2011 – Turning Our Backs on the Gods of the Copybook Headings

Welcome to 2012… Buckle up because it will be one hell of a ride as Obama goes for broke and his mask comes off, displaying the full intent of his Marxist agenda. Interesting times indeed.

2011 was a year replete with Progressivism running wild in America and across the globe. A year that freedom slipped away and tyrants gathered collectively in gleeful anticipation of a coalescence of power, wealth and control. The year that many patriots woke up in America and realized they did not recognize their country any more.

Economics

The Keynesian economists blather on and on… Every channel you turn to, they proclaim that we are in a recovery, albeit slow, but, recovery nonetheless. And they actually think we are stupid enough to believe that. Elitist arrogance run amok.

Silly Marxists, we know the markets are rigged. All they do is go up and Americans know it is a lie. Gold and silver markets are being manipulated. Stocks are a bad joke. The dollar is junk. While firms such as IMF Global rip investors off, publicly and brutally, individual banks are stealing their clientele blind a few dollars at a time. Why? Because they can. The collective mentality dictates that you should steal all you can before the ship goes down for the last time. After all, what does it matter? Get it while you can, is their reasoning. Screw everyone, time to look out for numero uno. What they forget is that their actions will have a cost, just like it did in the days before the Russian empire came tumbling down and the KGB changed their clothes from chic jack booted thuggery, to sleek government de regeur.

We are trillions in debt here in the US. Forget untenable, it’s un-survivable. But our leaders keep printing money in a Weimar frenzy, declaring: “What inflation?” While Americans go to the store and weigh what they can afford to eat this week as opposed to keeping the heat on.

Regulations are strangling capitalism to death and company after company is down-sizing or folding altogether. Three years into Obama’s bleak utopia and unemployment is staggering. Don’t believe the government’s numbers – they are a lie as well. Rigged to make gullible taxpayers believe things are better than they really are. Thy story is entitled Animal Farm. How very anti-laissez-faire. Welcome to 1932 redux.

I sense Cass Sunstein chuckling sardonically behind the Marxist curtain of the EPA and other agencies stealing our land, telling us what we can and can’t buy and where we can and can’t live. Herding us into cities where we can be stacked and packed and controlled. They are engineering tenement Hell.

Government

Regulating us to death, or at the very least to our knees. It’s the Progressive agenda at its heart. And I would add ‘and soul,’ but these wankers don’t have one that we are aware of.

In 2011, we saw more and more czars rise from the Obama regime and a tidal wave of corruption completely engulf the American system of checks and balances. Not only did they get away with it, these evil politicians thumbed their noses at us and stepped on the gas, not believing for a bloody second they would ever be held accountable. And the ones that didn’t go full-frontal evil, compromised and played along to get along, justifying it as the only way to get anything done. Not realizing they had just as surely sold their souls to the devil as Judas did for his 30 pieces of silver. Scandals such as Fast and Furious and Solyndra rule the day with only crickets for accompaniment.

The Constitution was deemed an old, dusty out-dated piece of paper. It is being nullified and stripped of all meaning and being replaced with a new and improved Communist manifesto, put forth by Obama and his Progressive court. Our governing principles currently more closely resemble the Russian Constitution than our own.

Our free speech on the Internet is being threatened and taken away in brazen leaps. Our second amendment rights are being manipulated and threatened not only by the DOJ, but the DHS and every other government hack that gets half a chance. State’s rights are being stripped in the name of the federal government knowing what is in the best interest of each state and its citizens. A police state and an American killing field has just been approved by our political leaders – now if you are even accused of a crime, you can just disappear for good. No due process, no Constitutional rights… Most Americans are incredulous over this threat to individual freedoms – it is straight out of the gestapo playbook.

As the government clamps down more and more, from the TSA moving into not just airports, but bus and train terminals, to DHS profiling each of us, we find that the freest nation in the world is no more. For her to ever fully return would require the people to take their country back. That almost never ends well. We would fight as if it were the American Revolution, but might wind up doing the French two-step.

