His girlfriend's got a lot of Green Energy companies. 2 got Federal contracts from Department of Energy despite losing bids for the contract because the Agency called the winner up and asked nicely to include not 1 but 2 of Hayes' companies in the work. There was an investigation.(link below)

Just read this and your brain will make sense of what's going on in regard to concessions(read below) made to Occupy Portland along the same lines as what SHR pointed out in NY I believe they want a second center of power for this movement on the West Coast.

To do with the Occupy movement:
Occupy Portland has received incredible support from the Mayor Sam Adams who has made all sorts of concessions for the "occupiers" including waiving the need for a permit, allowing the groups to stay over night in parks that they aren't allowed to, controlling the police who didn't disrupt the 6,000+ strong march in the slightest. He's really trying to create a space where they can "occupy" without legal issue.
Where the "occupiers" have created legal issues - like not leaving a park where a marathon was permitted and scheduled to run - he said he is working with them to make both things happen simultaneously.
What does this have to do with the Department of Energy?
The above corruption and some other details:
"U.S. Department of Energy has awarded the City of Portland and State of Oregon $20 million in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (Recovery Act) funds for residential and commercial energy retrofits across the state."
In his first State of the City address on February 27, 2009, Portland Mayor Sam Adams outlined his goal of making Portland "the most sustainable city in the world"
Sam Adams, 45 was recently 'blackmailed' when lied about an ongoing gay relationship with a potentially underage(at the time) but now 18 year old boy. This may have some sway in the matter as well.
75,000 people showed up for an Obama rally in 2008 in Portland. Oregon citizens and especially politicians provided massive support for his presidential campaign.
The Obama doesn't want to lose his support in Oregon or the Northwest.  Any thoughts?

Thursday, June 2 Mayor Sam Adams prepared for a Green Industry Investment panel at the C40 Conference in Sao Paulo, Brazil which provided opportunity for Portland firms with expertise in this arena like United Streetcar, ECOS, Glumac, ZGF, and SoloPower, among others.

Sooo... I ask myself a simple question...how can these protesters be all camped up in this Zuccotti Park right in the middle of downtown Manhattan and nobody is even telling them "Move along"...now the park is in a nice area..hell it's right in the financial district...a very nice area. They are trashing the place, that's coming from the people down there, not my assessment. Now there are usual park rules there...no sleeping on benches...no overnight sleep outs...the typical and mundane rules etc. etc. This park also routinely gets cleaned every night, now it hasn't been cleaned since Sept 16th...and it's becoming a "sanitary problem"...I'm sure that's no exaggeration with people pissing and god knows what else all night long in the park...so it's no stretch to imagine how cruddy it is by now.

So apparently since the park is private property and owned by a big multi faceted and multi asset international corporation... oooohhh... remember when they were they EVIL!!!! So Mayor Bloomberg says there's nothing really he can do until BPO decides the protesters ought to be evicted and they were nice enough to issue this public statement saying they weren't going to do that.... awww... see how nice?.. Well I would guess that if Mr Liberal Mike Bloomberg felt like asking them he probably could....

Zuccotti he's on the board of BPO...so who is he?...well Mr Zuccotti was on the Board of directors of WELL POINT HEALTH NETWORK...for years...remember them?...they were THE most Evil health insurance company just yanking the po sheeples benefits away that only Obamacare could save us! from...in fact Obama went for the throat in rhetoric on them...I find that highly ironic that the protestanistas are camped out in a park named after a board member of one of the most demonized and the largest and most evil health insurer in the country... lol... what we potestin again Mandy?... lol.... dumfuks...

This company traces its history back to a Brazilian electric utility incorporated in 1899; today, it's headquartered in West Virginia and manages renewable energy projects in the U.S., Brazil and Canada, including 167 hydroelectric stations and two wind farms. A publicly traded company, Brookfield maintains stable revenues thanks to long-term power contracts, and uses this advantage to help pioneer next-generation projects in wind and thermal energy. Besides specializing in renewable energy, the company has also donated nearly $4 million to local sustainability projects. Brookfield also voluntarily meets the low-impact standards put forward by the Ecologo Program and the Low Impact Hydropower Institute.
Brookfield is currently working on a wind energy project in Coos County, New Hampshire, financed in part with the Department of Energy’s partial guarantee of $135.8 million in loans. The Department of Energy says the project will result in 198 construction jobs and and save some 12,000 tons of carbon pollution once it is up and running.

