All Starting to Unravel for Obama and Hillary – Updated

It is now official that ‘NO’ Marines were in Libya at the Time of the Benghazi Attack. Really? No Marines for Libyan Ambassador But a Full Security Detail for O’s Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett on Vacation? And there is a report that our government knew of the attack(s) 48 hours, and possibly at least 3 days, before they happened. You can’t blame George Bush for this one, so instead they blamed Romney and an obscure film. But it is also now a common agreement, by all but the Kool-Aid bunch, that the 15-minute video about Muhammad that was originally blamed for the attacks in Egypt and Libya had nothing to do with them, especially the one in Libya… It was a pre-planned precision attack on the 11th anniversary of 9/11 to send a message. Yet Hillary Clinton keeps peddling her apology for an amateurish YouTube video that Muslims found offensive as the trigger of these events to deflect the focus from herself and from the State Department’s failure, so the filmmaker was arrested for exercising his 1st Amendment right in America. But we all know there is a problem when the State Department issues this statement to reporters: Stop asking us about the Benghazi attack!

The Independent reported “According to senior diplomatic sources, the US State Department had credible information 48-hours (and are now reporting 3-days) prior to the attack before mobs charged the consulate in Benghazi, and the embassy in Cairo, that American missions may be targeted, but no warnings were given for diplomats to go on high alert and ‘lockdown,’ under which movement is severely restricted.” Read the full article HERE.

These warnings were posted pre-9.11.12 on various blogs and on the front page of the Jerusalem Post on 9/11. Perhaps our State Department should add ‘reading’ to their intelligence sourcing, if Hillary is really making the claims that they did not know!?!

Sean Smith, one of the Diplomats killed in Libya posted online earlier in the day, “I have concerns about security. I hope we don’t die tonight.” That kind of says it all, doesn’t it?

Some would say, as noted at the Political Outcast, that the Obama presidency really started to unravel before it started, the day Barack Hussein Obama took office, swearing to God and all who watched to uphold the U.S. Constitution, but then having to retake the oath because of an error by Chief Justice John Roberts. That alone should have been a warning signal to us all! And Walid Shoebat noted that the domino effect in the Middle East began with Obama’s Cairo speech. Their ability to blame an amateur movie for the events began with President Obama and Secretary Hillary Clinton agreeing to U.N. Resolution 16/18 handcuffing our government and suppressing the U.S. Constitution and Americans’ rights to freedom of speech and religion. The resolution supersedes the Constitution and favors Islam over all other religions. But the Law of Karma has now shattered Hillary Clinton’s lifelong dream of being the first female president of the United States.

The bias liberal mediabots are what got candidate Obama elected in 2008 and has kept President Obama’s presidency intact to the point that he is still running head to head with Mitt Romney in the race for President, using a coordinated disinformation program maintained by Team Obama the lamestream over the past four years. They have ignored, hidden and spun his every blunder, overstep and slight of hand move including his ties to the Islam. And any sound criticisms of the president were always declared to be “code words” for imbedded racism by the Republican Party; there actually is an official list. Yet finally even the New York Times seems to have had enough with their recent story: “The Competitor in Chief — Obama Plays To Win, In Politics and Everything Else”.

So after the attacks on our embassies in Egypt and Libya insider sources have revealed that the lamestream media (MSM) was told to divert attention away from Obama himself, Secretary Clinton and the Obama administration by focusing their reporting on and repeating the mantra: “the movie about Muhammed caused this” and then to attack Mitt Romney’s presidential comments. And they have done both even after being caught colluding against Governor Romney on an open mic. Radio talk show host, Neil Boortz, spent an entire segment highlighting the media bias with guest and former GOP primary presidential candidate, Herman Cain. The American media followed orders and ignored President Obama’s security breach in Libya almost to a man/woman.

More Americans are beginning to pay attention with the election so close and there are more networks than just what used to be the big three ABC, CBS, and NBC, plus CNN and MSNBC who in the ratings tank. There is Fox Business News, Fox Cable News (although they have been somewhat compromised so choose your shows and hosts), foreign news, The Blaze, which was GBTV, and can now be found not only online but on DISH on channel 212 and talk radio. Plus there is the Internet with an instantaneous news cycle. And with the election only being 50-days away many Americans are finally realizing that they can no longer trust a beclowned American media… and are speaking out.

But when the stories of the embassy attacks hit the news, the coordination had already been done and we were told that it was about some obscure anti-Muhammad video. but now we’ve learned that the attacks were well planned in advance, coordinated and executed with precision… but the liberal media is still pushing their same orders like wound up tin soldiers. It is not coincidental that the attacks took place on 9/11. They were likely in retaliation of killing Osama bin Laden. Retaliation for taking out the mastermind of the September 11, 2001 attack, or unfairly as many their believe, was always on the horizon, especially after the spiking of the ball by the Obama Administration over and over again. But whatever the reason, these were overt Acts of War against the United States.

The U.S. embassy in Cairo was attacked by a mob chanting “Obama, Obama, we’re all Osama.” Support of “Arab Spring,” apologies, political deference, religious appeasement, bowing and scraping, and billions in foreign aid haven’t done anything to placate the “we hate America” radical Muslims. In fact weakness, beginning with Obama’s apology tour through the Middle East in 2009 has made it worse. People in this part of the world only respect strength. That is why the hostages in Iran were released almost immediately after Ronald Reagan was elected, and could not be accomplished under out weak President, Jimmy Carter.

But what did the media do to protect the candidate they got elected? Like Obama himself and the Progressive Democrats, they shifted blame, as they have been doing for four years. But this time it was Romney’s fault instead of George Bush’s.

Romney did stand up in a Reaganesque manner and the “Obama Jour ‘no’ lists” jumped on him… even colluding in their attack on him, which was caught on an open live mic… and fed to the uninformed as being normal.

Then there’s Hillary Clinton who is still blaming everybody but herself, the Obama Administration and the terrorists on the ground for what happened.