Middle East

2011 was the year we lost Afghanistan, Iraq, Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia and most of the Middle East. Between pulling out of Iraq prematurely, dancing round the fires of the Arab Spring in the Middle East and utilizing the Responsibility to Protect Doctrine, we did a wondrous job of furthering a Caliphate as well as beginning what I believe could very well be World War III. And you can thank Barack Obama, George Soros, Samantha Power and Leon Panetta for all this chaos. They just brought the world closer to their heart’s desire.

And in the settling blood and dust lay the bodies of our troops and Christians worldwide. I’m sure that Obama considers this a small price to pay to further his Grande Vision of a Marxist utopia. The blood of thousands slaughtered cries for real justice that has yet to materialize, but worldwide domination? Right on track, it’s the year of the Islamist baby.

As the election for 2012 draws nigh, look for more conflict, more intrusion… R2P will slide into Syria and ignite further the conflict with Iran. Russia and China could very well come to the aid of Iran and Syria. Unintended consequences? Nope. This was planned from the beginning – a war is the preferred tactic that Obama will use to further ensure his reelection, regardless of Progressives on either side of the aisle helping his plans along. Our boys and girls fighting for our freedom are nothing more than fodder for Obama’s soon-to-be realized dream of global government. He never intended to win any of these wars. Loss of life was to further the common good in his eyes – his ‘good.’

Obama will go down as the worst President in American history. He has wreaked more havoc and damage than any other President before and he’s not done yet. If he gets four more years, he will finish us off. And you can take that to the Shariah bank.

That it cannot afford the appeasement, the destructive policies or the post-American politics that have made his regime the worst administration in this country’s history. 2011 may be the year that we lost the Middle East, but let’s work to make 2012 the year that this country loses one Barack Hussein Obama.

Religion

This country was founded on Christian principles. I’m sorry if some don’t like that fact, but there it is.

That hasn’t stopped Liberals from trying to erase and rewrite history. They are all for removing all traces of Christianity from schools and public places. But they insist that Islam should be given free rein. I don’t know about you, but I’m sick to death of this crap. When we had prayer in school and the pledge of allegiance, we had less violence and we had more American spirit. Now that the Progressives have mostly succeeded in taking God out of the schools and replacing Him with Marx, we have violence galore. Gangs and drugs, hate and evil walk the halls of our learning institutions. All this has gained us is the loss of our children and the embrace of evil agendas.

The White House and our Commander in Chief routinely leave out phrases referring to God, unless of course they are referring to Allah. Americans aren’t blind – they see the blatant favoritism being given Islam and how Christians are being put in their place. Christians are the majority in this country and I think most of us have just about had enough of Obama’s faux Christianity. Freedom of religion means freedom for all religions. Christians don’t blow things up, but they seem to be on Obama’s terrorist list while giving those that kill in the name of Allah a free pass, labeling their transgressions as work-related incidents. Don’t fool yourself into thinking he is trying to be fair or does not realize what he is doing… Obama knows exactly what he is doing. Read the Arabic on the wall.

Revolution

And so the seeds of revolutionary chaos have been sown by the Progressives in America. Look for the spring and summer of 2012 to be entirely memorable as OWS, Communists, Progressives, etc. set the streets of America on fire in service to bringing America to her knees and stirring the populist pot to engender a deluded call for Obama to end our suffering. Top down, bottom up, inside out… Van Jones will play a pivotal role to be sure.

As I have said many times before, do not fall for the siren call of Occupy Wall Street. It is a trap with no way out in the end. They will be used and then discarded once they have served their purpose. It is class warfare and a tactic that Sun Tsu would find admirable. Stay away from the protests and the riots. Revolution may come, but this is not the way to fight it. Study and remember how the American Revolution was fought. Don’t gather to be slaughtered as sheep in the pen.

Things are going to get very interesting this year unfortunately. Businesses of all flavors will be besieged in a wave of class warfare of which we’ve never seen the like. Those that even appear to have something of value will become targets of the have-nots. Check how you live and how you put forth your worth. Stock up and don’t advertise it. Prepare yourselves and your family.

Remember, as we move forward into the year, the government is not the answer, it is the problem.

As 2011 was the year of Turning Our Backs on the Gods of the Copybook Headings, 2012 may be the year of living dangerously in America. Time to loose the Constitutional badgers to rid us of the rampant rosy red rodents that so infest our chambers of leadership. Americans fight for what they believe in – the battle it seems draws near. You may trust that the Gods of the Copybooks will in the end be satisfied.