Brookfield Asset Management is looking to merge its hydroelectric and wind power assets into the world's second-largest public renewable power company in a move designed to cash in on the growing demand for cleaner power.

The conglomerate said Tuesday it plans to combine Brookfield Renewable Power Fund's (TSX:BRC.UN) hydroelectric stations and wind farms with those of its wholly owned subsidiary Brookfield Renewable Power Inc.

The merger would create Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners LP — or BREP — a global, publicly traded partnership focused on renewable power, primarily hydroelectric, in Canada, the United States and Brazil with assets of about US$13 billion.

A NH Solyndra? Wind farm gets fed loan
In the name of “green energy,” the Obama administration is using taxpayer money to subsidize a New Hampshire wind farm that is a subsidiary of a hugely profitable company.

New Hampshire’s largest wind farm, the Granite Reliable Power project under construction in Coos County, is jointly owned by BAIF Granite Holdings, LLC and Freshnet Wind Energy, LLC. BAIF owns 75 percent of Granite Reliable. BAIF Granite Holdings was created earlier this year by Brookfield Renewable Power, which is a subsidiary of Brookfield Asset Management of New York.

That company, which runs clean energy operations around the world, has deep pockets. It reported net income of $454 million in 2009 and $3.2 billion in 2010. Brookfield Renewable Power financed the creation of BAIF Granite Holdings from its Brookfield Americas Infrastructure fund, which was reported in February to have $2.7 billion in assets. With that kind of backing, it is curious that the U.S. Department of Energy announced it would guarantee up to 80 percent of a $168.9 million loan for the Granite Reliable wind farm project last week.

Now... why would a huge and very rich company that had 3.2 Billion dollars in profits in 2010 need or be able to get a Loan guarantee for 168 million...which the Dept Of Energy announced finalizing on... Sept 23rd 2011... not long after the OWS protests started really getting going...a 168 million dollar loan guarantee with no visible reason why behind it... to the very same corporation that owns the very same Zuccotti park the protesters are camped out in...

Maybe they ought to form a circular protesting squad....

COLORADO –  “Montezuma County Sheriff Dennis Spruell is waiting for his conscience to tell him: Should he start handing out tickets this week to U.S. Forest Service agents who are closing backcountry roads? Should he cut locks on gates that shut off access to public lands?

The fact that a county sheriff is considering such actions against the federal government is a good indication that more than a run-of-the-mill dustup over road and trail closures on public lands is erupting in the far southwest corner of the state…

In recent weeks, protesters have marched on the local Forest Service and BLM office located between Cortez and Dolores, calling Forest Service officials “government pukes.”

OREGON – (3/2/11, by Sara Foster, NewsWithViews.com) “Josephine County, Oregon -When Gil Gilbertson was sworn in as Sheriff of Josephine County, a rural county in southwest Oregon, in 2007, he had 30 years of law enforcement experience behind him, both in the United States and with various military missions overseas.

So when citizens of the county began coming to him complaining of “harassment” by U.S. Forest Service law enforcement officers (LEO), he said he’d investigate their concerns, figuring he could work things out with the local ranger district. After all, as the county’s chief law enforcement officer he was in the “club” and moreover had gotten along with the “feds” — though he disagreed with their road closing policies and other efforts to keep the public off public lands which cover 68 percent of the rural county.

He contacted the local ranger district for information, but instead of answers he was bluntly told that No, they couldn’t, wouldn’t discuss anything about any complaints with him, but he could file a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act)… Gilbertson sent a blistering letter to the District Ranger of the Wild Rivers Ranger District in Caves Junction… ‘As the CLEO [chief law enforcement officer] of this county, elected by the citizens, saddled with the expectation and responsibility to safeguard their rights, I fully intend to uphold the laws against any threat, inappropriate or unlawful actions against them…”.

