It is important to note that the only person to “see” and authenticate the long form birth certificate of President Barrack H. Obama is now dead in a plane crash. Even more controversial is the one that they submitted as truth on the Whitehouse.gov website is 10-layered in Photo Shop and thought to be fake. The conspiracy never seems to die.

Now a whistleblower comes forward and claims she forged Obama’s birth certificate in 1985. She doesn’t just claim that she did the long form, but the short form as well. Both those claims if proven are enough to make people worry about who really is our President.

Interesting how this person is not only a family member but also insists she did it for the drug cartels in Mexico. Fast and Furious and the Federal Court ruling to include drugs and child smuggling make a lot more sense now.

You be the judge… But these are the kinds of questions and issues that arise when the mainstream media does not do its job, or worse is in the bag for one side or the other and can’t put their bias aside!!

Pearl Harbor veteran recalls bewilderment of attack

It's strange how wars are remembered -- and forgotten. On this day, Dec. 7, let's honor Pearl Harbor's fallen and never forget that the awful attack was one of several costly battles that day.

HONOLULU — Seventy-one years ago this week, Navy veteran Lou Gore was startled by the muffled thuds of explosions and a burst of commotion while cleaning up from breakfast below deck on the USS Phoenix, a cruiser docked at Pearl Harbor.

Hurrying topside, the 18-year-old seaman second-class was confronted by pandemonium he was unable to immediately comprehend — flames shooting skyward, roiling clouds of dark, acrid smoke, swarms of fighter-bombers buzzing low overhead.

Within moments that Sunday morning, it became clear that the U.S. Pacific fleet was under attack. As reflexes from training took over, Gore and others aboard the Phoenix jumped into action and began firing back with anti-aircraft guns.

“We didn’t know (at first) those were Japanese planes,” Gore, now 88 and visiting the islands with nine members of his family, recalled in a recent interview. “We didn’t know what was happening. I just did my job.”

Gore is one of 100 aging Pearl Harbor Survivors who will attend ceremonies on Wednesday on Oahu marking the 70th anniversary of the Japanese air and naval assault that claimed 2,390 American lives and drew the United States into World War Two.

Nearly half of those who perished were sailors aboard the battleship USS Arizona, which Japanese torpedo bombers sank early in the attack, sending 1,177 of its 1,400-member crew to their deaths.

The USS Arizona Memorial, built over the remains of the ship, now forms a centerpiece of the World War Two Valor in the Pacific National Monument, an historic site administered by the National Park Service.

‘BODIES EVERYWHERE’

Gore’s vessel, the Phoenix, was anchored a short distance from the stretch of harbor known as Battleship Row, where the Arizona was moored when it was hit.

“I’ll never forget watching the … USS Arizona battleship jumping up out of the water, landing and rolling on its side,” Gore said. “There were bodies everywhere. Brooms floating in the water, canisters.”

Long after the two-hour surprise attack had ended, the base remained on edge, he recounted. “Everyone was keyed up. After the attack, at night, it wasn’t safe to be out. People were shooting at shadows.”

The Phoenix, among a handful of light cruisers and other vessels that got out of the harbor during or just after the attack, emerged unscathed.

Besides the nearly 2,400 who were killed, the attack left 1,178 people wounded, sank or heavily damaged a dozen U.S. warships and destroyed 323 aircraft, badly crippling the Pacific fleet.

As has been the practice of past anniversary ceremonies, visiting veterans, relatives and dignitaries will bow their heads for a moment of silence at 7:55 a.m. on Wednesday, the time when the attack began, as military jets soar overhead in a “missing-man” formation.

The guided-missile destroyer USS Chung-Hoon will render a salute to the fallen crew of the Arizona, and the morning service will end with a “walk of honor” by more than 100 Pearl Harbor Survivors and other World War Two veterans, many of them in their late 80s. The gathering is expected to include seven of the last known 18 survivors from Arizona’s crew.

The turnout by Pearl Harbor veterans on Wednesday is expected to be only about half of what it was last year, when about 200 attended.

Mal Middlesworth, former president of the National Pearl Harbor Survivors Association and current publisher of the Pearl Gram, a quarterly newsletter, estimates there are about 2,700 Pearl Harbor veterans still alive, approximately 5,000 total survivors.

For Gore, a resident of Seattle, this week marks his first visit to Hawaii since the 1960s, and his first opportunity to personally show his two sons, his daughter and a granddaughter where he was on the morning of the attack.

Gore went on to serve in Okinawa and New Guinea during World War Two and remained in the Navy for 30 years, including a brief stint in Korea and two tours of duty during the Vietnam War. He retired as a petty officer first-class.

Despite the tributes he is receiving this year as a Pearl Harbor veteran, Gore insists he is no hero.

“I’m grateful to still be alive. So many lost their lives for no reason. … I wish I had been able to save more” (lives), he said.

Arpaio Obama Probe Finds 'National Security Threat' - Sheriff Joe's long-awaited press conference!

Since 1955, Hawaii's been giving US citizenship to children born in other countries.  I saw it on Sheriff Joe's press conference today.

Under Hawaii's Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, ... not necessarily a U.S. citizen, but any out-of-state, or foreign-born person, ... and then pay taxes there for One Year ... to be able to register and receive an official Hawaii birth certificate.

The concern is also relevant given the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning Arizona’s proposed state immigration law, SB 1070, in which the federal court ruled state laws cannot be in contradiction or in conflict with federal law.

