.

This echoes the pronouncement by his Commander-in-Chief made in Australia last November:

This is the future we seek for the Asia-Pacific — security, prosperity and dignity for all. That’s what we stand for. That’s who we are. That’s the future we will pursue in partnership with allies and friends and with every element of American power.

That is to say, General Odierno and President Obama believe that deterring aggression against our allies in Asia and the Pacific trumps any constitutional stricture on the appropriate use of the Army. There is nothing it seems that will stand in the way of our Army being placed at the disposal of foreign princes and presidents, provided they appreciate their resulting status as satraps of the American Emperor.

Not to worry; other provinces of the emerging American empire are accounted for in the Odierno/CFR plan.

“The posture of the U.S. military in the Middle East is critical to maintaining regional stability there,” writes Odierno, again without any noticeable sense of irony.

Is the general privy to some reports of stability in the Middle East kept secret from the rest of us? There is no end to the media’s reminders of the instability in the Middle East. In fact, it is this very unsettled foundation upon which the need for ongoing American military presence there is built.

In other words, the Middle East is stable because of the Army, the Middle East will remain stable only so long as the Army remains on permanent patrol, and if we were to completely abandon our posts, the region would devolve into outright — instability. Thus is the quality of the reasoning demonstrated by those with command and control of the armed forces of the United States.

One of the timeliest tenets of the Odierno/CFR proposal is the integration of “cyberspace capabilities into our tactical and operational units.” According to an article published last Friday in the New York Times:

From his first months in office, President Obama secretly ordered increasingly sophisticated attacks on the computer systems that run Iran’s main nuclear enrichment facilities, significantly expanding America’s first sustained use of cyber weapons, according to participants in the program.

For the CFR it seems the message from the Obama administration is ask and ye shall receive.

Lest there remain any doubt as to America’s resolve, Odierno wants our nation’s enemies (foreign and domestic) to understand that we are not afraid to “compel capitulation.” Should those “potential adversaries” be American, moreover, Odierno promises that the Army will “be ready to decisively achieve American ends, whatever they may be.”

Finally, we will, Odierno declares, demonstrate “our country’s commitment to global security.”

Sadly, Americans know this too well, as there are rows and rows of white headstones and flag-draped coffins already demonstrating the seriousness of that commitment.

The report from KNX-1070 a CBS affiliate in Los Angeles by Charles Feldman (Click here for full story and audio report) has one extract which is particularly disturbing:

Under U.S. Air Force rules, drones are not allowed to conduct “non-consensual surveillance” on U.S. citizens or property, though there are some apparent exceptions.

What has critics alarmed is that data collected by drones accidentally, under the guidelines, can be kept by the military up to three months before being purged and can also be turned over to “another Department of Defense or government agency to whose function it pertains.”

The Air Force guidelines permit using drones domestically to assist law enforcement in “investigating or preventing clandestine intelligence activities by foreign powers, international narcotics activities , or international terrorist activities.” More vague is language that also allows military cooperation with local law enforcement for the purposes of “preventing, detecting, or investigating other violations of law.”

The bottom line is that the government and law enforcement at the local level has a complete disregard for the U.S. Constitution and the Fourth Amendment protections each citizen is entitled to. This is verified by a report in Wired Magazine last week on May 31st:

Despite that, the government appealed, hoping to re-establish that citizens spied on by the government in the name of national security have no recourse in the courts, even if the government flagrantly violates the laws and the Constitution.

As the United Kingdom continues to riot many have wondered how the United States would respond to a similar outbreak of riots whether caused by an economic collapse, widespread terror attacks, or some other catalyzing event.

John Hudson, writing for the Atlantic Wire, has published an article about Operation Garden plot and an ominous tweet from White House correspondent Marc Ambinder.

“According to National Journal‘s White House correspondent Marc Ambinder the U.S. already has a game plan in place. “If what happened in London ever happened in the US, the military has plans — CONPLAN 3501 and 3502 — to suppress the ‘insurrection,” wrote Hudson.

CONPLAN 3501 and 3502, or Operation Garden Plot, is a long ago declassified plan that calls for the use of the military, in violation of Posse Comitatus, against the American people.

Garden Plot is a sub program of the infamous Rex84 which openly set up an unnamed number of detention camps in America.

Last week, Navy Seals, Army, and local police took part in an urban warfare drill in the middle of the night over the skies of Boston. This included numerous black helicopters and the use of tactics that would only be used in a major city against it’s population.