UTAH – (10/6/10, San Juan Record) “Hunters in San Juan County face a number of roads that have been closed on National Forests. ‘We have been hunting this area since my dad was a kid,’ said one Blanding resident, who asked that his name not be used. ‘It seems like they have closed a thousand roads’.”

MONTANA – ( 8/26/10, Helenair.com) “The Helena National Forest Service has truly been busy this summer. They have had excavators up in the forests removing roads and portions of roads for the sole purpose of making them impossible to navigate. These are not maintained Forest Service roads, yet the excuse they used was to save money in the long run by taking these roads off of their maintenance list. The sole reason for these road closures is to prevent sportsmen from accessing hunting grounds.”

IDAHO – (6/16/11, Capitalpress.com) “A county government in Idaho has filed a legal complaint against the U.S. Forest Service over road closures that allegedly limit residents’ mobility and discourage tourists. Valley County has asked a federal judge to declare the agency’s travel management plan for the Payette National Forest as unlawful due to violations of environmental and administrative law.

“They didn’t do it right,” said Matthew Williams, the county’s attorney. “No appeals, no hearings. They just did it.”

The road closures by the Forest Service have also been happening in California, Nevada and other states.

Former Sheriff Richard Mack, in his book “County Sheriff: America’s Last Hope” summed it up when he said “The founders of America warned us that we would lose more freedoms from gradual encroachments by those in authority than by sudden usurptions from any foreign enemy…The COUNTY SHERIFF is our nation’s LAST LINE OF DEFENSE, for the preservation and return to, fundamental and individual liberty.”

The USDA (a member of the new Rural Council and the IUCN, an organization that promotes U.N.’s Agenda 21) used your tax dollars to send David Ferrell, Director of Law Enforcement and Investigations, to Canada for the 9th Conference of the International Network for Environ­mental Compliance and Enforcement (INECE) where “… environmental compliance and en­forcement experts from over 50 coun­tries gathered to identify new actions to promote enforcement cooperation to…support the shift to sustainable devel­opment…”

On INECE’s website, it states: “Agenda 21: An international mandate for building compliance and enforcement capacity as an essential element of environmental management… Agenda 21, Chapter 8, Section 8.21. Each country should develop integrated strategies to maximize compliance with its laws and regulations relating to sustainable development. Does this seem like the Forest Service might “promote enforcement” to make U.S. citizens comply with Agenda 21? It’s important to know what the USDA is “participating” in:

“INECE is striving for a global network which starts first at local levels, networking among key institutions of government, the police, environment agencies, sectoral agencies; second among local groups and with related regional and national groups within nations; third, between governments and NGOs; fourth internationally in bilateral cooperation; fifth regionally among nations among all relevant groups; and finally, sixth, on a global scale among the various groups as needs arise and catalyzing ideas and approaches and cooperation around the globe.

The mandate for environmental compliance and enforcement was introduced as a direct result of the consensus at the International Workshop which gave the participants the confidence to move toward this very important international statement. Language in Agenda 21 empowered UN organizations to more actively support compliance and enforcement institution building activities.”

Regarding any mandate for USDA “enforcements” to close off roads, forests and public lands, remember the Tenth Amendment “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Sheriff Mack sums this up best “…local officials have the right, the power, and the duty to stand against the far reaching incursions by our own Federal Government.” Mack cited a Supreme Court case in which Justice Scalia wrote a ruling for the majority that stated “The Federal Government may not compel the states to enact or enforce a federal regulatory program.”

The Charge Of "Treason" Filed Against President Obama In US District Court, Washington (09-346-RCL)

PRESS RELEASE: November 17th, 2009 by American Grand Jury

Lt. Commander Walter Fitzpatrick III levels charge in an effort to avert what he described as a pending civil war.

American Grand Jury has incorporated the Fitzpatrick criminal complaint within its Presentments. The Presentments were served on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia on July 2nd, 2009. The Presentments are still pending before Chief Judge Royce Lamberth. Two Orders, a Motion to Reconsider, and a Response have been issued. The American Grand Jury Response to the Court's 2nd Order was filed in late October. The Response is currently pending before the Court.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that Obama be criminally indicted for fraud as to "Eligibility" and "Treason" per the Fitzpatrick complaint.

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing the serving of Presentments in a number of United States District Courts in different States.