If AZ can’t contradict law, neither should Hawaii.  Plus there are probably thousands or more of those people who have received a “birth certificate” from Hawaii that should have gone through the naturalization process, making them illegals…

Certainly sounds like something Congress needs to address, but then they are too busy making laws to control us or laws about football or honorary days for celebrities.

However, Exposing Obama would reveal the depth of US Government corruption.

PHOENIX – After determining earlier this year there is probable cause to suspect the document released by the White House as Barack Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said today he believes his Cold Case Posse’s investigation should be advanced to the federal government, based on further information released at a press conference in Phoenix that was live-streamed by WND.

Cold Case Posse lead investigator Mike Zullo said the new information confirms the document presented to the American public in April 2011 is undoubtedly fraudulent.

Arpaio told WND he intends to move the investigation and the new information to a higher authority within the federal government because of what he calls an imminent threat to national security and U.S. immigration laws. The threat is posed by a flaw in Hawaii’s law discovered by his investigators that allows a foreigner to obtain a Hawaii birth certificate.

“Although I am having a difficult time deciding who to forward this information to given the fact that the obvious choices report directly to the president, I cannot stand by and hold on to information that threatens to weaken national security,” Arpaio said.

Arpaio said he intends on keeping a case file open if more information surfaces or if federal authorities decide to ignore the case.

Zullo explained that along with new information discovered regarding the birth certificate since the posse’s March 1 press conference, his team has discovered Hawaii provides easy access to a birth certificate, even if the child wasn’t born in the state.

Under Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8, a person only has to be an established resident of Hawaii, not necessarily a U.S. citizen, and pay taxes there for one year to be able to register an out-of-state or foreign-born person with an official Hawaii birth certificate.

“If a nation’s security is only as strong as its weakest link, then America may be in serious trouble,” Arpaio said in a statement. “Hawaii may be our weakest link and could have a serious impact on our nation’s immigration policy.”

Among the new findings presented by lead Cold Case Posse investigator Mike Zullo:

• The sheriff’s investigators have learned of a birth certificate coding system that indicates the White House document has been altered.

• An interview with the Hawaii official who allegedly signed the Obama document in 1961, Verna K.L. Lee, provided further confirmation of the coding anomalies.

• Investigators were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document Hawaii provided to Arizona’s secretary of state in May.

• Hawaii’s deputy attorney general, Jill T. Nagamine, confirm the state has a birth document on file for Obama. But she would not confirm on the record that the White House document matched what was on file with the Hawaii Department of Health.

• The sheriff’s investigators interviewed three persons of interest who have provided additional information in the case.

In prepared opening remarks, Arpaio chastised the media for the way it has handled the investigation.

“You have demeaned this investigation at every turn as silly and wasteful,” he said. “Your contempt about the subject and me for pursuing it has been duly noted.”

He urged media members to listen to Zullo’s presentation of the new evidence.

“Keep an open mind if you can,” he said. “Put away all you pre conceived ideas. Keep your eye on the ball.”

Arpaio’s investigation was initiated last October when 250 Maricopa County citizens approached him for help because they believed the electronic document presented by the White House to the American public was a forgery. Arpaio said he went ahead with the probe with the intent of being able to clear the president and put the matter to rest. But he explained the investigation found too many inconsistencies on the birth certificate.

“We also looked into the president’s selective service registration card and found that it, too, appeared to be fraudulent,” Arpaio said.

Investigators since then have traveled to Hawaii and have interviewed more witnesses, the sheriff said.

Addressing the coding issue, Zullo explained that the Hawaii Department of Health, which categorized vital information issued at the time of the president’s birth, used specific number codes that were written in pencil to transfer information from a paper birth certificate to a database file.

The codes seen on the document issued by the White House are not consistent with the information entered into the various fields, indicating the document has been altered or amended.

In the coding system, the number 9 indicates the information is not stated, meaning there should not be any information in the box in which the number is written.

However, the number 9 can be seen written in pencil next to the fields for “Usual Occupation,” “Kind of Business or Industry” and “Race of Father” on Obama’s document. Each of those fields are filled with information.

“This proves the document has been tampered with and information has been placed on it,” Zullo said.

Sheriff’s investigators tracked down the registrar who allegedly signed the White House’s birth document, U.K. Lee, who is now 95. She provided information that posed further inconsistencies with the story of Obama’s birth at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in 1961.

The investigators also analyzed the Hawaii Department of Health’s response to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request that Obama’s birth information be verified.

They interviewed in person the Hawaii assistant attorney general to verify that the document presented by the White House was the same document on file with the Department of Health.

Investigators said they were troubled to find key information missing on the verification document, including the president’s date of birth.

They said they were equally troubled that the deputy attorney general would not confirm on record that the White House document matched what was on file with the health department.

The national security concerns raised by the investigation are based on Hawaii Revised Statute 338.17.8. which states:

338-17.8 Certificates for children born out of state.

Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

Arpaio and his investigators said they have deep concerns that the Hawaii Revised Statute is a loophole that makes it possible for foreign born children to illegally establish U.S. citizenship.

They said the concern is also relevant given the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling concerning Arizona’s proposed state immigration law, SB 1070, in which the federal court ruled state laws cannot be in contradiction or in conflict with federal law.

Zullo noted that, normally, when it’s necessary to prove a person is a U.S. Citizen, the main form of documentation is a state certificate of birth.

“It appears that in the case of Hawaii law, any person can obtain a birth certificate if any adult or their parents can prove that they resided in Hawaii for one year and paid taxes,” he said. “There is no requirement to show that the child itself was actually born in Hawaii or on U.S. soil.”