This came as The Intel Hub was reporting  dozens of suspicious military movements and black helicopters throughout the country. After 2 months of reports, Shepard Ambellas of The Intel Hub was invited onto Ground Zero Radio with Clyde Lewis on 101.fm in Portland. This two and a half hour discussion broke down ALL the movements we had reported in the last few months.

In 2008, the military announced plans for a 20,000 strong force to operate inside the United States during an economic collapse or civil disturbance. These troops were set to finish training sometime in 2011.

These plans lined up directly with a Rand Corporation Study that called for an internal police force to combat civil unrest.

Days before the fraudulent debt ceiling compromise was passed, Fox News ran a report that reeked of predictive programming. The House apparently passed a rule called Martial Law!

In the days after Hurricane Katrina, police and military took part in the widespread gun confiscation of dozens of law abiding citizens.

The chilling words of the Mayor of New Orleans started the wide spread, illegal military and police gun confiscations.

“No one will be able to be armed. We will take all weapons. Only law enforcement will be allowed to have guns.”

As the military and police trampled the constitutional rights of the citizens in New Orleans, plans and on the job training for full scale martial law and gun confiscation throughout all of America took place.

This included beating up legally armed old women and stealing priceless weapons from legal citizens trying to protect their homes!

This America, is what will happen in our country if the London riots occur here.

That’s right, with absolutely no regard for the law, large scale confiscations took place yet researchers and independent journalists are still considered conspiracy theorists for saying that this happened and will happen again.

Last year Jesse Ventura’s show, Conspiracy Theory, aired a stunning hour long broadcast about FEMA camps and martial law. Even though this was one of the most popular episodes of the show it only aired once which some speculated was due to government censorship.

Private corporations are also actively involved in building these detention camps in anticipation for what some call the New World Oder’s endgame.

“The shadowy design firm that was behind the infamous Hardin Montana jail is pushing to build detention camps across America, with the latest proposal centering around a fifty acre, five hundred bed facility in Italy, Texas, part of a program that many Americans fear is based around a plan to intern political dissidents in the event of a national emergency,” wrote Paul Joseph Watson in May 2010.

Again, this America, is what will happen in our country if the London riots occur here.

In July 2009, actual uninformed military soldiers were photographed training in an Idaho neighborhood.

“My son in law today saw about 20 army guys with full combat gear walking down the street in Hayden, Idaho. He took pictures and asked them what they were doing. ‘They said they were just training.”

In fact, the military training inside U.S. cities and neighborhoods in anticipation for civil disturbances in America has become all too common.

On June 9th, 2010 USNORTHCOM openly admitted that they were preparing for military operations INSIDE thecontinental United States.

Considering the fact that these drills and plans formed during the Gulf Oil disaster and were not used during the crisis, they were most likely for something in the future such as the economic collapse that is upon us.

While we could continue to list the literally thousands of reports that indicate that  military leaders are planning on unleashing troops on the American people, the evidence provided above is more than enough to paint a clear picture.

If what is happening in London happens in America or worse, if we experience a full scale economic collapse or terror attack on par or worse than 9/11, we know exactly what will happen.

The American people will be victim to sound cannons, gun confiscations, beatings, and detention camps.

Note: The existence of agent provocateurs should also be noted considering that the government actually has the ability to incite the very riots that would cause them to declare martial law!

In April 2011, Gov. Jan Brewer of Arizona signed a bill into law creating something called a volunteer citizen militia

Unfortunately, it has no command structure defined. While I applaud the effort to recognize the militia, that bill, unfortunately, is nothing more than a "feel good" gesture. If that volunteer militia had to be called into action, it would be like a box of chickens all clucking in disarray.

Leon Panetta wasted no time once he became the US Defense Secretary advancing the Responsibility to Protect Doctrine and simultaneously moving forward with massive defense cuts meant to neuter our military defenses and leave America weak and vulnerable on the international battle field. He shares a vision with Barack Obama of our military morphing from a true defense force into more of an international police force under the United Nations through R2P. Our nuclear capabilities will be massively cut back in favor of stronger ground, air and naval forces.

MONTEREY, Calif., Aug. 23, 2011 – Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta today called U.S. support for the NATO mission that’s helping opposition forces make progress against Moammar Gadhafi’s regime Libya an example of the international cooperation that will be critical in the future.

“It is a good indication of the kind of partnership and alliances that we need to have for the future if we are going to deal with the threats that we confront in today’s world,” Panetta told students during addresses at both the Naval Postgraduate School and Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.

