Those who know history, know that tyrants constantly ‘cleanse’ or ‘purge’ their ranks of those they perceive as disloyal to the powers that be. They rule with an iron fist and with total control, because not to is to expose their political jugular to their enemies. It truly is dog eat fascist dog. This is very true in the Obama sphere of influence and within the ranks of his court. So, in the true tradition of dumping earth shaking news before a holiday or on a Friday, the day before Thanksgiving, Obama published a memo laying out guidelines for executive agencies to establish “effective insider threat programs.” Though vague, the wording is noteworthy and very interesting:

MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES

SUBJECT: National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs

This Presidential Memorandum transmits the National Insider Threat Policy and Minimum Standards for Executive Branch Insider Threat Programs (Minimum Standards) to provide direction and guidance to promote the development of effective insider threat programs within departments and agencies to deter, detect, and mitigate actions by employees who may represent a threat to national security. These threats encompass potential espionage, violent acts against the Government or the Nation, and unauthorized disclosure of classified information, including the vast amounts of classified data available on interconnected United States Government computer networks and systems.

The Minimum Standards provide departments and agencies with the minimum elements necessary to establish effective insider threat programs. These elements include the capability to gather, integrate, and centrally analyze and respond to key threat-related information; monitor employee use of classified networks; provide the workforce with insider threat awareness training; and protect the civil liberties and privacy of all personnel.

The resulting insider threat capabilities will strengthen the protection of classified information across the executive branch and reinforce our defenses against both adversaries and insiders who misuse their access and endanger our national security.

Go ahead, read that memo again. Now explain to me how that is not an official government document that says in essence, “stop snitchin’.”

There will be those out there that will immediately pipe up with this being a valid move to halt insider leaks on sensitive issues, especially concerning Homeland Security. But wait, there’s more to this than meets the eye (isn’t that always the case with Obama?). In a stealth, but massive power grab, we have watched in horror as the Executive Branch has consolidated more and more power, making Congress irrelevant and to all appearances, making the three branches of government (or as Obama might say, the three branches of power), one in reality and invalidating the Constitution and our God-given freedoms we once knew and cherished. If you believe the media propaganda arm of the government, we did this willingly and enthusiastically — we did not and we continue to resist this trend. With the crafty use of czars and executive orders, instead of a transparent political system, Obama has converted it into a closed self-policing collective, where the loyal are rewarded and the dissenters are harshly dealt with. Government employees observe, note and report on one another now, much as the Nazi SS did.

Words matter, as do definitions and Obama has redefined what security and treason mean at the base level. A threat is now perceived as anyone who stands against Obama or his regime. This type of brutal control has foreshadowed some of the greatest atrocities in history. You only have to look to the Schutzstaffel for clarification:

The SS grew from a small paramilitary unit to a powerful force that served as the Führer’s “Praetorian Guard,” the Nazi Party’s “Protection Squadron” and a force that, fielding almost a million men (both on the front lines and as political police), managed to exert as much political influence in the Third Reich as the Wehrmacht (Germany’s regular armed forces).

As those in our Marxist government now march in lockstep and chant Obama’s version of ‘Sieg Heil!’, the noose is tightening on America and what we once stood for. This is now spreading across the globe. The seizure of total control is closely followed by war. Every time. Those who would step forward to raise the alarm against the crimes of our leaders are being silenced. They now wind up in prison, de facto political prisoners. A disturbing part of that trend are those who speak against the Muslim Brotherhood and Obama’s love affair with them. Can’t America see what is really transpiring here? We must not silently let this menace continue to grow while strangling our freedoms. From The Daily Kos:

With regards to National Security:

Does it seem to anyone else, that the term ‘National Security’ has been expanded in scope to include protecting the Administration from any consequences of its misconduct?

These evil individuals know that good, strong patriots are among their rank and file and they fear them. Thus they must be watched, controlled and possibly removed. Those with patriotic convictions will be considered violent simply for their viewpoints. Violence is in the eye of the fascist. Whistleblowing becomes espionage and the penalty is severe. The very definition of transparency has become opaque.

To muddy the waters and confuse those who would cause trouble even more, Obama just signed a bill that would protect those federal employees who expose fraud. But there is a catch – they are only protected if they are the first to report the misconduct. On your marks, get ready, rat out your co-worker!

The New York Times has pointed out in the past that the Obama administration has prosecuted more government officials for leaking information to the press than any other administration combined.

These policies, regulations and subjective laws are being used in connection to the Bradley Manning case (WikiLeaks) and others. These maneuvers will be utilized to provide cover and silence those involved in Benghazigate, Fast and Furious and a whole host of corruption involving Obama, Jarrett and their henchmen, while protecting the Muslim Brotherhood and covering the vast connections between Obama, Jarrett, Rice and others with Iran, Turkey and other radical Islamists. Are you beginning to see a trend here? I am.