The complicit Washington Post kept pushing the video story:

“‘The U.S. government has absolutely nothing to do with this video. We absolutely reject its content and messages,’ Clinton said. ‘But there is no justification — none at all — for responding to this video with violence.’”

And Hillary herself repeated these apologies at the event at Andrew’s Air Force Base when the bodies came home.

These two apostles of Marxist agitator Saul Alinsky clearly see themselves as leaders of an elite intelligencia, far smarter than us of the Unwashed Masses, and therefore, ordained to lead, with We, the People, as blind, sheep-like followers. Thus, they were flabbergasted to discover that Muslims have not been won over by Obama’s endless apologies and bowing a scraping before Islamic royalty. They were stunned that Libyans were not grovelingly grateful that we had “liberated” their country from Muammar Gaddafi.

“We came, we saw, he died,” gloated Clinton.

Obama, too, has made a spectacle of himself, repeatedly, publicly bragging the He, the Anointed One, killed Osama bin Laden. He bragged, too that He, and only He, was in charge of the government’s “kill list,” containing the names of Islamist terrorists that are targeted for death.

It seems never to have occurred to this pair of bungling, egotistical morons that such statements in public, by high government officials, just might “offend” a few million zealous Muslims, all over the world? Did it not occur to Ms. Clinton that half the people in Libya were loyal supporters of Gaddafi, and just might, somewhere down the road, retaliate? Apparently not.

Nor did it occur to these criminally negligent overseers of the safety of not just Americans at home, but of our citizens serving in our embassies and consulates abroad, that after all this provocation, the anniversary of 9/11 just might be an appropriate time for heightened security that included at least giving our security personnel ammunition for their weapons. The Fraud in the White House has been far too busy playing golf and doing fundraisers with “celebrities” for His collapsing campaign to attend even half of the daily intelligence briefings.

So, combined with His cock-sure belief He knows more than anyone else about everything, it comes as no surprise that He was caught flat-footed and clueless. Nor is it a surprise to anyone who has watched Him over the past three-and-a-half-years that His reaction to the deaths of one of His ambassadors and three other Americans was wooden, devoid of genuine emotion, and slow in coming.

The upshot is that the Obama Administration’s Middle East Policy – calling pandering and floundering, and selling out our allies a policy, is, I admit, a stretch – the upshot is that it has failed utterly and completely. It‘s a smoking ruin of consulates and embassies in a dozen Muslim counties, many of which had “Arab Spring” uprisings, supported by Obama, Clinton, and a whole lot of other Democrats who are now tellingly silent, with participants that have now turned their violent attentions toward us. All that remains to create a perfect maelstrom is for Iran, in alliance with Obama’s pals in the Muslim Brotherhood, to launch a nuke at Jerusalem, the capital of Israel that the Democrat Conventioneers refused to recognize, setting off what could easily turn into World War III.

These two – Obama and Clinton – must resign immediately. The damage they have done to America, worldwide, may be irreparable. We cannot allow them to continue to charge around like blind bulls in the proverbial china shop. Republicans, speaking as one, must demand their resignations, and any Democrat who still has a vestige of patriotism and love of country left must join with them. We cannot let another day go by with people so obviously unqualified and unsuited to occupy positions of power and authority continuing to do so.

As we face the prospect of having to defend ourselves against an onslaught of raging fanatics from Islamist countries, out to establish a worldwide caliphate and to kill all infidels who resist, we also need to remember that Obama promised Russia’s thug president, Vladimir Putin, that if re-elected, He would unilaterally give up our nuclear weapons. He has already sabotaged our missile defenses, and tried, along with Clinton, to sign us onto the UN’s anti-Second Amendment Small Arms Treaty. We need, too, to remember that Obama’s policy toward China, nuclear-armed and hardly what most would call an ally, is also one of pandering, bowing, and kow-towing. This arrogant, inept and useless duo has landed us in the most dangerous position America has been in, in decades.

Obama and Clinton must resign – NOW!

By all the expert’s accounts and common sense the movie didn’t have a thing to do with the actions of these insane people. So why are Clinton and Obama so focused on apologizing for this movie? Why? For those who do not know this… Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and President Barack Hussein Obama are so busy apologizing because they agreed to UN Resolution 16/18 whereby we (The United States and its citizens) cannot say anything negative about Islam, favoring Islam over all other religions in the U.S. They have already sold us down the river, through this U.N. Resolution which implements Sharia Law over the U.S. Constitution and favors Islam over all other religions and over our right to freedom of speech in the United States. Representative and GOP Primary candidate for President Michele Bachmann explained this on Huckabee this past Saturday:

Nancy Pelosi said, “If they (some Republicans in Congress) are suggesting we should cut off assistance to Egypt, I don’t agree with that.” Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, said, “Perhaps not in public, but in private, Obama should already have told the countries involved and all the countries in that region, “If anything like this happens again you can kiss our money goodbye!”.

And Mike Baker, former CIA Operative and Rich Brewer, former Marine Guard at attacked Embassy in Lebanon said, “Benghazi is an outpost and the State Department did not properly access the security situation there a year ago.” There have been 4-incidents there since June 2012.

And this should worry us: Posted on July 14, 2010 – Top Clinton Official: Only A Terror Attack Can Save Obama Was this done on purpose? Or is there more planned turmoil to come… an October surprise? By all measures and anyone’s common sense, Mitt Romney should be beating Obama in every poll and in most states. Why isn’t he? Plus President Obama (and Hillary Clinton) have already submitted to the Muslim Brotherhood and United Nation Resolution 16/18 again by asking for the suppression of anti-Islam video in lieu of standing up for the American principle of Free Speech.

We all know that Obama is not going to resign and neither will Secretary Clinton, but we can retire them both on November 6th. Mitt Romney was Reaganesque the day of the embassy attacks and it was obliterated by the Obama mediabots using Alinsky tactics. For those who still, for whatever your reason, aren’t sure about voting for Romney… Then vote against Obama and help save America to fight another day.