One of my patriot friends sent this to me.  We need to either get people to both protest the event and also get people to attend. I am going to attend. There is a Communist Expo in SF on 4/27 through 4/29. And then Van Jones will be speaking at a middle school in Berkeley on 5/3.

I say we get people to attend the expo. Split up in groups and do recon. I’m going to register. Anyone want to go let me know. Three days of this crap is going to kill me!

I received a mailer call a couple of days ago called "11th Annual New Living Expo"....very new age looking.  Normally I would have thrown this away but for some reason I looked at every page in this brochure.  To my surprise, Bill Ayers will be conducting a workshop on Sunday 4/29!  His blurb was sandwiched between "Solutions and Strategies for the End of Time" and "The Secret of Sion" Assembling the Kit".  Bill will be leading a workshop on "Occupy This, Occupy That, Occupy Everything!"

Van Jones Rallies with Hawaii's Community Organizers for 'Economic Fairness, Justice' - and a State Bank

BY MALIA ZIMMERMAN - Van Jones, President Barack Obama’s former green jobs adviser who heads the “Rebuild the Dream” organization, keynoted a rally and a “mass action event” at the Hawaii State Capitol Tuesday night to promote “economic fairness” and “economic justice.” (see the video here)

Environmental activists groups, a union, and the University of Hawaii organized the five-hour event to promote legislation that would establish a State Partnership Bank, or a “clean” and “green” bank, to fund green energy projects, as well as “highlight other legislation that would make the local economy more just and sustainable.”

If Hawaii lawmakers establish a state bank, it will be only the second one in the country, and in some proposals being floated at the capitol, the governor chairs the bank, union leaders serve as directors, and Democrat lawmakers appoint the remaining board. Republicans, who make up just 9 of 76 seats in the legislature, oppose the establishment of a state bank because they say the institution will be financed by taxpayers, will be led by political insiders and will loan money to people for projects that no private bank would authorize, but they are outgunned.

Jones, author of the New York Times bestseller The Green Collar Economy, said Hawaii is one of 10 stops on his tour of the “front lines of the fight for the future of this country.”

“Each of our 10 targeted urban, suburban, and rural stops across America will support a strategic state initiative, such as making corporations pay their fair share, and create a replicable model for grassroots action," Van Jones proclaimed, stating the movement is a “cultural, political, spiritual and educational vehicle bringing together tens of thousands of everyday people in the movement for economic justice and a new economy.”

In his keynote, Jones did not directly address the bank legislation or other legislation pending in Hawaii. Instead he spoke of the dream being “under threat.”

“Not the American dream they talk about on TV,” Jones said. “There are two American dreams. One of them I call the ‘American fantasy.’ You know that one? Everyone is going to be rich. Everybody. And we're all going to be able to ride out to the great white suburbs, get a McMansion, get flat-screened TV to cover up the holes in our lives. That is the American fantasy, which is turning out to be the American nightmare. It is dying out on its own accord - it deserves no defense and it will get no defense. I am glad that is going away. That was not serving anybody.”

Jones called out the people he called “dream killers in America” and “dream killers right here in Hawaii.”

“There are people who have taken the American dream and turned it upside down, inside out. The dream is supposed to be that you can work hard, play by the rules and get somewhere. But you and I both know right here in Hawaii, and across America, the people who are working the hardest and following the rules are the ones who are being left behind, the ones who are suffering the most, the ones who are hurting the most. And yet some people who are not working that hard at all, their investments work for them. And sometimes they break a lot of rules, especially on Wall Street. But they are the ones doing well. That is taking the American dream upside down, inside out. That's killing the dream.”

Jones, who served as an adviser to the White House Council on Environmental Quality for 6 months before resigning in September 2009 amid controversy over statements he made and alliances he had, briefly addressed his time in Washington DC.

“I was there for 6 months. Best 6 months of my life, followed by the worst two weeks. ... What I saw there is why I am here today. I saw some of the most beautiful people, some of the most well intentioned people, some of the smartest people ever to serve in our government, be stopped in their tracks, stopped in their tracks, by people who mean us no good. People who claim to be patriots but seem to hate everybody in America.”

During an address that was videotaped earlier in 2009, he called Republicans "assholes", but it was a petition he signed in 2004 endorsing the "9/11 truther" movement that caught many by surprise. Those supporting the truther movement believe President Bush and his administration were involved in the September 11, 2001 terror attacks on America.

Despite a rocky political past, which ended with the President accepting Jones’ resignation, he is still considered a rising star in the green-energy movement. Jones shared some of his feelings on his political opponents:

“That always struck me as strange. When I said I love America, I mean I actually love the people in America - the people who live in America. Some of them are brown, some of them are female, some of them are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, some of them have bizarre piercings and tattoos, but I love them. How can you say you love America but then despise most of the people who live here. I don't understand that politics. I don't understand how you can say you love America and love the Statute of Liberty, but then not read the poem at the bottom that says "Give me your tired, Give me your poor, Give me your huddled masses who yearn to breathe free." The way I was raised. You can't be an anti immigrant bigot and a patriot at the same time. They don't go together. They don't go together. Not in my America. They don't go together.”

Hoping to capitalize on the energy and excitement many Hawaii Democrats experienced in 2008 when Obama won the presidency, Jones said: “What happened to all that hope? What happened to all that beauty? What happened to all that spirit? Did the people leave the planet? Was there a rocket ship I missed? Did people join that other party with the warm beverage - what is it - the coffee party? No we're still here. We're still here. And we still have each other. We still have each other. No one can take that from us.”