Policing the Schutzstaffel is just one piece of a very evil picture that is gaining clarity. As one high-level intel individual roughly put it: I don’t fear another attack on the US, I fear the fall of the US without an explosion. America is falling from within without a shot fired. Looks like Obama’s SS is doing its job thoroughly.

A Dictator Is Born–Obama Declares He Will Rule by Authoritarian Decree

Barack Obama announced in his Las Vegas speech that he would be passing most everything by ‘executive actions’… using Executive Orders (EO) and bypassing Congress… on a ‘regular basis’ to ‘heal the economy’.  Something the Glenn Beck warned of several years back and everyone laughed and mocked him.

Dictator Obama is born… or more accurately has finally taken off his mask entirely.  The crowd he unveiled himself to were the usual planted leftist sheep who applauded at his announcement of destroying the Constitution and ruling by EO.  Obama yesterday signed his Student Loan Forgiveness Program into law by Executive Order.

The Obama administration previously announced that President would be ruling by (fascist) decree circumvent ingthe Congress and ignoring the will of the American people. There was no reaction or negative fallout so in Vegas he said it in person:

President Barack Obama told an audience in Nevada on Monday that he will be regularly announcing “executive actions” his administration will take to “heal the economy” without the “dysfunctional” Congress.

“I’m here to say to all of you and to say to the people of Nevada and the people of Las Vegas, we can’t wait for an increasingly dysfunctional Congress to do its job. Where they won’t act, I will,” Obama said.

“I’ve told my administration to keep looking every single day for actions we can take without Congress, steps that can save consumers money, make government more efficient and responsive, and help heal the economy. And we’re going to be announcing these executive actions on a regular basis,” the president said.

Obama then explained the home mortgage refinancing plan that his administration announced on Monday.

“The barrier will be lifted that prohibits responsible homeowners from refinancing if their home values have fallen so low that what they owe on their mortgage is 25 percent higher than the current value of their home,” he said. “And this is critically important for a place like Las Vegas, where home values have fallen by more than 50 percent over the past five years.”

“If you’ve got a $250,000 mortgage at six percent interest rates, but the value of your home has fallen below $200,000, right now you can’t refinance,” Obama explained. “You’re ineligible. But that’s going to change. If you meet certain requirements, you will have the chance to refinance at lower rates, which could save you hundreds of dollars a month, and thousands of dollars a year on mortgage payments.”

Virginia Democratic Rep. Jim Moran told TheDC last Thursday that he would like to see the Obama administration refinance every home mortgage to three and a half to four percent without congressional approval.

The Obama administration has announced it will now rule by fascist decree and ignore Congress and the American people.

According to The New York Times, ruling in authoritarian fashion is normal and acceptable. “Any president has vast authority to influence policy even without legislation, through executive orders, agency rule-making and administrative fiat.”

In fact, Obama’s plan to rule by authoritarian decree is unconstitutional. Article I, Section 1 of the Constitution states: “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.” Article II, Section 3 states that the president may call Congress into emergency session during a national crisis.

In other words, rule buy fiat is treason. Another section of the Constitution covers treason. Article II, Section. 4 states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

[efoods]Rahm Emanuel should be arrested and prosecuted for treason under federal statute, specifically Title 18 U.S.C. § 2. It states: “Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.”

Treason is spelled out in Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution. “The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason,” it states.

“White House officials said the increased focus on executive authority reflected a natural evolution from the first year to the second year of any presidency,” The New York Times continues.

Hitler exploited this “natural evolution” to turn Germany into a fascist dictatorship through executive orders. In fact, Reagan, Clinton and Bush the Lesser issued a flurry of executive orders that surpassed anything Hitler or Stalin issued.

Executive orders have been around since the beginning of the republic. George Washington issued a number of proclamations, dispositions and recommendations. For instance, a suggestion that a day of Thanksgiving take place on Thursday, November26, 1789. He was severely criticized for issuing a proclamation suggesting U.S. citizens joining or aiding the war between Austria, Prussia, Sardinia, Britain and the Netherlands be prosecuted. George Washington’s proclamations, however, did not over rule legislation passed by Congress.

Executive orders: Surpassing Hitler and Stalin.

Executive orders did not really pick up steam until the presidency of Abraham Lincoln. During the invasion of the South for opposing the federal government, Lincoln issued a large number of executive orders allowing the federal military to steal land and turn prisoners of war into forced labor slaves.