Wake-up America!! It really is almost too late to save America and if President Obama is re-elected or Hillary Clinton is election in the future, it will be too late to save the America we grew up in and the freedoms our Founding Fathers gave us! Report: Intelligence Cable Sent To Cairo Prior To Attacks

Senior diplomatic sources say the U.S. State Department had credible information, 48 hours prior to the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya and the embassy in Cairo, that American locations may be targeted, however, no warnings were issued, no “lock down” orders given, The Independent reports.

On Tuesday, a mob of radical Islamists stormed the consulate in Benghazi, killing U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans in a fiery assault. Officials say the murders of the four men were likely the result of “a serious and continuing security breach,” the report states.

U.S. officials now believe the Libya attack was premeditated, despite initial reports that an anti-Muslim YouTube clip sparked spontaneous riots throughout the Middle East. However, Stevens’ return to Libya was intended to be confidential as well as his location in Benghazi, where he and his staff were murdered, raising additional security concerns for American assets in the country.

The attack was an organized two-part operation by heavily armed militants that included a precisely timed raid on the supposedly secret safe house just as Libyan and U.S. security forces were arriving to rescue evacuated consulate staff, a senior Libyan security official said on Thursday.

Wanis el-Sharef, eastern Libya’s deputy interior minister, said the attacks Tuesday night were suspected to have been timed to mark the 9/11 anniversary, with the militants using the film protest by Libyan civilians to mask their action.

To make the crisis in Libya worse, “sensitive documents” have reportedly gone missing from the U.S. consulate in Benghazi as well as a secret location of a “safe house” in the city, where the consulate staff had retreated to but were bombarded with a mortar attack. Other “safe houses” in the region are no longer considered safe.

Some of the missing papers from the consulate are said to list names of Libyans who are working with Americans, putting them potentially at risk from extremist groups, while some of the other documents are said to relate to oil contracts.

Mr Stevens had been on a visit to Germany, Austria and Sweden and had just returned to Libya when the Benghazi trip took place with the US embassy’s security staff deciding that the trip could be undertaken safely.

Eight Americans, some from the military, were wounded in the attack which claimed the lives of Mr Stevens, Sean Smith, an information officer, and two US Marines. All staff from Benghazi have now been moved to the capital, Tripoli, and those whose work is deemed to be non-essential may be flown out of Libya.

There is growing belief that the attack was in revenge for the killing in a drone strike in Pakistan of Mohammed Hassan Qaed, an al-Qa’ida operative who was, as his nom-de-guerre Abu Yahya al-Libi suggests, from Libya, and timed for the anniversary of the 11 September attacks.

Eastern Libya’s deputy interior minister, Wanis el-Sharef, said a mob first stormed the consulate Tuesday night and then, hours later, raided a safe house in the compound just as U.S. and Libyan security arrived to evacuate the staff. That suggested, el-Sharef said, that infiltrators within the security forces may have tipped off the militants to the safe house’s location.

El-Sharef said four people were arrested at their homes Thursday in relation to the attack, but he refused to give any further details. He said it was too early to say if the suspects belonged to a particular group or what their motive was. Libya’s new prime minister, Mustafa Abu-Shakour, said authorities were looking for more suspects.

Additionally, U.S. embassies across the world ramped up security Thursday as Muslims reportedly angry over an anti-Islam film stormed the U.S. mission in Yemen and clashed with police near the American mission in Cairo.

In Yemen, hundreds of protesters chanting “Death to America!” stormed the U.S. Embassy compound in the capital, Sanaa, and burned the American flag. Yemen’s president, Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi, quickly apologized to the U.S. for the attack and vowed track down the culprits.

The faithful in the hall loved it.  Obama managed to rev up his base.  But the speech had nothing new, made more promises but offered on specifics and it came across as small ball according to most of the pundits and politicos, those who aren’t Kool Aid drinkers themselves.

Charles Krauthammer said that Obama tried to promote another vision, but with so few achievements during the last 4-years it is hard for him to sell.  All the reviewer seemed to agree that Biden’s speech was better than Obama’s, but Biden’s was filled with mistruths.

Krauthammer:  “ have a vision where America is disease free and everyone owns an airplane, but I haven’t got a plan to get us there, it is nothing… worthless and that was Obama’s speech”

Most agreed that for independents, who are the people Obama and Romney are fighting over, the Obama Speech will be rated empty.

The Democrats kept saying that the Republicans had no meat, no specifics and gave no plan but to tell the truth they have spelled out a lot more the Obama-Biden and their campaign.

Jonah Goldberg:  “ I’m at the point of Obama narcolepsy and I’m sure a lot of other people are at the same place. I don’t think this speech did what it needed to do!”

Transcript of President Obama’s acceptance speech Thursday at the Democratic National Convention, as prepared for delivery:

Michelle, I love you. The other night, I think the entire country saw just how lucky I am. Malia and Sasha, you make me so proud…but don’t get any ideas, you’re still going to class tomorrow. And Joe Biden, thank you for being the best Vice President I could ever hope for.

Madam Chairwoman, delegates, I accept your nomination for President of the United States.

The first time I addressed this convention in 2004, I was a younger man; a Senate candidate from Illinois who spoke about hope – not blind optimism or wishful thinking, but hope in the face of difficulty; hope in the face of uncertainty; that dogged faith in the future which has pushed this nation forward, even when the odds are great; even when the road is long.

Eight years later, that hope has been tested – by the cost of war; by one of the worst economic crises in history; and by political gridlock that’s left us wondering whether it’s still possible to tackle the challenges of our time.

I know that campaigns can seem small, and even silly. Trivial things become big distractions. Serious issues become sound bites. And the truth gets buried under an avalanche of money and advertising. If you’re sick of hearing me approve this message, believe me – so am I.

But when all is said and done – when you pick up that ballot to vote – you will face the clearest choice of any time in a generation. Over the next few years, big decisions will be made in Washington, on jobs and the economy; taxes and deficits; energy and education; war and peace – decisions that will have a huge impact on our lives and our children’s lives for decades to come.

