Glenn Beck held his last appearance in his 'American Revival' series on Saturday 7.17.10, which he graciously streamed in its entirety, the full seven hour show live, for his Insider Extreme members ($9.95 per month for anyone who wanted to sign up for this and a lot lot more on that site). Because of that,  not only the 10,000+ people (per each event he did) were able to attend but also pretty much anyone who was interested.

For anyone who didn’t catch one of  Glenn Beck’s American Revival Meeting Events live or online, you missed a lot!  It is the most hopeful I have felt about America’s future in ages.  Glenn, Judge Napolitano and the Davids: Barton and Buckner were terrific.

In the audience were the Governor and First Lady of Utah, Senator Orin Hatch and Congressman Jason Chaffetz as well as son of Focus on the Family Founder, Dr. James Dobson… and the 15,000 capacity arena was darn near full!

There are meetings and events that we all attend in our life that are virtually forgotten before you leave the arena (or before you turn off your computer if you watched it online), and then there are those that strike a chord and touch your heart… or your very soul.

The event began with the displaying of the colors by a local boy scout troop and then the reciting of the Pledge of Allegiance lead by Senator Orin Hatch which, was followed by a prayer given by Congressman Jason Chaffetz… the way it used to be… the way the Founding Fathers envisioned it.  It touched your heart if you love America and value freedom, tradition and our heritage.

I have been to Beck events before and watch him daily, but this had a bigger feel… a different feel… and inspired feel.  The theme was Faith, Hope and Charity… understood through the truth vs. the misrepresentations of our history, economics and the law.

Beck reviewed the Kondrackian Wave and preparedness… and that capitalists let their system fail and then re-set… and not doing that is part of the problem we have created.  He discussed the Global World Order referring to the book:  Tragedy & Hope: A History of the World in Our Time  He reviewed the fact that banks are flush with cash but nobody is lending.  It is time to isolate our country with stability to escape from the interdependence and mutual assured destruction that has been created by the “powers that be”!

David Barton, founder of WallBuilders and author of Original Intent, Setting the Record Straight and Separation of Church & State, spoke on our history as only he can and as always left everyone with new tidbits and facts that nobody had been taught in school plus more corrections to the perversions of what the Progressives have been selling us for almost 100 years, but especially during the past 40-years.  He pointed out a textbook written by Progressive scholars called, “The Godless Constitution” that was filled with lies and revisionist history that was written and allowed to be used as a textbook without any footnotes or sources to back up their facts, criminal and unheard of in the  textbook world… unless there is a ‘group agenda’.  You should always insist on original sources or works based on original sources that are fully footnoted!

David Buckner, professor at Columbia and author of Permission to Think spoke on economics and thinking out of the box if we want to survive.  He reviewed the absolutely unsustainable debt track we are on and the outstanding promises our government has made… our debt of $14.4 trillion, our social security promise of $6.6 trillion, Medicare promise of $36.3 trillion which comes to $57.3 trillion owed today… without ObamaCare, Cap and Trade or any of the other power grabbing and debt increasing bills passed or being promoted under Obama’s Progressive agenda, that he knows we cannot pay for.  It is a plan to grab as much power and tie up as much wealth as possible… knowing they cannot provide the promises.  But you can bet that the control and losses of freedom and rights they have taken in the process will remain… unless Americans standup and demand changes!  The government now owns 51% of all businesses in the United States and after the passing of last week’s s0-called financial reform bill, the government now has the power to take over any business, if they want to… or deem necessary.  He also pointed out that Americans are insightful and the free-market entrepreneurship is what is needed to turn things around and use that insightful hard-working spirit.  He also said that single-payer government controlled and regulated programs squelch exactly what is best about America.  He also said get rid of minimum wage and we will have an over-night decrease in illegal aliens because nobody will come and our kids and the poor who need and want jobs will pick up the slack.  There are 3-kinds of people Buckner said:  moveable; immoveable; and movers (and shakers)… those that move. (Video of Buckner passing our on Beck’s show… they jokingly did a reenactment of it at the event).

Then Judge Andrew Napolitano, now the host of the number one show on the Fox Business News Channel (BNC) and author of Lies the Government Told You: Myth, Power, and Deception in American History,  spoke on charity being an investment in people that you give for free without expecting anything in return.  But if the government gives you charity, there is always a price.  (There were no government assistance programs in America until 1932… family, neighbors and churches helped each other.)   He reviewed James Madison’s Natural Law Argument; that the order of the world and natural laws cannot be changed by man.  He reminded that audience that The Second Amendment was written for Americans to be able to protect themselves; against the government if necessary and the 4th amendment was essentially the right to be left alone… the right to privacy, but we have a sorted history of violations against our rights, starting with the sedition act.  And taxation is essentially theft.  (All seemed to agree that a 10% flat tax would probably the good option, but Buckner felt that a VAT or consumption tax might be the answer, if we got rid of the income taxes etc… but we cannot afford both or a VAT tax added to all the other taxes on the books!)  He also said that the Department of Homeland Security and Janet Napolitano were out of control because of the Patriot Act.  We must demand some of our rights and freedoms back… none we gave up or ever will give up , will ensure our safety.  Their loss just insures our slavery or at minimum serfdom.  We must return to limited government.  Judge Napolitano said he would repeal the 16th and 17th amendment, if he could.  And most people would agree that we must amend the perversion known as the anchor baby provision of the 14th amendment, because we don’t seem to be able to understand it or explain correctly… just like the separation of church and state.  (The US should have passed H.R. 1868 – the Birthright Citizenship Act of 2009, so all babies born on U.S. soil are no longer automatically made citizens.)  The so-called anchor baby rule was a provision only for the children of slaves…  There are no more of those, so it is an old provision that should be removed since it opens the door for the Progressives to pervert the law.  “The ‘first law”, he said, “ is our duty to alter or abolish the government, when it no longer follows the Constitution!