The Arab Spring, the name given to recent revolutions for democracy throughout the Middle East, is bringing change and in many cases, turmoil to the region, Panetta said. But it also offers “a chance to make that part of the world a better region, one that enjoys some of the values and some of the reforms and some of the political opportunities that we have in this country,” he said.

Savor that last paragraph for a minute. The Arab Spring was something this administrationwanted. It was meant to begin a worldwide leveling of the political playing field so that a global government could assume the reins of power, with a chosen few at the helm.

Attacking Libya was unconstitutional, period. We attacked a country with no provocation, whose brutal reign pales in comparison with Iran’s evil empire and others in the Middle East. Libya was a military R2P testing ground and Obama and Panetta have found it very good indeed for their purposes. But as the US, NATO and the UN declare victory in Libya, the conflict is not over yet. The Rebels seem to be in control of Tripoli, but Qadhafi is still at large and there is the minor annoyance of WMDs floating around. But those are tiny details, right? I mean, it’s only the Middle East. Nothing bad ever happens there.

As I predicted some time ago, Libya is just the opening act for R2P. Enter Syria next. Which should be very interesting considering their ties with Iran. And Iran’s ties with Russia and China. War… What is it good for? Global chaos, wealth redistribution and power grabs. I can’t wait to see how it turns out. That’s if I’m still alive after they finish.

Suddenly, after watching thousands being slaughtered, our State Department is beginning to slap Syria’s hands. I doubt that they suddenly grew a conscience – more likely it’s the next step in a battle plan that totally drains our military in strength and finances forwarding the goal of bringing America to her knees.

But wait, there’s more! Yep, we are embroiled in another conflict in Yemen. What’s that you say? You hadn’t heard? What’s the media good for? Absolutely nothing!

The US is now involved in almost innumerable wars in the Middle East, but most have been reported in one way or another. This one has not been fully vetted as it continues to expand. Unconstitutional, secretive and expanding in scope and violence, it includes the massive, violent projection of US naval, air and Special Forces into parts of Yemen.

It is no skirmish but a coordinated, daily attack against hostile forces that supposedly include a number of “al Qaeda” (whatever they are) protected by local tribesman in the south of Yemen who have rebelled against President Ali Abdullah Saleh’s regime. It involves considerable military effort and expenditure of what must be a US task force that includes sea, air and land power.

Despite the new war’s massive scope, the major media and Congress remain culpably silent on this latest war (is there any other word for it?) even though such a massive military campaign must be well known to top power players in the media, in politics, in the intelligence community and obviously in the Pentagon itself.

So, now you can add Yemen to the list of conflicts the US is up to its eyeballs in, along with Libya, Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan and Syria. Just how long do you think we can do this? And if I hear one more Keynesean economist wax poetic that all we need to do is print more money, I may rent permanent space on a brick wall to beat my head. Obama’s administration is a regulatory vampire that is greedily bleeding our military and economy dry. We are already near passing and slipping into the dark recesses of history. If we don’t remove these political leeches, they will kill us and dance on our corpses as they continue on their merry Marxist way raping the planet of all wealth and power. Not caring how many they destroy along the way. Hellishly good times for them.

And for dessert this Fall, Israel. If the UN gives Palestine its own state, and I believe they will, Obama will stand with the UN, for the good of the planet don’tcha know. Americans will not stand with their government on this. It’s obvious to me that Obama will use R2P to try and eradicate Israel. Israel will fight back – every American needs to decide, and now, where they stand on this. I stand with Israel.

The breadth and depth of Obama’s lawlessness is not only the height of arrogance, it is staggering in its evil scope. No one is stopping him. No voice is rising above his. If we don’t stop this soon, we will lose to a totalitarian regime and a new world order. Congress is toothless and the Constitution is being bypassed. As evil grows in America and around the globe, I keep wondering when will Americans stand up and say this must stop?

Make no mistake, Barack Obama and Leon Panetta are ushering in the American Fall and it promises to be just as chaotic and hellish as the Arab Spring – only much more ‘personal’ to Americans as we will be caught up in it. Better to fight evil and die a patriot, than to live under dark oppression. Never again will Americans meekly serve in evil bondage – will you stand for our freedoms? Or will you stand and watch the American Fall?

The President has put Executive Orders (EO's), Directives, and legislation in place that will affect our freedom. I had a lengthy chat with the Congressional Assistant that called me, and he was so appreciative that I sent the information about Obama's other legislation so that they can take action on it. He revealed that despite Obama's loss of a majority in the Senate, the Obama agenda hasn't changed; he will use other ways, like EO's, to fulfill his agenda.