The grand daddy of executive orders was Franklin Roosevelt. He issued 3,723 of them. Here is a sample. Roosevelt’s most notorious executive order was 6102. It permitted the federal government to steal all privately held gold in the United States.

Ronald Reagan — sold to the people as a “conservative” — issued 381 executive orders, more than George W. Bush. Clinton came close to Reagan. He issued 364. Reagan violated the Constitution directly when he issued Executive Order 12611 ordering “Assistance for Central American Democracies and the Nicaraguan Democratic Resistance,” in other words providing assistance to the Contras, a violation of the Boland Amendment.

Clinton used executive orders to defy Congress and conduct a murder campaign against the people of Yugoslavia. Clinton also violated Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution when he bombed the European country. Article 1, Section 8 states that “Congress shall have power to… declare War,” not the president.

During the election, Obama not only said he would not issue executive orders but he would reverse those issued during the Bush era. On his very first day in office, Obama broke this pledge and implemented and signed into law Executive Order 13489 barring the release of presidential records (presumably including his birth certificate).

Obama also signed executive orders allowing Interpol to operate beyond the law in the United States and establishing the Council of Governors.

Obama will continue the process of rule by decree established by his predecessors. He will rule in the tradition of the Roman Second Triumvirate and the Lex Titia decree under Gaius Octavian, general Mark Antony and pontifex maximus Aemilius Lepidus.

It should be noted that the resolution paved the way for the Final War of the Roman Republic and the total collapse of republican government.

Breaking News - It’s Official: Gadhafi is Dead

Moammar Gadhafi, who ruled Libya with a dictatorial grip for 42 years until he was ousted by his own people in an uprising that turned into a bloody civil war, was killed Thursday when revolutionary forces overwhelmed his hometown, Sirte, the last major bastion of resistance two months after his regime fell.There are additional unconfirmed reports that the former dictator may be dead.

A senior NTC official told Reuters that Gadhafi was shot in both the legs and the head and that he died from his wounds. “He was also hit in his head,” the official said. “There was a lot of firing against his group and he died.”

The 69-year-old Gadhafi is the first leader to be killed in the Arab Spring wave of popular uprisings that swept the Midde East, demanding the end of autocratic rulers and greater democracy. Gadhafi had been one of the world’s most mercurial leaders, dominating Libya with a regime that often seemed run by his whims and bringing international condemnation and isolation on his country for years.

“We have been waiting for this moment for a long time. Moammar Gadhafi has been killed,” Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril told a news conference in the capital Tripoli.

Earlier this morning, Reuters reported the following:

Deposed Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was captured and wounded in both legs near his hometown of Sirte at dawn on Thursday, National Transitional Council official Abdel Majid said.

Majid reported the capture after Libyan interim government fighters took the town on Thursday, extinguishing the last significant resistance by forces loyal to the former leader and ending a two-month siege.

“He’s captured. He’s wounded in both legs … He’s been taken away by ambulance,” the senior NTC military official told Reuters by telephone.

Gaddafi was trying to flee in a convoy which NATO warplanes attacked, Majid said. The head of Gaddafi’s armed forces Abu Bakr Younus Jabr had been killed during the capture of the Libyan ex-leader, he added.

Majid said NATO warplanes struck the convoy and hit four cars as it headed west. Ahmed Ibrahim, a cousin and adviser of Gaddafi, was also captured.

In the capital Tripoli, sounds of gun shots were heard and people cheered in the street: “God is Great, God is Great, Gaddafi has been captured.”

Sen. John McCain released a statement acknowledging the death:

“The death of Muammar Qaddafi marks an end to the first phase of the Libyan revolution. While some final fighting continues, the Libyan people have liberated their country. Now the Libyan people can focus all of their immense talents on strengthening their national unity, rebuilding their country and economy, proceeding with their democratic transition, and safeguarding the dignity and human rights of all Libyans. The United States, along with our European allies and Arab partners, must now deepen our support for the Libyan people, as they work to make the next phase of their democratic revolution as successful as the fight to free their country.”

The news comes hours after reports that Libyan fighters captured the former dictator’s hometown of Sirte on Thursday, which contained the last holdouts of pro-Gadhafi forces.

Celebratory gunfire and cries of “Allahu Akbar” or “God is Great” rang out across Tripoli as the reports spread. Cars honked their horns and people hugged each other. In Sirte, the ecstatic former rebels celebrated the city’s fall after weeks of bloody siege by firing endless rounds into the sky, pumping their guns, knives and even a meat cleaver in the air and singing the national anthem.

Initial caution in making a definitive announcement came because past reports of Gadhafi family deaths or captures have later proven incorrect, even after they were announced by officials, because of the confusion among the revolutionary forces’ ranks and the multiple bodies involved in commanding their fighters.