Every time I turn around I will hear over the news, or read in the paper of the tremendous over population of our planet. This is very interesting, because if you took the entire population of the world (roughly seven billion people), and stood them side by side in the state of Texas, each person would have 1000 square feet! There are 261,914 square acres in Texas (that figures to seven trillion square feet). So there is enough room just in Texas for every person in this world to get a piece of land 32 ft. X 32 feet! And that's just Texas! There is no overpopulation problem! This planets just not big enough for the rich and the poor to live together, that's the real problem!

We are also told through various media sources, that we are using up the earth's precious resources. Yet we have the technology to find a license plate on a car by use of a satellite. We have the technology for our government to listen to every phone call going on in the United States by use of a computer. This computer has about 400 key words, that if it picks up on any of these words, will record the phone call. We have the technology to put a computer chip containing all information on a person in the back of their hand the size of a grain of rice. We have the technology to put all information on a person on a strip in the back of their license, that can be run though a little machine and call up all info on that person. Is the media trying to tell us that we don't have the ability to use the earths precious resources wisely to feed and cloth everyone on the planet? I mean, our government pays farmers not to grow food. Food in third world countries (e.g., India) is stored in buildings and left to rot. What is going on here? What would be the purpose of stressing a fact that isn't even true? For those of you folks who have read the Iron Mountain Report, you will notice that they stress that the population would have to be at a controllable level. They give many examples on how the population could be brought down to a level that would be controllable. The simple fact is that (according to them), there are simply too many people on the earth to be controlled at this point.

The following information is taken from the report written by Dr. J Coleman , (copyright 1992: 2533 North Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89706) "Global 2000: A Blueprint For Global Genocide." I will be using quotes out of the

"By the year 2000...cases of AIDS in America will have reached 10 million, with millions more dying of AIDS-related diseases like tuberculosis, meningitis, cholera and more than likely, from bubonic plague. The quotes I have given from Dr. Coleman's report sound pretty unbelievable. Or do they? Let's take a look at what is happening in our country. In the report, Dr. Coleman mentioned abortion and the gay life style. Abortion has killed about 36 million babies. Many in America have been conditioned to believe this is not murder, but it has reduced America's population by 36 million. The gay life style was encouraged, because with same sex partners, there is no procreation.

The education system in America has "dumb downed" our children so much that people are going to and graduating from college who can't read. Out-come-based Education does not teach the basics of reading, writing and arithmetic. It is training our children to become "global citizens".

The environmental movement is bringing man down to a level lower than the animals. In public schools, children are being taught to worship "Mother Earth". People can no longer do with their property what they want, but are accountable to the government if they want to add a room to their house, put a side walk up, cut a tree down.

Our weather is being controlled. Droughts, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes are rampant. People are starving to death because of droughts in their countries and the food being shipped to them is being left to rot in storage houses.

Aids is rampant. The behaviors that cause the spread of Aids is being encouraged by our government.

Civilian labor camps are being put up on military installations. Saw an interesting article in the Daily News, January 8, 1995. It was called "Doing Time On The Outside". It talks about using prisoners to do work, like construction or road work, while they are in prison to save the taxpayers money. A sign on outside the Department of Corrections said, "Inmate Work Crews, Reducing Costs to Taxpayers". As I was reading the article, the thought kept going through my mind, "Is this how they are going to get people used to seeing prisoner slave labor?"

Global 2000 doesn't seem to have a list of people who they want to get. It seems that they consider most of the population "useless eaters". I do imagine they will go after people fighting this first. There was no evidence that folks who keep quiet and don't try to get the word out would be safe. No one will be safe. The Committee of 300 believe that the world is theirs to do with as they want. The rest of us are excess baggage.

This report reminds me of a scripture verse. Matthew 24:21-22,

"For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the worl= d to this time, no, nor ever shall be. and except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."

The above is a brief insight into a disease of the mind, the following is an overview of how the disease has spread across the world and now infects the minds of the majority.

