There has been a Planned Dumbing Down of the Masses that started with the Progressive Movement here in the United Started in the 1920’s to 1930’s, (American Progressivism) that has become a full-blown movement that also includes re-writing history, creating divides between races and ethnicities (leaning heavily on White Guilt and applying political correctness to every situation.
Knowing history makes us autonomous. Not knowing history makes sure it repeats itself.
Separation of Church and State does not mean no references to God. God is not a religion. America was and is a God inspired idea and country. And Thomas Jefferson consciously chose Christianity as a moral base for America.

The Dumbing Down of the American Mind
There is a very dangerous phenomenon that seems to be occurring in the United States of America; something that I refer to as "the dumbing-down of the American mind," a nearly willful tendency for Americans to forgo reality in favor of believing what they want to believe. But how could such a thing have occurred in such a proud nation, one that, according to George Bush, has become known as a bastion of freedom and democracy, a bright light for the whole world to see?

Anti-Parental Movement – Dems are pushing liberal programs, have told children that if their parents look at them wrong they can call the police on them and are now in the process of taking parents’ rights and putting them in control of not only the government, but the United Nations. A major proponent of this is Senator Barbara Boxer of California.
TV and Movies – The media is controlled by the most liberal elements of our society and their values have been pumped into our children’s heads as normal and acceptable; violence, porn, and pitting groups of people against each other.
Studies have proved that children who consistently watch regular programmed TV and mainstream movies or play violent video games become desensitized and if they have the propensity toward violence, it brings it out.
Rap Music – This music promotes violence, violence against women, degrades women and is full of negativity and fowl language and for 20-years, this is the music that has filled our children’s heads. desensitized them and affected their decisions and self-esteem.
Groups, started by black co-eds have sprung up all over the country to fight this music.

Re-Writing History Diminishes Pride in Self and Country
Taking God Out of the Equation has made children feel more alone, lowered their self-esteem and has helped cause the increase in violence against others and self abuse. We need to put God and decency back into our lives.

Last week we had the kiddos singing Barack Hussein Obama to the tune of 'Jesus loves me' and the lyrics had the kids praising Obama for all being 'equal in his sight.' Because why not have the kiddos heaping praise on Obama -- if you praise him enough, he may just shower you with a downpour of stimulus $$$ blessings. This one comes from North Carolina... Sand Hill – Venable Elementary
Is there something wrong with this message? NO… no essentially, but it is not okay for schools to interject politics in school and their lessons. Only 6% of all educators identify themselves as conservatives or moderates. And the over tone is the videos of the past two days smack of indoctrination and liberal propaganda. Had teachers done the same interjecting George Bush’s name, the liberals would have gone crazy!!
Taking God, not religion, but God out of schools and interjecting social progressive politics is not healthy and does not represent the beliefs of most Americans.
And when you see events of liberal Obama Worship that often includes teachers, there is a real reason for American parents to be concerned!
Video: Teen Attacked, Beaten To Death In Melee – Violence among students, particularly against white students although this incident is not, has largely increased as ‘the racist talk’ has increased from the left, since Obama’s Election. This episode in Chicago also adds fire to the debate of why bring the Olympics that we cannot afford to Chicago; although there has been an overall decrease in violence, it persists?!?

A law has been passed that the Federal Gov’t has taken over all school loans… Agenda?!?
- Forcing your kids and future generations into the jobs and areas that they want or need people in.
- Forced (or nudged) participation in Americorps… the civilian army… Obama Youth. (Added to recent comments by the Obamas czars it conjures up memories of Germany and a similar group called the Hitler Youth for many).
Veteran’s promised tuition checks AWOL – Is there a pattern here? And how can possibly handle everyone’s school loans?

The old joke is that a consultant is someone who looks at your watch and tells you what time it is. Frank Luntz is effective in this role - to me, his identification of our priorities show what people around me are thinking, which is a valuable lesson to learn.
What Americans Really Want...Really, Frank also gives some common sense solutions to changing the tide and what is wrong in America.
1. Have Dinner with your family/kids and talk
2. Take your kids to church... let them see that there is something bigger than themselves and the government.
3. Check your kids homework at least 3-times a week. Be interested and know what is going on in their school.'
4. Take at least a 1-week family trip a year with your kids without electronics (for everyone). No texting, video games or even cell phones, except perhaps one for you for emergencies.
5. Demand the Truth. Where were you? Who were you with...
6. Make sure your kids are all enrolled in a Team Sport or Scouting. Learn the values of teamwork, sharing, winning and losing.
These are all things that used be common sense and common place!