Jones said he looked forward to being in Hawaii because “it is a community working hard to shape an economy that honors people’s environmental, social, and cultural concerns.”

“We also hope the Revivals to build a base of informed and engaged citizens ready to carry their ideas into the 2012 election cycle," he said.

Faith Action for Community Equity (FACE) Hawaii, a group of community organizers affiliated with various local religious groups, co-chaired the event. Other sponsors included Kanu Hawaii, Sierra Club, UNITE HERE Local 5, University of Hawaii, Blue Planet, and Surfrider Foundation. Council member Tulsi Gabbard, who is a candidate for Congress in the upcoming Democratic primary, spoke at the rally.

Also in attendance at the rally that attracted around 400 people were several Democratic lawmakers, including Tulsi’s father, Senator Mike Gabbard, who earlier that day passed the bank legislation out of his energy committee, as well as Senator Will Espero and Gov. Neil Abercrombie.

Earlier in the day, Jones testified at a hearing in support of House Bill 1033, which "establishes the Clean Economy Bank of the State of Hawaii to, among other things: (1) Enable the State, along with other participating states, territories, and municipalities, to leverage aligned resources and collective influence to build a national clean economy that creates jobs, reduces carbon emissions, and ensures the nation's energy security; (2) Support clean economic development within the State and other participating entities; and (3) Lessen the burden on the State and other participating entities to finance qualified renewable energy and other related purposes." The bill, which would tap into $10 million in federal stimulus funds, has already passed the House, and on Tuesday passed the Senate Energy and Environment Committee.

B.H.O.’s  Birth Certificate - Very Interesting It was brought to light that back in 1961 people of color were called 'Negroes.' So how can this 'birth certificate' states he is 'African-American' when the term wasn't even used back then?? This isn't over! This is interesting! Here is a comment from a reader to George Ure at UrbanSurvival.com: As you all know, Donald Trump made a big deal about Obama's birth certificate. The White House finally released the birth certificate due to public pressure. I will tell you right now that I had never given this "birther" issue any credit. I watched the hype and the crazies come out. I completely dismissed the entire ordeal altogether. I am the studious sort of guy, and I have plenty of time on my hands. So, I took a close look at this document. While I would have thought that this issue would have been closed for good (and, got the crazies to crawl back into their holes), I found two extremely strange inconsistencies that merit some attention. First of all, the birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama's birth as August 4, 1961. It also lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama's birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama's father was born in "Kenya, East Africa". This wouldn't seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama's birth, and 27 years after his father's birth. How could Obama's father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the "British East Africa Protectorate". But, this is not the only thing that I found that just does not jive. The other item that I looked into was the hospital that Obama was born in. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is "Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital". This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called "KauiKeolani Children's Hospital" and "Kapi'olani Maternity Home", respectively. The name did not change to Kapi'olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978? Go ahead, look it up. I am not talking crazy talk, these are the facts. Like I said, I thought that this was a non-issue until the actual certificate was released. Now that it has been released, of course I had to look into it. I have found these issues, now I know that something is up. No award for Orly

The American Bar Association frequently gives awards to lawyers who show a commitment to justice.  Unfortunately, the ABA is about as far left as the Communist Party, so those who usually get those awards are lawyers committed to socialism, not freedom.

Orly Taitz has waged an almost one-woman war on the eligibility issue.  She is absolutely convinced that Barack Obama is not legally qualified to be President.  She had endured insults, threats, some from Judges, fines and every roadblock the Obama regime could throw her way.   Had she been as tenacious on a similar issue with George W. Bush, she would be the toast of the legal community.

Orly probably does not want an ABA award, but she may be getting closer to something of great importance to her.  It is the “holy grail” of the eligibility movement.

Orly Taitz may be about to get the original, type written birth certificate of Barack Obama.

Taitz filed a Freedom of Information Act request to the Social Security Administration for information on Barack Obama’s social security number.  Obama, for anyone not familiar with it, has a Connecticut issued social security number.  You can tell the point of issuance of a social security number by the first three digits of the number.   For baby boomers, social security numbers were generally issued when they started working.  Now, it is more common to get a social security number at the birth of a child.

Obama was raised in Hawaii.  He started working as a teenager in Hawaii.  According to all available information, he never worked in Connecticut.  So how did he end up with a Connecticut social security number?

Inquiring minds want to know.  Orly Taitz wants to know.

She has now issued a subpoena for the original birth certificate.  Not the forged birth certificate Obama released to the public.  She wants the original.

Things are now going to get interesting.

If Obama was really born in Hawaii and everything is as advertised, his lawyers can simply let the birth certificate be provided to Orly Taitz and that will end the matter.  Given the history of the Obama regime and his defense of his birth certificate, even though he has released a forged birth certificate, that is unlikely.

If the Obama regime fights this, they will file a motion to quash the subpoena.   Taitz has already received at least one favorable ruling in this case.  The news articles on the subject do not specify what the ruling was, but presumably it was a motion to dismiss the lawsuit summarily.

Some conservatives derisively dismiss anyone who supports the eligibility issue as a “birther.”   There certainly is enough evidence out there to raise questions.  The significance of the eligibility issue is what happens if we are right.  If Obama was never eligible to serve as President, everything he did is void.  Two Supreme Court Justices, gone.  A host of Federal Judges, gone.  Every bill he signed, gone. Obamacare, gone.