Most do not realise that if we support a political party or any of the environmental groups, including the greens and green peace then we, that is YOU and I, support the Club of Rome's objective which is to remove all 'useless eaters', this effectively means you and your family, if not then it must be the family next door, because they are talking about over 50% reduction in the world's population, the ones that they will look to remove first are those who love freedom, because individual freedom is not on the agenda.

If you believe in not damming rivers, letting the bush take over farmland, the right of local councils to decide whether you can cut down a tree on your property then you are a victim of the brainwashing carried out by the popular media under instructions from the supporters of the Club of Rome's agenda. Why is that people say, - "don't believe everything we see in the popular media", and at the same time believe everything the popular media promotes? Why, because they repeat the lie until we accept it as the truth.                               

The popular media promote anything and everything that supports the lie while denying the existence of all creditable evidence that proves the lie to be what it is, a lie. Don't believe this? The ask yourself why the popular media has not covered the President Jimmy Carter's accepted Global 2000 as official U.S. Policy and the fact that it has not since been rejected and the popular media never mention it.

Another German “Will Soon Unveil A Master Plan For A Transformation Of Society”

Forget democracy, human freedom and free markets. These concepts, which have made today’s human prosperity and long lifespans a reality for humans, wherever and whenever they are given the chance to work, are upsetting a small but very elitist group of  individuals who view these concepts as a disruption and a threat to their world view.

The English edition of Der Spiegel has a recent interview with Prof Hans Joachim Schellnhuber, Director of the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research. In this interview Schellnhuber announced that he would unveil his “Master Plan” for transforming society – one no doubt that suits his world view. In Schellhuber’s view, human society needs to be scaled back and managed by an elite group of “wise men” who know what is best for the rest.

Schellnhuber’s contempt for today’s organization of western society is illustrated by his statements. For example Der Spiegel stumps Schellnhuber with a simple question:  “Why is it that your messages haven’t been all that well received until now?” Schellnhuber responds:

I’m neither a psychologist nor a sociologist. But my life experiences have shown that the love of convenience and ignorance are man’s biggest character flaws. It’s a potentially deadly mixture.”

Oh the contempt. So we are all too comfortable and ignorant. It’s time for “wiser men” to think for the rest of us.  Your message, Mr Schellnhuber, has not been well received because it is anti-democratic and authoritarian. Your kind of thinking is a threat to the principles of Germany’s Constitution and so belongs under government observation.

Schellnhuber indeed has a very poor understanding of history. History teaches us a different lesson - that it is not the combination of love for convenience and ignorance that is man’s greatest flaw, rather it is the combination of towering arrogance and ignorance that is man’s greatest flaw. That is the real threat to society. Schellnhuber also denies climate history and concocts his own fraudulent version to warrant an authoritative intervention.

The belief that the planet needs to be dictated by a higher authority is what makes people like Schellnhuber so dangerous. Their impatience and frustration with democracy, and their claim to have superior knowledge, remind us of others who have led us us down very dark paths back in the 20th century.

These people are convinced they are all-knowing. Der Spiegel asks: “Do you feel that the government’s abrupt change of course in relation to its energy policy is adequate?” Schellnhuber replies:

No. It can only be the beginning of a deep-seated shift. The German Advisory Council on Global Change, which I chair, will soon unveil a master plan for a transformation of society. Precisely because of Fukushima, we believe that a new basis of our coexistence is needed.”

A master plan for transforming society drafted by a climate scientist, a person who admits having no background in sociology. This plan no doubt will be asserted by authority, and not democracy. Schellnhuber has indicated many times that democracy is flawed and is a nuisance. It’s getting in the way of solving the ”world’s crises” (like zero temperature growth over the last 15 years).

Here is a little history lesson for the all-knowing Herr Schellnhuber and his gang, who are frustrated with democratic principles and individual freedom, on where this type of contempt can take us if left unchecked:

This is the concentration camp and crematorium at Auschwitz. This is where people were turned into numbers. Into this pond were flushed the ashes of 4 million people. And that was not done by gas. It was done by arrogance. It was done by dogma. It was done by ignorance. When people believe they have absolute knowledge with no test in reality, this is how they behave. This is what men do when they aspire to the knowledge of gods.”

