'Patriots Against Pelosi' -- Hundreds Protest House Speaker at Orange County Tea Party!

Well, good thing I'm not on deadline! But it's worth the wait!

As promised, here's my report on today's anti-PelosiCare protest at the Irvine Hilton/Orange County Airport. The background information is at my earlier entry, "Orange County Tea Party Patriots to Protest Nancy Pelosi at Democrats' 15th Annual Harry S. Truman Awards Dinner!"

Okay, here's the scene along MacArthur Boulevard when I arrived a little after 4:00pm. Just a few tea partiers are lined up along the east side of the street, and I'm facing north. That first sign on the right captures the spirit of the day:

You can see the geography of the tea party at the protest map event organizers sent me. Early in the evening, the main protest is taking place at the little red-lined elbow at left -- at the intersection of MacArthur and Douglas. Later on, some of the more intense demonstrations took place at the driveway entrance to the hotel parking lot, just left of the service entrance marked below. Lots of police units were on hand:

I walked over by the hotel driveway and Planned Parenthood activists were setting up. I'll have more on these folks below. Just hidden behind the folks with the "Health Care Reform Now" sign is Pauline Merry, the former provost of the Pacific Coast Campus at my school, Long Beach City College. Pauline retired in 2007. She asked me, "What are you doing here"? I pointed back over to MacArthur and said, "I'm with the tea partiers." And she looked at me and said, "You're with them? Why?" And I told her: "I'm not happy with the Democrats." She said, well you're in political science, right? That explains it." Actually, President Hussein "Infanticide" Obama and his PelosiCare monstrosity explain it, but I said my farewells, in any case:

Here's our big-flag patriot speaking with the Planned Parenthood activists. My good friend Megan Barth suggested I get a picture -- too good to pass up, you know? -- of this PREGNANT PRO-ABORTION ACTIVIST protesting the Stupak amendment. Something just doesn't compute there, you think?:

Checking back with the tea partiers, I had to chase this guy down the sidewalk to get a picture. He was cruising up and down with that bullhorn. My bet is this guy's a LaRouchie (the other side of his sign was an Obama-Nazi poster, not my favorite). He didn't seem to be with the grassroots folks I've been highlighting, and there were more extreme-o types on the south side of Douglas street, including some 9/11 truthers. I didn't take any more photos of them:

Although the protest was in high gear, I was cruising around to see if I could find Nancy Pelosi inside the hotel. I heard mixed reports on her arrival, and never did see her pull up. Here's the scene in the hotel bar/lobby area. Everyone had to check in to receive nametags, so it's not like I could snake into the main hall to take pictures:

As I arrived about a half hour before the official start, there were already about 100 protesters around the perimeter of the hotel.

Eventually, there were around 200 to 250 anti-Pelosi protesters, plus about 50 or more supporters of other causes including (the SEIU paid) purpleshirts, pro-ObamaCare, pro-abortion, anti-Stupak, and 9/11 truthers.

I left around 5:30 as it was getting dark and Pelosi had either slipped in the back door unnoticed or was running late. I was among the earliest to leave, so somebody may have caught a glimpse of Her Highness.

In an interview on the Rusty Humphries Show this past week, Sarah Palin responded to questions this way:

Would you make the birth certificate an issue if you ran?
"I think the public, rightfully, is still making it an issue. I don't have a problem with that. I don't know if I would have to bother to make it an issue 'cause I think there are enough members of the electorate who still want answers."
Do you think it's a fair question to be looking at?
"I think it's a fair question, just like I think past associations and past voting record -- all of that is fair game. You know, I've got to tell you, too: I think our campaign, the McCain/Palin campaign didn't do a good enough job in that area. We didn't call out Obama and some of his associates on their records and what their beliefs were and perhaps what their future plans were. And I don't think that that was fair to voters to not have done our jobs as candidates and as a campaign to bring to light a lot of the things that now we're seeing made manifest in the administration."
I mean, truly, if your past is fair game and your kids are fair game, certainly Obama's past should be. I mean, we want to treat men and women equally, right?

"Hey, you know, that's a great point, in that weird conspiracy-theory freaky thing that people talk about that Trig isn't my real son. And a lot of people say, "Well you need to produce his birth certificate! You need to prove that he's your kid!" Which we have done. But yeah, so maybe we could reverse that and use the same type thinking on them."

That's EXACTLY what we're doing -- we're in court working to FORCE Barack Hussein Obama to produce his actual birth certificate!

The U.S. Constitution states, in Article II, Section 1: "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

That's pretty plain language. In order to qualify to be President of the United States, a person MUST be a natural-born citizen!
Seems simple enough. If someone is running for President, and there's any question about whether he or she is qualified under Article II, Section 1, it would be easy enough to prove:

Just show your birth certificate.

You know: that simple document that lists your birth date, the hospital where you were born, the doctor that delivered you, your parents' names... your birth certificate.

Everyone who's ever had to get a driver's license, or travel outside of the U.S., or gain entrance to a school -- we all understand the simple rules: if you don't produce your birth certificate, you don't get in.

The same rules should apply to "getting in" to the White House, as the Commander-In-Chief, shouldn't they? If you're questioned about your qualifications, just show your birth certificate.

But that's EXACTLY what Barack Obama WILL NOT DO! We cannot let him get away with this -- but we need YOUR help to stop him!