What are the chances of this happening?  Who knows?  The bigger question is, given the potential reward of undoing everything Obama has done, why any conservative dismisses the eligibility issues, as “birtherism” is simply beyond belief.

If Orly Taitz wins, she will deserve a place among the great lawyers of this country, who fought incredible odds to win justice.  The left wing American Bar Association will never give her an award for this.  But I’m willing to bet she’s not saving any space on her wall for an ABA award either.

Nothing screams born in Hawaii like a birth certificate signed by:

Here’s what you need to know from Monday’s White House briefing with press secretary Robert Gibbs:

– Gibbs hinted that President Obama will talk about gun rights in his State of the Union address. “I don’t doubt that, as a result of the impact – or the issues of what happened in Tucson, that there will be a number of proposals that this White House and the Congress will evaluate, and we’ll wait until tomorrow to see what’s in the State of the Union,” he said.

– Gibbs snuck a jab at the so-called birthers who don’t believe Obama was born in Hawaii. “I think rational people have — have long ago, many when they first heard and saw the president, come to the conclusion of his citizenship,” he said.

Our problem was with the Republicans who did not demand Obama show his birth certificate BEFORE he was sworn into office…The Democrats demanded and received McCain’s proof of citizenship!

The truth tends to settle things… but lies tend to recycle the issues that they don’t seem to answer or answer with questions.

Example:  Someone just sent me this today with the following explanation:

[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.

(b) Proof of legal residency shall be submitted to the director of health in any manner that the director shall deem appropriate. The director of health may also adopt any rules pursuant to chapter 91 that he or she may deem necessary or proper to prevent fraudulent applications for birth certificates and to require any further information or proof of events necessary for completion of a birth certificate.

(c) The fee for each application for registration shall be established by rule adopted pursuant to chapter 91. [L 1982, c 182, §1]

And remember the promise of the Governor of Hawaii… to settle this issue?  So why hasn’t he been able to do that?  Because if privacy laws??  Really?  Well if there is nothing to hide, all Obama has to do is give his permission to release it. 

There comes a time when common sense and that feeling in you gut has to start taking over!

Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.

Adams was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.

His position was senior elections clerk, overseeing a group of 50 to 60 employees responsible for verifying the identity of voters at the Absentee Ballot Office. It was in this capacity that Adams became aware of the search for Obama's birth-certificate records.

"During the course of my employment," Adams swears in the affidavit(viewable in full as part 1 and part 2), "I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama's long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate."

As he inquired about the birth certificate, he says, his supervisors told him that the records were not on file at the Hawaii Department of Health.

"Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health," Adams' affidavit reads, "and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government."

In a recorded telephone interview, Adams told WND that it was common knowledge among election officials where he worked that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate could be found at the Hawaii Department of Health.

"My supervisor came and told me, 'Of course, there's no birth certificate. What? You stupid,'" Adams said. "She usually spoke well, but in saying this she reverted to a Hawaiian dialect. I really didn't know how to respond to that. She said it and just walked off. She was quite a powerful lady."

Moreover, Adams was told that neither Queens Memorial Hospital nor Kapi'olani Medical Center had any records of Obama's birth at their medical facilities: "Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama's birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been born there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama Jr. was born at Kapi'olani Medical Center on Aug. 4, 1961."

"We called the two hospitals in Honolulu: Queens and Kapi'olani," Adams stressed. "Neither of them have any records that Barack Obama was born there."

In 2009,WND documented that Obama and his supporters had first claimed he was born at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu, before the story changed to Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu.

After WND's report on the two conflicting hospitals, online news sites including the United Press International and Snopes.com scrubbed their websites to eliminate any reference to Queens Medical Center, substituting instead that Obama was born at Kapi'olani Medical Center without explaining the discrepancy or the correction.

Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie

In 2010, then-candidate for governor Neil Abercrombie was involved in an Obama birth controversy when he read a letter at a Kapi'olani Medical Center centennial dinner in Honolulu that supposedly was authored by President Obama, claiming Kapi'olani as his birth hospital.

As WND reported, the letter read by Abercrombie and initially displayed on the Kapi'olani website turned out to be a computer-created likeness of a letter using HTML code, the building blocks of Internet websites, not an actual paper letter.

The White House has still not confirmed it wrote or sent the letter.

Moreover, Adams claims, the Hawaii government was engaged in a cover-up designed to tell the American public through the Obama-supporting mainstream media that Obama was born in Hawaii, even though no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Obama could be found on record in the Hawaii Department of Health.

In the affidavit Adams swears, "During the course of my employment, I came to understand that for political reasons, various officials in the government of Hawaii, including then-Governor Linda Lingle and various officials of the Hawaii Department of Health, including Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the director of the Hawaii Department of Health, were making representations that Senator Obama was born in Hawaii, even though no government official in Hawaii could find a long-form birth certificate for Senator Obama that had been issued by a Hawaii hospital at the time of his birth."

Adams further swears his supervisors told him to quit asking about Obama's birth records.

"During the course of my employment," Adams states in the affidavit, "I was told by senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division to stop inquiring about Senator Obama's Hawaii birth records, even though it was common knowledge among my fellow employees that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama."

"I can go get my long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate," Adams told WND. "And so I don't understand, this whole controversy should have been settled three or four years ago in about five minutes."

Nor does Adams feel the short-form Certification of Live Birth is authoritative documentation proving that Obama was born in Hawaii.