On every issue, the choice you face won’t be just between two candidates or two parties.

It will be a choice between two different paths for America.

A choice between two fundamentally different visions for the future.

Ours is a fight to restore the values that built the largest middle class and the strongest economy the world has ever known; the values my grandfather defended as a soldier in Patton’s Army; the values that drove my grandmother to work on a bomber assembly line while he was gone.

They knew they were part of something larger – a nation that triumphed over fascism and depression; a nation where the most innovative businesses turned out the world’s best products, and everyone shared in the pride and success – from the corner office to the factory floor. My grandparents were given the chance to go to college, buy their first home, and fulfill the basic bargain at the heart of America’s story: the promise that hard work will pay off; that responsibility will be rewarded; that everyone gets a fair shot, and everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same rules – from Main Street to Wall Street to Washington, DC.

I ran for President because I saw that basic bargain slipping away. I began my career helping people in the shadow of a shuttered steel mill, at a time when too many good jobs were starting to move overseas. And by 2008, we had seen nearly a decade in which families struggled with costs that kept rising but paychecks that didn’t; racking up more and more debt just to make the mortgage or pay tuition; to put gas in the car or food on the table. And when the house of cards collapsed in the Great Recession, millions of innocent Americans lost their jobs, their homes, and their life savings – a tragedy from which we are still fighting to recover.

Now, our friends at the Republican convention were more than happy to talk about everything they think is wrong with America, but they didn’t have much to say about how they’d make it right. They want your vote, but they don’t want you to know their plan. And that’s because all they have to offer is the same prescription they’ve had for the last thirty years:

“Have a surplus? Try a tax cut.”

“Deficit too high? Try another.”

“Feel a cold coming on? Take two tax cuts, roll back some regulations, and call us in the morning!”

Now, I’ve cut taxes for those who need it – middle-class families and small businesses. But I don’t believe that another round of tax breaks for millionaires will bring good jobs to our shores, or pay down our deficit. I don’t believe that firing teachers or kicking students off financial aid will grow the economy, or help us compete with the scientists and engineers coming out of China. After all that we’ve been through, I don’t believe that rolling back regulations on Wall Street will help the small businesswoman expand, or the laid-off construction worker keep his home. We’ve been there, we’ve tried that, and we’re not going back. We’re moving forward.

I won’t pretend the path I’m offering is quick or easy. I never have. You didn’t elect me to tell you what you wanted to hear. You elected me to tell you the truth. And the truth is, it will take more than a few years for us to solve challenges that have built up over decades. It will require common effort, shared responsibility, and the kind of bold, persistent experimentation that Franklin Roosevelt pursued during the only crisis worse than this one. And by the way – those of us who carry on his party’s legacy should remember that not every problem can be remedied with another government program or dictate from Washington.

But know this, America: Our problems can be solved. Our challenges can be met. The path we offer may be harder, but it leads to a better place. And I’m asking you to choose that future. I’m asking you to rally around a set of goals for your country – goals in manufacturing, energy, education, national security, and the deficit; a real, achievable plan that will lead to new jobs, more opportunity, and rebuild this economy on a stronger foundation. That’s what we can do in the next four years, and that’s why I’m running for a second term as President of the United States.

We can choose a future where we export more products and outsource fewer jobs. After a decade that was defined by what we bought and borrowed, we’re getting back to basics, and doing what America has always done best:

We’re making things again.

I’ve met workers in Detroit and Toledo who feared they’d never build another American car. Today, they can’t build them fast enough, because we reinvented a dying auto industry that’s back on top of the world.

I’ve worked with business leaders who are bringing jobs back to America – not because our workers make less pay, but because we make better products. Because we work harder and smarter than anyone else.

I’ve signed trade agreements that are helping our companies sell more goods to millions of new customers – goods that are stamped with three proud words: Made in America.

After a decade of decline, this country created over half a million manufacturing jobs in the last two and a half years. And now you have a choice: we can give more tax breaks to corporations that ship jobs overseas, or we can start rewarding companies that open new plants and train new workers and create new jobs here, in the United States of America. We can help big factories and small businesses double their exports, and if we choose this path, we can create a million new manufacturing jobs in the next four years. You can make that happen. You can choose that future.

You can choose the path where we control more of our own energy. After thirty years of inaction, we raised fuel standards so that by the middle of the next decade, cars and trucks will go twice as far on a gallon of gas. We’ve doubled our use of renewable energy, and thousands of Americans have jobs today building wind turbines and long-lasting batteries. In the last year alone, we cut oil imports by one million barrels a day – more than any administration in recent history. And today, the United States of America is less dependent on foreign oil than at any time in nearly two decades.

Now you have a choice – between a strategy that reverses this progress, or one that builds on it. We’ve opened millions of new acres for oil and gas exploration in the last three years, and we’ll open more. But unlike my opponent, I will not let oil companies write this country’s energy plan, or endanger our coastlines, or collect another $4 billion in corporate welfare from our taxpayers.

We’re offering a better path – a future where we keep investing in wind and solar and clean coal; where farmers and scientists harness new biofuels to power our cars and trucks; where construction workers build homes and factories that waste less energy; where we develop a hundred year supply of natural gas that’s right beneath our feet. If you choose this path, we can cut our oil imports in half by 2020 and support more than 600,000 new jobs in natural gas alone.

And yes, my plan will continue to reduce the carbon pollution that is heating our planet – because climate change is not a hoax. More droughts and floods and wildfires are not a joke. They’re a threat to our children’s future. And in this election, you can do something about it.

You can choose a future where more Americans have the chance to gain the skills they need to compete, no matter how old they are or how much money they have. Education was the gateway to opportunity for me. It was the gateway for Michelle. And now more than ever, it is the gateway to a middle-class life.