I assure you that after you look at this research of the legislative framework being enacted by Obama, you will realize that freedom as we know it is about it come to an end. This IS Obama's ultimate agenda.

"Weighing all considerations, the researchers concluded that the best option would be a 6,000-person hybrid force headquartered in the U.S. Marshals Service. The personnel in reserve status could be employed in state and local police forces so they would be able to exercise police functions in a civilian population daily and could be called up as needed. The Marshals Service was deemed to have many of the requisite skills. However, its training and management capabilities would need to be expanded to take on this large mission, and it would have to recruit additional personnel as well. The annual cost, $637 million, is reasonable given the capability it buys. The cost savings in relieving military forces of these duties could be greater than required to create the SPF.

The Military Police option was attractive for a number of reasons, especially its capacity, training, and logistical capabilities, but its inability to engage in policing activities when not deployed was a major stumbling block. The Posse Comitatus Act precludes military personnel from exercising police functions in a civilian setting, and legislative relief might be difficult to get. Even if such relief were forthcoming, it is unclear where and how routine police skills might be honed.

Creation of a civilian SPF would not affect the roles that other elements of the U.S. government would play. Rather, it would complement other agencies such as the departments of Defense and State. But the SPF would provide a necessary capability, and the U.S. Army should support its creation."

OBAMA HAS SIGNED AWAY OUR RIGHTS WITH THE EXEUCTIVE ORDER CHANGE RE INTERPOL! - Updated

With the signing of an under-publicized amendment to Executive Order 12425, Barack Obama has fundamentally altered your constitutional rights. His actions are undermining your rights to protect personal privacy from a foreign internationalist police agency named Interpol. A one-paragraph executive order may seem inconsequential to many, but this action has far-reaching implications and threatens the sovereignty of America.

Obama's secretive executive order amended an order issued by President Reagan in 1983. Reagan's order recognized Interpol as an international organization and gave it privileges and immunities commonly extended to foreign diplomats. Reagan opened the door to allow Interpol to operate in partnership with the U.S. but with significant constitutional safeguards. Specifically, Interpol's property and assets remained subject to search and seizure by American law enforcement, and its archived records remained subject to public scrutiny under provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. Interpol had to answer to the FBI and U.S. courts under Reagan's order. These safeguards were stripped away by Obama's action the week before Christmas without debate or explanation. Obama picked the holiday season to make this radical change, to minimize media coverage.

This order marks a significant change in federal policy and usurps the constitutional power of our government by yielding it to an international organization. Michael van Der Galien writes, "This foreign law-enforcement organization can operate free of an important safeguard against government and abuse. Property and assets, including the organization's records, cannot now be searched or seized. Their physical operational locations are now immune from U.S. legal and investigative authorities."

Obama has given an international organization unsupervised freedom to investigate Americans on our own soil without recourse or the supervision of our own government.

Andy McCarthy writing for the National Review asks some very significant questions: "Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media and the American people to scrutinize?"

Interpol is the enforcement arm of the International Criminal Court, or ICC. The United States never signed onto the Rome Treaty, which created the ICC, because of the potential for abuse by foreign interests. Obama has signaled he may sign the treaty over these objections and subject Americans to prosecution overseas in the ICC. This is harmful for two reasons. First, the U.S. Constitution clearly states that it is the supreme law of our land, and allowing the ICC to supersede the U.S. Constitution violates America's sovereignty. Second, the War on Terror is unpopular with Europeans, and the ICC may attempt to prosecute heroic American soldiers with trumped-up war crimes. Obama is putting brave American men and women at grave risk.

An added wrinkle to this executive order is that Interpol's operations center for the United States is housed within our own Justice Department. Many of the agents are Americans who work under the aegis of Interpol. This order has potentially created the new civilian security force that Obama proposed during his campaign. This group of law-enforcement officials is no longer subject to the restraints enshrined in the U.S. Constitution.

The order guarantees that Interpol officers have immunity from prosecution for crimes they may commit in the United States. Ironically, some Interpol nations are attempting to try American intelligence agents for their work abroad in the War on Terror.
This order shows blatant disregard for the U.S. Constitution. While Obama is extending due process rights to terrorists he is weakening those same rights for American citizens. If a citizen were to be prosecuted by Interpol, their newly granted immunity would interfere with the discovery process. Since Interpol files are immune to disclosure, a citizen could be denied his right to see the information used to prosecute him or her.