"My basic assumption is that he wasn't born there," Adams said. "Certifications of Live Birth were given to people who were born at home, or to people who were born overseas and whose parents brought them back to the islands. If his parents were U.S. citizens, or if one parent was a U.S. citizen, as was the case with Obama, the family would apply for a Hawaiian birth certificate when the parents came back from overseas. That's normally how you would have gotten on [a Certification of Live Birth] in the 1960s."

WND has reported that in 1961, Obama's grandparents, Stanley and Madelyn Dunham, could have made an in-person request at the Hawaii Department of Health for a registration of a Hawaii birth, even if the infant Barack Obama Jr. had been foreign-born.

In the past few days, Abercrombie has represented that there is a registration of Obama's birth in the state archives.

But the state registration of birth in 1961 theoretically could prove only that the grandparents had registered Obama's birth, even if Obama was not born in Hawaii.

Similarly, the newspaper announcements of baby Obama's birth do not prove he was born in Hawaii, since the newspaper announcements could have been triggered by the grandparents appearing in-person to register baby Obama as a Hawaiian birth, even if the baby was born elsewhere.

WND has documented that the address reported in the birth announcements published in the Hawaii newspapers at the time, 6085 Kalanianaole Highway, was the address where the grandparents lived.

WND has also reported that Barack Obama Sr. maintained his own separate apartment in Honolulu at an 11th Avenue address, even after he was supposedly married to Ann Dunham, Barack Obama's mother, and that Ann Dunham left Hawaii within three weeks of the baby's birth to attend the University of Washington in Seattle.

Dunham did not return to Hawaii until after Barack Obama Sr. left Hawaii in June 1962 to attend graduate school at Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass.

It's possible the yet-undisclosed birth record in the state archives that Abercrombie has discovered may have come from the grandparents registering baby Obama's birth, an event that would have triggered both the newspaper birth announcements and availability of a Certification of Live Birth, even if no long-form record exists.

WND has confirmed with Glen Takahashi, elections administrator for the city and county of Honolulu, that Adams was indeed working in their elections offices during the last presidential election.

"We hire temporary workers, because we're seasonal," Takahashi told WND.

Adams told WND he supported Hillary Clinton during the 2008 presidential election campaign.

He described himself as a libertarian who wants less government spending, fewer laws that restrict personal freedoms, more adherences to the Constitution and an end to foreign wars.

"I'm interested in individual liberty and upholding the Constitution," he said. "I want to get American troops out from foreign countries, and I want to see the federal budget balanced."

He said he might be inclined to support former-Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee or former-Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney in 2012 to run against President Obama, but he has not yet made up his mind.

"It depends on how fiscally conservative Huckabee and Romney turn out to be on economics," he said. "But from what I know right now, they would probably be better than Obama."

It could be a game-changer.

A plan in Arizona to require presidential candidates to prove their eligibility to occupy the Oval Office is approaching critical mass, even though it has just been introduced.

The proposal from state Rep. Judy Burges, who carried a similar plan that fell short last year only because of political maneuvering, was introduced yesterday with 16 members of the state Senate as co-sponsors.

It needs only 16 votes in the Senate to pass.

In the House, there are 25 co-sponsors, with the need for only 31 votes for passage, and Burges told WND that there were several chamber members who confirmed they support the plan and will vote for it, but simply didn't wish to be listed as co-sponsors.

(Remember… Chris Matthews is the guy who said he gets a tingle up his leg whenever he hears Obama speak… and even he wonders why Obama won’t produce his documents?!?)

Even MSNBC’s pro-Obama host Chris Matthews has joined the crowd calling on the president to release his long-form birth certificate to settle the controversy surrounding his birthplace once and for all, saying “if it exists, why not put it out?”

Matthews has been critical of the so-called “birthers” who insist that Obama was not born in the United States and therefore is ineligible to be president. Some say he was actually born in Kenya, his father’s home country.

The majority of Americans discount that conspiracy theory. Hawaii state officials insist he was born on the tropical isles, and a legal ad taken out in a local newspaper announcing Obama’s birth days after he was born supports that claim.

Still, many find it interesting that Obama has continued to refuse to release his long-form birth certificate, and Obama joins just a handful of presidents who have no declared place of birth as a significant national landmark.

Instead, during the 2008 campaign, Obama’s aides issued a “certification of live birth,” a summary document that does not include the name of the hospital where he was born or the physician who delivered him, information that would be included on the long-form birth certificate.

Newly elected Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie, a Democrat, re-ignited the ‘birther controversy’ when he said he would ask the state attorney general’s office and health officials how he can make public more of Obama’s birth documentation from Aug. 4, 1961.

Obama easily could release the document himself or ask state officials to do so.

During Matthews’ “Hardball” program on Monday night, the MSNBC hosted cited a New York Times poll from April that found that only 58 percent of respondents believe Obama was born in the United States, while 20 percent believe he was not, and 23 percent are unsure.

“I am not a birther,” Matthews declared. “I am an enemy of the birthers.”

But he held up the long-form birth certificate of someone who was born the day before Obama, and compared it with the shorter version Obama has released, which to the birthers, he said, “is evidence that he really ain’t one of us.

“Why has the president himself not demanded that they put out the official document?” Matthews said.

“Why doesn’t the governor just say, snap it up, whoever’s there at the department of records, send me a copy right now? Why doesn’t the president just say, send me a copy right now? Why doesn’t [White House press secretary Robert] Gibbs and [senior adviser David] Axelrod say, let’s just get this crappy story dead? Why not do it?