For the first time in a generation, nearly every state has answered our call to raise their standards for teaching and learning. Some of the worst schools in the country have made real gains in math and reading. Millions of students are paying less for college today because we finally took on a system that wasted billions of taxpayer dollars on banks and lenders.

And now you have a choice – we can gut education, or we can decide that in the United States of America, no child should have her dreams deferred because of a crowded classroom or a crumbling school. No family should have to set aside a college acceptance letter because they don’t have the money. No company should have to look for workers in China because they couldn’t find any with the right skills here at home.

Government has a role in this. But teachers must inspire; principals must lead; parents must instill a thirst for learning, and students, you’ve got to do the work. And together, I promise you – we can out-educate and out-compete any country on Earth. Help me recruit 100,000 math and science teachers in the next ten years, and improve early childhood education. Help give two million workers the chance to learn skills at their community college that will lead directly to a job. Help us work with colleges and universities to cut in half the growth of tuition costs over the next ten years. We can meet that goal together. You can choose that future for America.

In a world of new threats and new challenges, you can choose leadership that has been tested and proven. Four years ago, I promised to end the war in Iraq. We did. I promised to refocus on the terrorists who actually attacked us on 9/11. We have. We’ve blunted the Taliban’s momentum in Afghanistan, and in 2014, our longest war will be over. A new tower rises above the New York skyline, al Qaeda is on the path to defeat, and Osama bin Laden is dead.

Tonight, we pay tribute to the Americans who still serve in harm’s way. We are forever in debt to a generation whose sacrifice has made this country safer and more respected. We will never forget you. And so long as I’m Commander-in-Chief, we will sustain the strongest military the world has ever known. When you take off the uniform, we will serve you as well as you’ve served us – because no one who fights for this country should have to fight for a job, or a roof over their head, or the care that they need when they come home.

Around the world, we’ve strengthened old alliances and forged new coalitions to stop the spread of nuclear weapons. We’ve reasserted our power across the Pacific and stood up to China on behalf of our workers. From Burma to Libya to South Sudan, we have advanced the rights and dignity of all human beings – men and women; Christians and Muslims and Jews.

But for all the progress we’ve made, challenges remain. Terrorist plots must be disrupted. Europe’s crisis must be contained. Our commitment to Israel’s security must not waver, and neither must our pursuit of peace. The Iranian government must face a world that stays united against its nuclear ambitions. The historic change sweeping across the Arab World must be defined not by the iron fist of a dictator or the hate of extremists, but by the hopes and aspirations of ordinary people who are reaching for the same rights that we celebrate today.

So now we face a choice. My opponent and his running mate are new to foreign policy, but from all that we’ve seen and heard, they want to take us back to an era of blustering and blundering that cost America so dearly.

After all, you don’t call Russia our number one enemy – and not al Qaeda – unless you’re still stuck in a Cold War time warp. You might not be ready for diplomacy with Beijing if you can’t visit the Olympics without insulting our closest ally. My opponent said it was “tragic” to end the war in Iraq, and he won’t tell us how he’ll end the war in Afghanistan. I have, and I will. And while my opponent would spend more money on military hardware that our Joint Chiefs don’t even want, I’ll use the money we’re no longer spending on war to pay down our debt and put more people back to work – rebuilding roads and bridges; schools and runways. After two wars that have cost us thousands of lives and over a trillion dollars, it’s time to do some nation-building right here at home.

You can choose a future where we reduce our deficit without wrecking our middle class. Independent analysis shows that my plan would cut our deficits by $4 trillion. Last summer, I worked with Republicans in Congress to cut $1 trillion in spending – because those of us who believe government can be a force for good should work harder than anyone to reform it, so that it’s leaner, more efficient, and more responsive to the American people.

I want to reform the tax code so that it’s simple, fair, and asks the wealthiest households to pay higher taxes on incomes over $250,000 – the same rate we had when Bill Clinton was president; the same rate we had when our economy created nearly 23 million new jobs, the biggest surplus in history, and a lot of millionaires to boot.

Now, I’m still eager to reach an agreement based on the principles of my bipartisan debt commission. No party has a monopoly on wisdom. No democracy works without compromise. But when Governor Romney and his allies in Congress tell us we can somehow lower our deficit by spending trillions more on new tax breaks for the wealthy – well, you do the math. I refuse to go along with that. And as long as I’m President, I never will.

I refuse to ask middle class families to give up their deductions for owning a home or raising their kids just to pay for another millionaire’s tax cut. I refuse to ask students to pay more for college; or kick children out of Head Start programs, or eliminate health insurance for millions of Americans who are poor, elderly, or disabled – all so those with the most can pay less.

And I will never turn Medicare into a voucher. No American should ever have to spend their golden years at the mercy of insurance companies. They should retire with the care and dignity they have earned. Yes, we will reform and strengthen Medicare for the long haul, but we’ll do it by reducing the cost of health care – not by asking seniors to pay thousands of dollars more. And we will keep the promise of Social Security by taking the responsible steps to strengthen it – not by turning it over to Wall Street.

This is the choice we now face. This is what the election comes down to. Over and over, we have been told by our opponents that bigger tax cuts and fewer regulations are the only way; that since government can’t do everything, it should do almost nothing. If you can’t afford health insurance, hope that you don’t get sick. If a company releases toxic pollution into the air your children breathe, well, that’s just the price of progress. If you can’t afford to start a business or go to college, take my opponent’s advice and “borrow money from your parents.”

You know what? That’s not who we are. That’s not what this country’s about. As Americans, we believe we are endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights – rights that no man or government can take away. We insist on personal responsibility and we celebrate individual initiative. We’re not entitled to success. We have to earn it. We honor the strivers, the dreamers, the risk-takers who have always been the driving force behind our free enterprise system – the greatest engine of growth and prosperity the world has ever known.

But we also believe in something called citizenship – a word at the very heart of our founding, at the very essence of our democracy; the idea that this country only works when we accept certain obligations to one another, and to future generations.

We believe that when a CEO pays his autoworkers enough to buy the cars that they build, the whole company does better.