Gadhafi loyalists who have escaped could still continue the fight and attempt to organize an insurgency using the vast amount of weapons Gadhafi was believed to have stored in hideouts in the remote southern desert.

Unlike Iraq’s Saddam Hussein, Gadhafi had no well-organized political party that could form the basis of an insurgent leadership. However, regional and ethnic differences have already appeared among the ranks of the revolutionaries, possibly laying the foundation for civil strife.

Glenn also talks about distractions; things like the White House not making an Easter message, the focus on the Birther or more accurately Eligibility issue, etc.  He has a point about the distractions, but remember the ‘Eligibility’ subject as well as a few others are pretty much no-no’s on Fox.  Fox is the best network out there, but they too have some untouchable subjects…  Instead of going away, after spending millions to fight the so-called Birthers, more people believe today than believed in 2008 that either Obama was not born in the U.S., somehow does not meet the Constitutional qualifications to be President of the United States, or is hiding something… the info on his father, his parents or his religion.  But something just isn’t right.  And if we have a person in the White House who can’t be president it is serious and we need to know before the 2012 Election!  Last I checked… the comments on facebook, his site and everywhere else were overwhelming pro-Glenn on everything he said on his show today… except on the eligibility issue.

Please check out the new proposed passport application that not everyone will be asked to fill out???  But if it ends up being you, you either won’t want to or won’t be able to.  Are trying to keep people locked in the country now??  And how much information is too much information??

The Citgo gasoline brand was inaugurated in 1965 by the Cities Service Company, a United States based energy company that first rose to prominence in the early 1900s. Cities Service Company was acquired by Occidental Petroleum Corporation in 1982. That same year, Cities Service Company transferred all of the assets of its Refining, Marketing and Transportation division (which comprised its refining and retail petroleum business) into the newly formed Citgo Petroleum Corporation subsidiary, to ease the divestiture of the division. In 1983, Citgo and the Citgo brand was sold by Occidental to Southland Corporation, owners of the 7-Eleven chain of convenience stores; 50% was sold to Petróleos de Venezuela in 1986, and the remainder in 1990. As of 2004, it is headquartered in Houston, Texas, with over 4,000 employees and annual revenue in excess of $32 billion. Citgo has supplied 14,000 retailers, but in July 2006 announced plans to cease serving 14% of their independent retailers in the United States. Before relocating its headquarters to Houston, Citgo was headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. (Cities Service Company continued on under various Occidental names as a part of OXY's domestic exploration and production business, but all Cities Service trademarks are now owned by Citgo.)

A number of 7-Eleven stores in the U.S. are licensed to sell motor fuel and lubricants under the Citgo brand.

Has Citgo become a political tool for Hugo Chávez?

HOUSTON — From the glass-walled building and manicured lawn to the security guard who greets visitors in a cheerful Texas drawl, everything at Citgo Petroleum seems perfectly ordinary.

But in fact there's nothing ordinary about Citgo. One of the USA's largest refiners, Citgo is a subsidiary of Venezuela's state-owned oil company, Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA). As such, it ultimately belongs to Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, an avowedly anti-American leader who counts Fidel Castro among his closest friends and mocks President Bush as a "genocidal murderer."

The question of Chávez's influence over Citgo was highlighted by the company's recent provision of 25 million gallons of subsidized home-heating oil to poor people in the northeast USA. More than 100,000 households in four states should eventually benefit from the low-cost heating aid.

But some worry that Venezuela's ownership of more than 6% of U.S. refinery capacity gives Chávez, a former paratrooper given to wearing red berets and military fatigues, the power to cripple as well as comfort.

Chavez Furiously Backtracking As Venezuela Petro-Economy Deteriorates

In anticipation of Thursday's Carabobo oil field auction, outspoken Marxist president Hugo Chavez quietly pleaded for foreign investment.

""Investment and experience from foreign oil firms is necessary in Venezuela. We need it," Chavez said, according to Dow Jones.

The statement is a serious turnaround for a government that has nationalized dozens of foreign oil companies in recent years. But they 'need' foreign investment because mismanagement is turning the country into just another failed petro-state.

This is also the second instance of Chavez backtracking today.

Chavez reversed a six-year ban on the sale of U.S. dollars by Venezuela's central bank, in an effort to control the vast amount of money that was leaving the country through unregulated exchange, according to Bloomberg.

He had previously threatened to "burn the hands" of speculators who speculated against the bolivar.

Hopefully the president understands that if the U.S .government sends (more) aid to his Marxist friend, it could mean curtains for him!!

And Americans need to stop purchasing Citgo products and invest in U.S. stocks and US friendly (country) stocks.