Obama's executive order has done more to weaken civil liberties than the much-maligned Patriot Act. The silence in the mainstream media on this issue should scare all freedom-loving Americans. Obama just signed away parts of our precious legal protections.

This was just sent to me and I have just finished the first video. dated Dec. 9, 2009 – Figured it was worth sending on, especially with the articles and chatter about the Obama’s amendment to the Posse Comitatus Act that has been floating around the past few days.

Someone in one of my patriot groups said the other day, "I hope I'm wrong about all of this, but I would rather share the the information and be wrong or even look foolish a year from now than not and have been quietly right!!"

Around 8 minutes, the speaker (Steve Quayle) begins and says there is an event coming that will involve military action against US citizens (armed forces - responding to and acting against citizens) that will be so deep and so penetrating that the US will never be the same. He has talked with air force, law enforcement personnel, etc and it is confirmed.

The reason for this event is the economy will tank - within the 45 - 60 day mark.

Greg Evensen mentioned 55-2, which I had never heard of before...

Was the Attack on Detroit Flight Staged?

We found these reports from different sources. Seen together, these disparate reports paint a very different view of the recent failed terrorist attack on Flight 253. If any of this is true, the implications are frightening.

Bombshell Eyewitness Revelations: Confirmed FBI Cover-Up Of Flight 253 Attack

Detroit attorney Kurt Haskell appeared on the Alex Jones Show today and detailed his experience at the Amsterdam airport and on flight 253. Mr. Haskell provided information not covered by the corporate media.

Passengers were told to remain seated in the aircraft for 20 minutes after landing despite the fact security did not know at that point if there was an explosive on the plane or if the fire started by the suspect Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab while on descent to the airport had spread under the floor in the cabin or to the fuel tanks in the wings.

After being allowed to disembark from the plane by officials, passengers were detained in customs with their carry-on luggage for six hours while they waited to be interrogated by the FBI, according to Haskell.

At this point a bomb-sniffing dog pointed at carry-on luggage in the possession of a man Haskell described as Indian around 30 years old. Officials led the man away to an interrogation room. Haskell said he was concerned because the bomb-sniffing dog had flagged the man, indicating he may have had explosives in his carry-on luggage. The Indian man was subsequently led away in handcuffs.

Haskell said the corporate media refuses to cover this aspect of his story. He has repeated it to “countless” news agencies and they uniformly have not included it to his knowledge.

Mr. Haskell questioned why officials have not released the Amsterdam airport security video that will undoubtedly reveal crucial information about the “sharp-dressed man” who escorted a disheveled Mutallab to the boarding area. Haskell described the suspected terrorist as appearing to be a “poor black teenager.”

The well-dressed Indian man did all the talking. He insisted Mutallab be boarded on the plane without a passport and when an airport employee refused to do so Mutallab and the Indian man went to talk with a supervisor. The Indian man tried to pass off Mutallab as a Sudanese refugee and have him boarded despite the fact doing so would be in violation of regulations concerning refugees. In general, documentation must be provided by an embassy in order for refugees to board international flights.

Mr. Haskell did not see Mutallab again until the botched terror bombing inside the plane on the approach to Detroit. He did not know how Mutallab finally boarded the aircraft.

The FBI was not pleased with Kurt Haskell when they conducted a follow-up interview earlier today in Michigan. They showed him close-up photographs of various people, including Mutallab. “They kind of tried to trick me,” Haskell explained. The agents tried to pass off two photos of Mutallab as different people. Kurt asked the agents if they were attempting to impeach his story and smear him.

The Indian man was not included in the photographs.

Haskell asked them why he was not shown a full body shot of the suspect. Haskell was eight rows back from the suspect. The FBI agents did not answer and were displeased with the question. He also asked the FBI agents if it would be more appropriate to bring the surveillance video from the Amsterdam airport instead of still photos. “I don’t think they liked that comment from me,” Haskell added. The FBI said they did not have the videotape. They also made a point to tell Haskell they were asking the questions and not him.

The agents showed Haskell a photograph of the man flagged by the bomb-sniffing dog and taken into custody in customs. “Isn’t this the man who had the bomb in his carry-on bag that you arrested in customs who you refuse to admit exists?” Haskell asked the agents. “They really didn’t like that comment from me and had no comment back to me but I said it sure looks like the man you refuse to admit exists.”

Kurt Haskell was circumspect and careful not to speculate during the interview with Alex Jones. He indicated he is only interested in the facts and does not want to endanger his version of events by speculating on motives.