We believe that when a family can no longer be tricked into signing a mortgage they can’t afford, that family is protected, but so is the value of other people’s homes, and so is the entire economy.

We believe that a little girl who’s offered an escape from poverty by a great teacher or a grant for college could become the founder of the next Google, or the scientist who cures cancer, or the President of the United States – and it’s in our power to give her that chance.

We know that churches and charities can often make more of a difference than a poverty program alone. We don’t want handouts for people who refuse to help themselves, and we don’t want bailouts for banks that break the rules. We don’t think government can solve all our problems. But we don’t think that government is the source of all our problems – any more than are welfare recipients, or corporations, or unions, or immigrants, or gays, or any other group we’re told to blame for our troubles.

Because we understand that this democracy is ours.

We, the People, recognize that we have responsibilities as well as rights; that our destinies are bound together; that a freedom which only asks what’s in it for me, a freedom without a commitment to others, a freedom without love or charity or duty or patriotism, is unworthy of our founding ideals, and those who died in their defense.

As citizens, we understand that America is not about what can be done for us. It’s about what can be done by us, together, through the hard and frustrating but necessary work of self-government.

So you see, the election four years ago wasn’t about me. It was about you. My fellow citizens – you were the change.

You’re the reason there’s a little girl with a heart disorder in Phoenix who’ll get the surgery she needs because an insurance company can’t limit her coverage. You did that.

You’re the reason a young man in Colorado who never thought he’d be able to afford his dream of earning a medical degree is about to get that chance. You made that possible.

You’re the reason a young immigrant who grew up here and went to school here and pledged allegiance to our flag will no longer be deported from the only country she’s ever called home; why selfless soldiers won’t be kicked out of the military because of who they are or who they love; why thousands of families have finally been able to say to the loved ones who served us so bravely: “Welcome home.”

If you turn away now – if you buy into the cynicism that the change we fought for isn’t possible…well, change will not happen. If you give up on the idea that your voice can make a difference, then other voices will fill the void: lobbyists and special interests; the people with the $10 million checks who are trying to buy this election and those who are making it harder for you to vote; Washington politicians who want to decide who you can marry, or control health care choices that women should make for themselves.

Only you can make sure that doesn’t happen. Only you have the power to move us forward.

I recognize that times have changed since I first spoke to this convention. The times have changed – and so have I.

I’m no longer just a candidate. I’m the President. I know what it means to send young Americans into battle, for I have held in my arms the mothers and fathers of those who didn’t return. I’ve shared the pain of families who’ve lost their homes, and the frustration of workers who’ve lost their jobs. If the critics are right that I’ve made all my decisions based on polls, then I must not be very good at reading them. And while I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together, I’m far more mindful of my own failings, knowing exactly what Lincoln meant when he said, “I have been driven to my knees many times by the overwhelming conviction that I had no place else to go.”

But as I stand here tonight, I have never been more hopeful about America. Not because I think I have all the answers. Not because I’m naïve about the magnitude of our challenges.

I’m hopeful because of you.

The young woman I met at a science fair who won national recognition for her biology research while living with her family at a homeless shelter – she gives me hope.

The auto worker who won the lottery after his plant almost closed, but kept coming to work every day, and bought flags for his whole town and one of the cars that he built to surprise his wife – he gives me hope.

The family business in Warroad, Minnesota that didn’t lay off a single one of their four thousand employees during this recession, even when their competitors shut down dozens of plants, even when it meant the owners gave up some perks and pay – because they understood their biggest asset was the community and the workers who helped build that business – they give me hope.

And I think about the young sailor I met at Walter Reed hospital, still recovering from a grenade attack that would cause him to have his leg amputated above the knee. Six months ago, I would watch him walk into a White House dinner honoring those who served in Iraq, tall and twenty pounds heavier, dashing in his uniform, with a big grin on his face; sturdy on his new leg. And I remember how a few months after that I would watch him on a bicycle, racing with his fellow wounded warriors on a sparkling spring day, inspiring other heroes who had just begun the hard path he had traveled.

He gives me hope.

I don’t know what party these men and women belong to. I don’t know if they’ll vote for me. But I know that their spirit defines us. They remind me, in the words of Scripture, that ours is a “future filled with hope.”

And if you share that faith with me – if you share that hope with me – I ask you tonight for your vote.

If you reject the notion that this nation’s promise is reserved for the few, your voice must be heard in this election.

If you reject the notion that our government is forever beholden to the highest bidder, you need to stand up in this election.

If you believe that new plants and factories can dot our landscape; that new energy can power our future; that new schools can provide ladders of opportunity to this nation of dreamers; if you believe in a country where everyone gets a fair shot, and everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same rules, then I need you to vote this November.

America, I never said this journey would be easy, and I won’t promise that now. Yes, our path is harder – but it leads to a better place. Yes our road is longer – but we travel it together. We don’t turn back. We leave no one behind. We pull each other up. We draw strength from our victories, and we learn from our mistakes, but we keep our eyes fixed on that distant horizon, knowing that Providence is with us, and that we are surely blessed to be citizens of the greatest nation on Earth.

Obama’s 2012 acceptance speech certainly was quite the comedown from his speech at the convention in 2004 or the acceptance speech with the Roman columns in 2008.  On Thursday Obama had to step down to a 20,000 seater venue to fill the house that ended without fireworks, balloons or even confetti.

Democrats Beginning to Admit that Obama Could Lose… Was Last Week Obama’s Kick-Off to an Inglorious Demise?

As I was working away at my desk with ‘The Five’ playing in the background, died in the wool liberal Democrat Bob Beckel, the youngest deputy assistant secretary of state ever, for the Carter administration and the campaign manager for Walter Mondale's 1984 presidential campaign just freely admitted that Obama is losing in the polls right now between 5 and 7 points.