As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man

The above poem appeared in both the commercial for Glenn Beck’s newest book, The Overton Window, a political thriller, and resonates often throughout the novel as well. It fittingly describes how quickly mankind forgets the political past of its country and willingly allows bad history to repeat itself.

Funnily enough, when this commercial aired, the Left had a field day, mocking it and the poem Beck used, seemingly unaware that it was written by one of the most famous poets in history: Rudyard Kipling.

A plan to destroy America, a hundred years in the making, is about to be unleashed . . . can it be stopped?

There is a powerful technique called the Overton Window that can shape our lives, our laws, and our future. The Overton Window is a bona-fide thriller, but it’s also a book of ideas to ponder:  like thoughts of why the American experiment matters and why some people hate it.  You can read a few pages of this book and then set it aside and think about it or spend a good while researching connections or ideas.

Example: Who is Eli (Elijah Churchill)… really?  The name of one of Glenn’s characters…  (And is this the person Glenn meant you to look up and learn about when writing The Overton Window?)

Elijah Churchill (1755-1841), was a soldier for the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War. Born in Enfield, Connecticut, a carpenter, he entered the 8th Connecticut Regiment as a private on 7 July 1775. On 7 May 1777, he re-enlisted for the duration of the war as a corporal in the 2nd Continental Light Dragoons, later the 2nd Legionary Corps, and was promoted to sergeant on 2 October 1780. He was cited for gallantry in action at Fort St. George near Brookhaven, New York on Long Island, in November 1780, at Tarrytown, New York, in July 1781, and at Fort Slongo (now known as Fort Salonga, also on Long Island) on October 2nd, 1781. He was awarded the Badge of Military Merit for his actions, one of only three soldiers to receive the medal that later became the Purple Heart.

The uniformed factotums of Homeland Security and TSA are checking airline travelers’ papers; grumpy crowds, long lines. But follow the beautiful people past the velvet rope and through an unmarked door to the VIP lounge, and you’re no longer in a major New York airport, but in the spaceport of Mos Eisley (from Star Wars): streamlined “security” where the privileged are quietly ushered past the polloi. Now the infuriating boarding process boils down to one lone guard. No fuss, no muss.

But in Glenn Beck’s thriller, The Overton Window, this guard by the metal detector is a Star Wars geek with a shiny plastic tray for your jewelry who may very well recognize an impersonator when he sees one. He may be the one guy in a million who’d know the difference between Natalie Portman in the flesh and patriot Molly Ross, a plucky gal claiming star status, cloaked in hoodie and sunglasses, and exuding eau de Hollywood. If the impostor is unmasked, our civil servant will allow agents provocateurs out west to unleash a national catastrophe.

“Would you take off your sunglasses for me, please?”

The let-me-see-your-identification moment has arrived. Well, if you’re going to bluff the Imperial Storm Troopers of the Empire, do it with a wave of the hand and a Jedi mind trick; the impostor, Molly Ross, plumbs a reservoir of gumption and goes all Queen Padmé on the poor man. Peering over her Foster Grants, she says: “These aren’t the droids you’re looking for.”

And the TSA functionary, stunned at what he thought would never happen as long as he lived, the real Queen Amidala talking to him,repeats in a dream of delayed gratification, “These aren’t the droids we’re looking for,” letting our damsel pass. The words alone bring the TSA lad’s easily influenced mind to heel. He sees what he wants to see, Natalie Portman, not Molly Ross. Mixed episodes be damned. He couldn’t care less.

Yeah!

The real Jedi mind trick of Beck’s The Overton Window is that it says thriller on the cover. And, yes, a scion of wealth, power, and privilege, Noah Gardner, heir to the Gardner public-relations empire, dabbles in rebellion and gets in over his head. But Beck’s novel is, more than anything, a book of ideas. Ideas that are very frightening to many in our media elites. Like the idea of liberty, the idea that we have a right to pursue happiness, the idea of the responsibility that comes with limited self-government, and the idea that our rights are granted by God with a capital G. Ideas that make some men uncomfortable and afraid.

Want to ponder a vast idea? Go to almost any page in this book and you’ll find something to chew over. Beck quoting Thomas Sowell: “The most basic question is not what is best, but who shall decide what is best.” How truly shocking in its clarity.