“The department out there just said the other day that there is such a thing. It exists. The original document of his birth is available. They have it in storage, they said. And if it exists, why not put it out?

“Will there be any harm done by releasing the original document?”

After a discussion with panelists Clarence Page of the Chicago Tribune and David Corn of Mother Jones, Matthews concluded: “I’m sure we’ve gotten to the bottom of this as much as mortal men can.”

But Obama’s critics — many of whom don’t buy in the birther theory he was born outside the United States — still note a pattern of secrecy surrounding much of Obama’s life before he entered politics. They note that many Obama never has unveiled many key documents that presidential candidates released to the press and public.

For example:

• During the presidential campaign, Obama released just one brief document detailing his personal health, while GOP opponent John McCain released what he said was his complete medical file totaling more than 1,500 pages. The Obama campaign eventually released some routine lab-test results and electrocardiograms for Obama.
• Obama refused to offer his official papers as a state legislator in Illinois and did not produce correspondence, such as letters from lobbyists and other information, from his days in the Illinois State Senate.
• Obama did not release his client list as an attorney or his billing records.
• Obama declined to release his college records from Occidental College, where he studied for two years before transferring to Columbia University.
• Obama’s campaign refused to give Columbia University, where he earned an undergraduate degree in political science, permission to release his transcripts. Such transcripts would list the courses Obama took, and his grades.
• Obama’s college dissertation, reportedly titled “Soviet Nuclear Disarmament,” has disappeared from Columbia’s archives.
• Obama did not agree to the release of his application to the Illinois state bar, which would clear up intermittent allegations that his application to the bar may have been inaccurate.
• Obama has not released records from his time at Harvard Law School.
• During his campaign for president, Obama promised he would make his White House “the most open and transparent administration in history.”

With friends like 72 year old Democratic Governor elect of Hawaii, undocumented B. Hussein Obama doesn't need enemies.

Abercrombie has now vowed to change Hawaii law, from what that Obamite Gov. Linda Lingle just signed into law protecting undocumented Obama. Yes Dick, is going to release Obama's documents one way or the other to deal with the "demon infested hordes" called the Birthers, in Dick's analogy.

There is a quote from Dick which makes me wonder how senile this Obama friend is:

Mr. Abercrombie said that while he did not see the Obamas at the hospital with their newborn son, he does remember the couple bringing baby Barack to social events. He said those who suggest Mr. Obama’s mother somehow slipped off to Kenya to give birth to him are engaging in a “demonological fantasy.”

(Google does not show "demonological" as a word. Another Obama miracle of creation.)

This sort of interests this blog as Dick Abercrombie is now on record stating that he had witnessed the Obama's and child at least twice at some social events in Hawaii.

Now this is most interesting as in 1961 most women did not take their little bundles of joy out into the world for weeks. The problem with that is Stanley Ann Duham Obama's girlfriend in Washington states that Stanley Ann was in that state around the time those Obamite reporters were reporting birth notices were being published in Hawaiian newspapers.

The real problem for Dick's perjerous testimony is Stanley Ann Dunham is recorded to have been attending college classes on the mainland in the fall of 1961.

Translation is Barry Obama was born in August. Fall semester classes start in September. That leaves a very small window for Dick to have been socializing with baby Obama, because testimony is on record stating Stanley Ann was in Washington state shortly after the recorded birth date in August.

So either Democrat Dick Abercrombie is committing perjury or he is senile. His timeline just does not match the facts laid out which we do know is at least as real as other people's memories who would have no political reason to lie.

I look forward to Dick releasing the Obama papers. I look forward to the Indonesian adoption records by Lolo Soetoro. I look forward to the Pan Am airlines travel records for Stanley Ann and Barry Soetoro. I look forward to the passport documentation concerning Hawaii, which will all prove what this Birther has focused on from the start in Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro is a British subject under the British Nationality Act of 1948, is an adopted Indonesian.

Mr. Obama admitted that he was British and therefore no matter how furious Dick gets at Birthers, the reality is, B. Hussein is tri part citizen of 3 nations, (Britain, Kenya and the United States) which makes him unable to serve as President of America, although he could still be President of Kenya or Prime Minister of England.

So Dick, get on the stick and release them papers, as it will either prove you liar or it will prove what Birthers have stated all along in undocumented Obama is not qualified to be President as a tri part citizen, and as an illegal alien in America.

Conservative Radio Talk Show Host Rush Limbaugh is in the hospital in Hawaii in serious condition according to TMZ.com. Rush, 58, was taken to to Queens Medical Center from the Kahala Hotel complaining of chest pains.

According to TMZ the hotel took great pains to keep the matter quiet and took him out of the venue via a back exit of the resort.

Rush Limbaugh has had a history of health problems from addition to pain killers to his weight.

According to KITV in Honolulu, Rush Limbaugh said he was taking medicine for back pain. He was sitting in a chair in his ninth-floor hotel room when the Kahala Hotel emergency team arrived to help him. He will remain in the hospital Wednesday night.  Reportedly, his closest friends and associates are at his bedside.

Limbaugh was seen golfing at the Waialae Country Club next to his hotel earlier in the week.

A number of people on Twitter and at Gawker were happy over this news of Rush's serious condition, but I've got to say that's classless. Whether you agree with him on political and social issues or not, you want him to enjoy a full life, not pass on that way.  People show the best of themselves when they want harm to come to someone just for their conservative or liberal views.