The Democrat desperation is showing from all sides.  The decisive loss in Wisconsin was  perhaps the beginning of the true panic. Then there have been the consistent torpedoes being thrown at Obama by former President Clinton; the devastating jobs numbers combined with ever closer looks at the ‘real’ job loses and manipulation of the figures that have been fed to the public by the Obama administration; the recent vetting of Obama that should have but didn’t happen in 2008 and the ‘failure’ of almost every attempted ‘created diversion’ by the Obama campaign... including their latest media blitz. 

Diane Macedo from the Fox Business network appeared on Huckabee over the weekend, along with Charlie Gasparino.  She said that the White House continues to repeat the 4.3 million jobs created number as fact, but to get to that number they only count jobs lost and created since 2010.  They have completely taken the millions of jobs lost in 2009 under President Obama out of the equation. In reality they have only created 55,000 net jobs.

We are also now losing thousands of baby-boomers monthly from the job market as they are retiring in droves.  These jobs and people are also not being portrayed accurately in the job number calculations just like other people who have stopped looking for work, no longer qualify for unemployment or have taken low-paying or part-time jobs so are underemployed.

In actuality, unemployment, if calculated correctly using all the figures, is somewhere at an average of between 14% and 16% across the country (Donald Trump said in an interview with Greta Van Susteran that it was more like 21 to 22%) and whichever set of numbers you choose they do not include the underemployed.

Then add to this Obama’s latest so-called ‘gaffe’ where he said that the private job market is doing just fine but the government sector needs help. Reince Priebus, RNC Chairman, said this was not a gaffe but a look into Obama’s ideology and the beginning of a push for another bailout. Additionally there is the new focus on classified security information having been allegedly ‘purposely’ leaked from the White House to make Obama look good and to up his numbers (They have upward of 13 sources who have come forward.)  Plus there is a renewed cry for information, truth (and for heads to roll) on the Fast and Furious front.  Many now believe that both Eric Holder and President Obama knew/know about both. McCain says Eric Holder has no credibility to oversee the leaks investigation. Most who have followed Fast and Furious and understand the connections within the White House circle (the Chicago Team) would agree.

For a brilliant guy President Obama sure says a lot of stupid things. Obama’s latest gaffe was so bad that even Candy Crowley was hammering David Axelrod on it. Obama claimed that the private sector was doing just fine and basically he already fixed that - it was just state & local governments that are struggling. As reported early last Wednesday morning on Breitbart, the media had obviously conspired with the Obama campaign over the Memorial Day holiday to start last week off with a well-organized media blitz meant to knock Romney off message and to aid and abet the Obama campaign's desire to define the former Massachusetts governor as an extremist. And we all saw this play out as the corrupted MSM blew up a wildly hypocritical narrative around Romney's ties to Donald Trump.

Well, I have good news… According to Byron York, Romney's refused to take the bait.

Mitt Romney's refusal to repudiate Donald Trump sent a signal, both to Democrats and the voting public: With the nation's future at stake in this November's election, Romney will not accommodate calls that he disown supporters who make ill-considered, unpopular, or sometimes outrageous statements on matters not fundamental to the campaign.

Romney aides believe that cooperating with Democrats and media figures who are demanding a Trump disavowal would most certainly lead to more calls for more disavowals of other figures in the future -- leaving Romney spending as much time apologizing for his supporters as campaigning for president. Team Romney views it as a silly and one-sided game designed to distract voters from the central issue of the race, which they remain convinced will be President Obama's handling of the economy.

By one-sided, they mean not only that Obama has not disavowed SuperPAC contributor Bill Maher for a number of Maher's statements that were particularly insulting to Republican women. They also mean the press, with, as Team Romney see it, questionable associations of its own. Has David Gregory, moderator of NBC's "Meet the Press," repudiated his colleague Al Sharpton, the MSNBC host with a decades-long record of incendiary statements and actions? ...

Another reason Romney is wary of such concessions is that John McCain tried them, and they didn't do him any good.

Romney also raised more money last month than any other politician has ever done.  He raised more money last month than President Obama. Mitt Romney and the Republican National Committee reported they raised a combined $76.8 million in May, about $17 million more than President Obama and Democrats collected (who were previously considered an unbeatable fundraising machine).

On Wednesday, President Obama took another break from Washington by flying to California for a series of five fundraisers, including a gay-rights gala in Beverly Hills. (Remember that one… where Obama lowered himself and the dignity of his office to tell an off-colored sex joke about his wife?) But on Thursday, fundraising statistics released by both campaigns showed that GOP nominee Mitt Romney had surpassed President Obama for the first time in May, out-raising the president’s campaign $76 million to $60 million.

“We got beat,” said Obama campaign manager Jim Messina

Obama has nearly taken employment back to the 1950s… and that is not a good thing; only 58.6 percent of all Americans are employed — 1 percentage point higher than in 1956… under 59 percent of Americans employed for 33 consecutive months and counting.  The most startling figures that Team Obama consistently take out of the equation are exactly that, how few people are actually working compared to the population and the pool of available workers, for they don’t count all those that have dropped off the unemployment rolls and those that are underemployed.  Amazingly the highest unemployment is among blacks, Latinos, teens and recent grads (who are back living with their parents, have no work or are underemployed and have student loan payments) yet they seem to be the last to see that the Obama hope and change promise was all an illusion.

Stuart Stevens, who is Mitt Romney’s chief strategist, is also a novelist and memoirist, and last week he offered up a couple of bon mots (witticism or good words) that help frame the challenge President Barack Obama faces as the economy sputters.

“They think this campaign is ‘Travels with Charley’, Stevens says. “We think it’s more The Grapes of Wrath.’” 

“Travels with Charley in Search of America: (Centennial Edition)” is John Steinbeck’s gentle quasi-memoir of traveling across the country in 1960 with his poodle.“The Grapes of Wrath,” for those Americans who slept through eighth-grade English, is his searing novel of the migrant Joad family in the Depression.

Stevens insists that this election will have everything to do with the economy and nothing to do with how Romney treated his dog, and his second quip reflects the same analysis in a more positive context.