In Beck’s novel, the heavy is Noah’s father, Arthur Gardner: a public-relations master, but really a Sith lord, a master manipulator of public opinion. He is Beck’s anti–John Galt. A modern-day Mephisto with powers Ellsworth Toohey could only dream of. A man consumed with fixing and arranging outcomes, not creating anything of value. In Arthur Gardner’s preferred world, the enlightened elites rule. “The American experiment has failed, and now it’s time for the next one to begin. One world, one government — not of the people this time, but of the right people: the competent, the wise, the strong.” (The New World Order).

Why does that sound so darn familiar? Oh yeah . . . Bill Maher said something strikingly similar. Or how about Ed Schultz saying Obama should act like a dictator… or Woody Allen who said he should be one.

The scariest of Arthur Gardner’s ideas is that you can twist and mold the average citizen to achieve just about any desired outcome. Beck’s book is studded with real-life examples, some anticipating and reflecting the Orwellian nature of our present definition-of-reality struggles. As in: If it’s “Net Neutrality,” you can bet the effect will be anything but neutral.

In a planning session for societal transformation at Doyle & Merchant, Arthur Gardner’s public-relations firm, there’s a big screen in the conference room, showing how it’s going to be realized. We see a dozen items devoted to command and control, influence, the mind tricks of PR. All on the cusp of being put into practice. Take this item, for instance:

“Associate resistance and ‘constitutional’ advocacy with a backward, extremist world view; gun rights a key.”
Believe in the Constitution as written? Believe in gun rights? I mean that’s beyond the pale. No one enlightened believes in that sort of thing any more. Just ask Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan: NRA = KKK. Gosh, I wonder what “bad guy orgs” means? (Progressive community featuring updates on current affairs, politics, news, technology and humor.) NRA, KKK? Sheesh, they even sort of rhyme.

In another part of the novel a bunch of hired thugs break up a political meeting and get everyone thrown in jail for the night; there’s a dicey moment when we wonder whether New York’s finest are in on this abuse of power. As it turns out, our New York men in blue are true blue and won’t sign on to thuggery (like in Chicago). Now take a look at some real-life cops down on the D.C./Maryland border who can’t seem to find it in their powers to protect a kid in his own house from being terrorized by SEIU Imperial Storm Troopers and who go all lawyerly on Megyn Kelly of Fox News. Guess it depends on what the meaning of “terror” is.

Some critics get the vapors at the prospect of this book’s somehow inciting others to terrible deeds. In fact, this novel is about people trying to prevent others from doing terrible deeds, and it says so explicitly. Unlike Obama’s manufacturing czar, who has no problem with the concept of power coming from the barrel of a gun. And says so explicitly.

A grotesque monster of public relations, Arthur Gardner knows where his power comes from. And mere words are not enough. In the final scenes of the novel, Arthur Gardner, fearing that his son, Noah, is lost to him, uses every device he can find to twist and sculpt Noah and bring him back into the fold. Make his son a worthy image of himself, completely heedless of anyone else’s integrity.

I believe the character of Danny Bailey, one of the more outspoken members of the Founders’ Keepers, is mirrored after Glenn Beck himself. Bailey has used blogs, and other less mainstream media outlets to put forth his message, which is often distorted to appear insane and potentially dangerous, though it is never his intention to promote violence.

The last 20 or so pages of the novel actually identify most of the areas throughout the text that are based on actual events, people, and language used by America’s politicians and other powerful individuals, including Edward Bernays, author of the 1928 book, Propaganda, and a member of Woodrow Wilson's World War I propaganda agency — the Committee on Public Information. Bernays’ ideas on propaganda were so demented and powerful that his book was actually used by Hitler’s Joseph Goebbels along with the general concept and ideas behind American Progressivism.

In a truly horrifying final sequence, where the brainwashed Noah tries to please his father with little public-relations tasks, he just can’t get them right. Trying to make a statue of the perfect man, the great Arthur Gardner has only brutalized it — much like the commissioned statue in his private office, which appears on the cover of the book: the Statue of Liberty, partially morphed into the Colossus of Rhodes, no longer beckoning, now a bearded freak brandishing a spear. That upright arm still holds the torch, but it’s not the torch of freedom.