“Rebellion Against Tyrants is Obedience to God!”

Benjamin Franklin, the least religious of our Founding Fathers said, “God Governs in the Affairs of Men” and promoted prayer for the Congress when they could not find agreement.  Our entire legal system and heritage is based around Judeo-Christian values and God.  (Thomas Jefferson, our second least religious Founding Father consciously chose the Christian religion and Judeo-Christian principles to base our laws on… that fact has also been written out of history).  Congress even printed the first  Bible:  Holy Scriptures For Our Schools. Yes, you read that correctly… for our schools.  Yet, we have let the Progressive liberals who have now all but co-opted the leadership of the Democrat party as well as having some members in the GOP, re-write our history and with it re-program our minds, having caused us to turn away from God and buy the notion that there is no place for God in our government… and then we wonder why we find ourselves in the mess we are in.  Everyone of the Founding Fathers knew that the United States of America was a divinely inspired nation and the concept of separation of church and state (which is stated nowhere in the Constitution) was to protect the Churches from being taken over and controlled by the government… not to keep God out of government.  The Founding Fathers knew a government without God at its center would end up like all the rest… corrupt or fallen.  Yet that is exactly what Nancy Pelosi, the Obama Administration and the rest of the Progressive Caucus are preaching and doing right now… setting out to co-opt the churches and force them to push the Marxist concept of social justice and collective salvation if they want to receive their tax exempt status and other benefits; just at a time when the collection plate are often empty.

(There was just a news article today stating that many evangelists see amnesty as ‘what Jesus would do’ because they are being programmed by churches who have bought into the concept of social justice and  collective salvation, a version of Marxist Black Liberation Theology, whose goal is to divide and conquer.  If your church tells you who your must vote for, which causes to follow or that your salvation is tied together with your works or as a collective group… run!)

When asked in a panel discussion, the 3 guest speakers agreed that there could be an America left in 5 years… but only if we fight!! (General consensus is that the GOP and Independents must take control of the House and Senate on 2010 for us survive.)

When asked about schools and schooling, Barton suggested homeschooling or Christian schools, and if you have to or decide to go the public route, you will have to supplement if not re-teach.  He suggested using history books written before 1900, as much as possible.  (I say, if you have to re-teach… you might as well homeschool or set up a neighborhood homeschooling situation if moms are working, where everyone cuts back one day of work.)

“Never trade away freedoms for safety… you will end up with neither!”

But, do not despair… Put your faith in God and Pray… while also preparing for yourself for upcoming hard times and emergencies.  And stand up for your rights and speak out!  Do not be silenced and always speak the truth and share what you know in your head and heart to be true with your neighbors, friends, family and strangers… even if they don’t get it yet or still don’t understand.  They will.  You must pray that they do sooner verses later… or after it is too late!

We must choose between transformation and restoration!  It is time to make a choice and to pledge to each other our: lives, fortunes and sacred honor as the Founding Fathers did and then begin to live by your word!  It is also time to ask the Lord to forgive us for our arrogance and for squandering this country and shirking our responsibilities for the life He gave us as well as thank Him for the great life we have all lived… and all that we have had.  And then it is time to prepare for the worst and hope for the best.  The Lord needs spiritual warriors!

Beck’s Challenge:  Change Your Life (Read Ephesians) Starting today… living as you should.  We must choose to do the hard thing(s).  And do not take any covenant you make with God lightly.

Miracles are Coming said Glenn… both at the very beginning of the event and again at the end.  America is God’s Country and if we stand with Him, he will root out the evil.

Look up: Psalm 35 and read Ephesians in the Bible.  Read about George Whitefield and the Black Robe Brigade and about how Moses talks about fire.

Moses said, “When the truth is spoken, it starts a fire.”

The Wall Street Journal has chosen Glenn Beck as the most dangerous man to the Liberals.  Please pray for Glenn Beck, his family and his staff.

Glenn ended the show (see last video) with a group prayer… his speakers and guests were Mormons, Catholics and Evangelistic Protestants… We must come together he said.

The Kellogg company wanted to follow around and study Glenn’s employees and company… Mercury.  Glenn said he told them they probably wouldn’t like what they would find.  He said before deciding to do something they:

• think on it as a group
• the pray on it as a group (at the office)
• Beck and his wife go to Temple and pray on it again… and then listen for guidance. 
• (He also says he always listens to his wife.)

Glenn went on to say that he used to be a real ‘dirt bag’ and then he was baptized by water and found his relationship with God… that he works on daily…

Beck said the message he has received from God is, “Tell them to get behind me!”

And so we must!!!  God picks certain people at certain times to be his messenger…  He has also chosen us to be born at this time for a reason.

Change: Freedom of 'worship'

In the Constitution, it's the ‘Freedom of Religion’. The President has quietly changed the wording of this phrase to 'Freedom of worship' which to some may seem like a matter of semantics, but Glenn says there is much more than just a word game. Obama's assassination list?
A story that somehow slipped Glenn's radar screen - the President (according to the oh-so conservative Salon.com) has a "presidential assassination program," where "American citizens are targeted for killings far away from any battlefield, based exclusively on unchecked accusations by the Executive Branch that they're involved in Terrorism." This is particularly baffling coming from Obama, who complained about listening in on phone calls to terrorists. Now he wants to shoot Americans suspected of terrorism? Glenn explains on radio today.