“They think the election is about eHarmony.com,” he says, referring to the dating website devoted to measuring compatibility. “We think it’s about Monster.com,”the job-finder site.

The photo below is a good snap shot of last week and where the Obama campaign finds itself.  Obama is chattering on repeating the same mantra that hasn’t worked.  His chief campaign advisor, David Axelrod, looks and sounds pained.  The ever loyal MSM or ‘lamestream’ media is looking a bit deflated these days.  And the main focus of the Obama campaign is dirty tricks, created diversions, and walk backs. From hope and change to smear and fear…

President Obama capped off his inglorious week by holding a hastily called news conference at the White House on Friday in an attempt to shift focus from the Wisconsin loss as some in the Democratic Party blamed Pres. Obama for staying out of the Wisconsin fight and essentially abandoning them... plus no doubt wanting to spin the bad job numbers.

It turned out poorly for him.

During his discussion of the economy, President remarked that the “private sector’s doing fine.” Within an hour, Governor Romney and other GOP leaders were ridiculing the president for his comment and preparing campaign videos to exploit the gaffe.

As the President walked out of that press conference Friday, a reporter called out to him for his reaction to the Wisconsin recall election. The president just kept walking.  But before he reached the door, another reporter shouted a final question, asking Mr. Obama if he’d enjoyed the pie that his self-appointed ‘Health Czar wife’ had purchased for him… reminding the room that giving up pie, large sodas and fast food is for the little people who need to be led.  At least Marie Antoinette was willing to let them eat cake!

SNL Democrat Comic Unloads…

On the “ABC’s of SNL” podcast, Jon Lovitz called Obama a “jackass” for claiming that the rich don’t pay enough taxes. When lamenting a practical 50% tax on the wealthy he said “isn’t that enough?”

A comedic legend from NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” is now going ballistic on Barack Obama, calling the president “a f—ing a–hole” despite the fact he voted for him in 2008.

Actor and comic Jon Lovitz, perhaps best known for his catchphrase of “Yeah, that’s the ticket” by his character, the pathological liar Tommy Flanagan, dropped the F-bomb on Obama in a January podcast that’s just becoming widely known today.

The podcast, titled “The ABC’s of SNL,” was co-hosted by filmmaker Kevin Smith, and billed as being recorded “live from the Jon Lovitz Podcast Theatre.”

Lovitz said: “This whole thing with Obama saying the rich don’t pay their taxes is f—ing bullsh–. And I voted for the guy, and I’m a Democrat. What a f—ing a–hole. The rich don’t pay their taxes? Let me tell you something, right. First they say to you, you’re dead broke, ‘the United States of America, you can do anything you want, go for it.’ So then you go for it and then you make it, and everyone’s like ‘f— you.’”

Lovitz went on to say Obama “is the perfect example. He’s amazing. He had nothing. He had no father. He was, you know, of mixed race which is a burden in the United, don’t kid yourself, you know, growing up like that, and no money, and the guy ends up being at Harvard. He’s the President of the United States. And now he’s like, f— me!”

He continued, “If I make a dollar and out of every dollar I’m taxed at 50, half, at 50 cents, I have to give, isn’t that like enough? It’s half. HALF!”

Lovitz’s co-host clowned that the government would be offended, and therefore shut down his podcast theatre.

“We heard that [in] the fourth f—kin’ episode, you won’t leave Obama alone,” said Smith. “This is an election year! They’re gonna come in and make an example of you, man. The government can come in and take your sh– away. Even your good memories.”

One WND reader, Brad Bowen, says he agrees with Lovitz’s sentiment, but “the problem for me is twofold: [First,] he voted for the man. I do not care that he is a Democrat. The second is I could [not] care less what any celebrity said. Unless they are like Ted Nugent or Chuck Norris with a definite record, they are just another dumbsh– late to the party.”

Lovitz isn’t the only comic from “SNL” who has problems with the president.

His fellow cast member, Victoria Jackson, who’s now a WND columnist, made national headlines in March 2010 when she released a song on YouTube titled, “There’s a Communist in the White House,” which has collected more than a half-million views.

Her song begins:

It seems these days I’m in a haze
And I can’t concentrate on things.
Can’t eat or sleep, feel incomplete
Feel kind of scared and creepy.
I look over my shoulder lots
And shudder when I watch TV.
I bite my nails and cuticles
And watch my words very carefully.
I bite my lip a lot and fidget with the buttons on my blouse
Why? Because there’s a communist living in the White House

Jackson cited the socialist leanings of Obama’s grandparents, communist leanings of his mother, the Marxist professors he had in college and his own links to the teachings of Saul Alinsky while related news clips – some from WND – flash on the screen.

“He told Joe the Plumber, ‘Spread the wealth,’ which is a direct quote from the Communist Manifesto,” she continues. Then in office, Obama appointed Van Jones and took over the banking and car industries.

“How much more proof do you want?”

Jackson, a native of Miami, Fla., has been an outspoken opponent of Obama, and has participated in tea parties, including one in Pasadena, Calif., in July 2009 where she flayed the president’s policies.

Hollywood types from both sides of the aisle are beginning to stand-up and speak out more and more.  Obamaland is beginning to crumble, but as that happens and Team Obama becomes more and more desperate… the manipulation and cheating (voter fraud, vote count fraud… the biggie, anti-voter fraud law fights and voter intimidation) and the Alinsky-style mud-slinging (where truth will have no place or effect) will get worse and worse.  So America we have 6-months to get engaged and join those in Hollywood who have found their common sense and voice and must stand together in November and demand a fair election with as many re-counts and new elections as it takes to prevent another Al Franken fiasco.  If Al Franken, who cheated and was cheated for and lost the 2008 election, had not been seated… or been removed after having been wrongly seated, we night not have ObamaCare!

And if you agree with those speaking out, or just believe in the 1st Amendment for all Americans, please support the work of those entertainers brave enough to stand-up and speak out, because for many it ends up being the end of their careers or at least a definite slow down if we don’t support them!