A comment I heard and read, in various versions 8 different times, was: Wow, Obama and his army and Rush are in Hawaii at the same time and Rush has some kind of heart attack or at least chest pains??? Makes you wonder doesn't it?

What I like about Rush is his business acumen.  He has amassed a listenership of 20 million and has a contract with Clear Channel valued at $400 million.  That's a standard that anyone in media should want to achieve, even if they don't agree with how he did it.

Hawaii paper turns down ad probing Obama's birth - Star-Bulletin publisher rejects full-page, full-rate display 'because it is political'

WASHINGTON – In the latest effort to obtain information that could settle the controversy over Barack Obama's eligibility for office as a "natural born citizen," WND Editor and Chief Executive Officer Joseph Farah attempted to buy a full-page ad in a Honolulu daily newspaper soliciting assistance in finding documentary evidence of his birth in the city Aug. 4, 1961, as he claims in his autobiography.

Despite offering the full rate of $7,168.50 plus taxes for a full-page, color ad on page 2 of the news section of the Honolulu Star-Bulletin next Monday, the copy was rejected – the latest turndown by a growing list of media companies that won't touch the birth certificate issue even for money.

"I spoke to my publisher and unfortunately we cannot accept the ad because it is political," explained Cyd Kamakea, classified advertising manager.

The ad copy was headlined: "Help Wanted: Information leading to the truth about Barack Obama's birth."

The entire contents of the ad is reprinted below:

WorldNetDaily seeks information, both material and anecdotal, which will reveal the entire truth regarding the circumstances of the birth of President Barack Hussein Obama.

1. We seek the original Hawaiian "vault record of birth" for Obama, if one exists;

2. We seek the certificate number of the original "vault record of birth" for Obama, if one exists;

3. We seek original or certified copies of older vault indexes, for the year 1961, where the name Obama may or may not appear on the vault list or records index;

4. We seek evidence and testimony from anyone who may have witnessed Obama's birth – in Hawaii or elsewhere;

5. We seek Hawaiian hospital records and testimony from attending doctors, nurses and others who may have actual knowledge and evidence regarding Obama, which will either prove or disprove a Hawaiian birth;

6. We seek to know if the Hawaiian state records show a Kenyan or other foreign record of birth for Obama and was perhaps reregistered in Hawaii, which was previously legal in Hawaii for limited purposes in 1961;

7. We especially seek the testimony of genealogists, archivists, records clerks, investigators, and others who may have unique knowledge of the original Obama birth records from 1961;

8. We seek unimpeachable physical evidence and testimony, and you will be asked to submit to interviews and a polygraph test. Your identity will not be revealed to the press without your permission;

9. We will negotiate a fair reward for your information, evidence and testimony.

"As a former newspaper top executive myself, it is simply astonishing to me how cowardly and closed-minded my former industry has become," said Farah. "Not only will none of these so-called news organizations cover a matter of the utmost public interest, but they will not even allow someone to advertise for help in an independent investigation. The once-great watchdog American press has indeed become the pathetic lapdog American press – subservient to the whims and wishes of those in power."

Farah has waged a fierce campaign to raise the visibility of the eligibility issue since late last year – when it was all but fading from the nation's view.

He began by launching an ongoing petition campaign, that has now gathered nearly 400,000 electronic "signatures" and which, at various times was used to persuade members of the electoral college of the controversy and later handed to the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court John Roberts.

More recently, Farah initiated a nationwide billboard campaign employing the slogan, "Where's the birth certificate?" That campaign has raised nearly $100,000 in the last two months and resulted in the purchase of about a half-dozen billboards so far around the country.

While there are still hundreds of thousands of billboards across America available for expansion of this campaign, three of the largest media companies refused to accept the ads.

In addition, Farah has made available to the general public magnetized bumper stickers for display on automobiles and other metallic surfaces, as well as yard signs and tea party rally signs that mimic the billboard campaign.

More recently, Farah issued a $10,000 challenge for anyone who can provide evidence of being present at the birth of Barack Obama and has called on others to donate to the cause to make it "irresistible" to those who were present – wherever that birth took place just 48 years ago.

"The reason we are resorting to what may strike some as unorthodox efforts for a news agency is because we have been stymied in our ability to get answers from Barack Obama," said Farah. "Obama, who has pledged to run the most open and transparent administration in history has, in fact, slammed the door shut on matters pertaining to his own constitutional eligibility. I don't believe that attitude will change until the American people force it to change. Barack Obama could make this issue go away today by releasing his long-form birth certificate – the one that is signed by an attending physician or other official and names the hospital in which the birth took place."

Farah, a lifelong journalist who directed the newsrooms of major-metropolitan dailies before founding WND, said he is repulsed by the way the rest of the news media, not to mention the opposition party in Washington, have accepted at face value Obama's unsubstantiated and undocumented claims to being a "natural born citizen."

"There is simply no evidence to prove Obama is constitutionally eligible to serve," said Farah. "It is so disturbing that Americans would just give him a pass on the simple constitutional test. In six months in office, he has more than demonstrated complete contempt for the constitutional limits on federal power. It's no wonder. He got away with becoming president without satisfying the explicit and simple demands of constitutional eligibility. What should we expect him to do in office? Should we expect him suddenly to start applying a constitutional test to policy?"

Despite the almost complete lack of reporting on the issue by the press, a scientific survey of the American public conducted by WND this month showed more than 49 percent believe Obama should release his birth certificate and other documents, such as college records, or said they were "troubled" by his refusal to do so.