Barack Obama could simply put the issue to rest, RIGHT NOW, by releasing his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE. But he WON'T! How are we having an effect?

• We're having an effect in the COURTS OF JUSTICE. As you can see from some of our latest filings, we are appealing the outrageous ruling of a California court, basically stating that anyone can run for president on the California ballot, whether or not they are eligible under the Constitution of the United States. In that ruling, Superior Court Judge Michael P. Kenny wrote, "Secretary of State Debra Bowen contends that there is no basis for mandamus relief because the Secretary of State has no 'ministerial duty' to demand detailed proof of citizenship from presidential candidates... The court finds this argument persuasive."
  Do YOU find that argument -- that the government official charged with the responsibility of qualifying candidates to be on the ballot, doesn't have to actually demand proof of those qualifications -- "persuasive"? Neither do we, especially since previous California Secretaries of State have exercised their election authority and have removed from the ballot Presidential candidates who did not qualify -- so we're taking it to the next level on appeal!
• We're having an effect in the COURT OF PUBLIC OPINION. A recent scientific public opinion survey of a cross-section of Americans, conducted by WorldNet Daily and Wenzel Strategies, shows that the public is not only aware of questions about Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility for office; almost HALF are either "troubled" by the questions or believe he should release all relevant documents including his long-form birth certificate.
  Asked if they are aware of the questions raised about Obama's constitutional eligibility for office, 51.3 percent answered affirmatively, while only 18.7 percent said no! That means our efforts at alerting Americans to the FACTS about Obama's lack of proof of citizenship are paying off, with half of Americans saying they've heard about it, and over two-fifths of Americans saying Obama should release his birth certificate!
  And now... even Sarah Palin is saying, "I think the public, rightfully, is still making it an issue... I think there are enough members of the electorate who still want answers."
• We're having an effect on White House spokesmen themselves. Once again, the question was asked at a recent White House press briefing, "Why can't the President respond... by releasing a certified copy of his long-form birth certificate?"
  
  How did Press Secretary Robert Gibbs respond? By laughing... and lying. Select here to see for yourself -- Gibbs chuckles at the question, and then responds by saying that "the President's birth certificate... is on the Internet."
  IT'S NOT. All they've put online is a "certification of live birth" (COLB), which the State of Hawaii doesn't even accept as valid proof of actual birth in Hawaii! In fact, several experts have declared the posted document, which doesn't even list the hospital of birth OR the attending physician, to be a fake!
  Barack Obama's very own Press Secretary has to avoid answering the direct question about this issue by laughing and lying, because he knows that they can't produce that birth certificate!

A number of apologists for Barack Obama have gone to great lengths to belittle USJF and our allies in the fight to preserve our Constitution. However, the questions that they cannot answer are:

If Barack Hussein Obama has nothing to hide, WHY doesn't he just make his real birth certificate public? WHY has he spent a reported $1.7 million in attorney fees to fight efforts to obtain his ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE? The more that he fights these efforts to see it, the more that you have to wonder, WHY?
The Obama supporters want everyone to believe that only "fringies," the people that they now call "birthers," in other words, only people that they claim are outside of the main stream of thinking, question whether Mr. Obama is eligible to serve as President. But the truth of the matter is that more and more people, including many federal, state, and local elected officials, many in the military, and, now, Sarah Palin are questioning whether Barack Hussein Obama is a "natural born citizen," a requirement for him to serve as President of the United States.
The citizens of the United States have the right to know if Barack Obama is eligible to serve as President! And we here at the United States Justice Foundation are going to take our lawsuit all the way up to the United States Supreme Court, if that is what is necessary, to find out the answer to this critical question.
This fight to discover the truth will be neither easy nor inexpensive, but isn't protecting the Constitution worth it? And that is exactly what this legal battle is all about: PROTECTING THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION!

Barack Obama wants you to ignore what he is doing, he wants you to ignore the U.S. Constitution, he wants you to think that the parts of the Constitution that he does not agree with (like the requirements to serve as President) are unimportant.
In effect, he wants to destroy the U. S. Constitution and reshape it into his own image of what he wants it to be.

We MUST learn the truth about whether Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen!

But to blunt our efforts to learn the truth, the California Trial Court also blocked our subpoena for the college records of Mr. Obama! These vital records could have proven whether Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to serve as President of the United States, or whether he is a USURPER -- a FRAUD -- sitting in the oval office without any legal authority to do so!

USJF had subpoenaed the records of Barack Hussein Obama from Occidental College in California, but, at the hearing on March 13, 2009, the Judge, in Sacramento County Superior Court in California, blocked USJF from obtaining those critical records.
What is in those records? We don't know. But the Obama legal team pulled out all of the stops to block the subpoena, so we believe that there is something in those records that bears on the critical issue of whether Barack Obama is eligible to serve as President of the United States.

JUST LIKE WE BELIEVE THAT THERE IS A REASON WHY THE OBAMA LEGAL TEAM, ACCORDING TO PUBLISHED REPORTS, HAS BEEN PAID $1.7 MILLION TO KEEP THE PUBLIC FROM SEEING HIS REAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE -- NOT THE PHONY ONE THAT HE PUT UP ON HIS WEBSITE.

There is no doubt in my mind that this e-mail may be the one of the most important documents that you ever read!
What you do after reading this e-mail may well determine the fate of the United States of America!

Please know that we are not saying that Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to serve as President of the United States of America. The problem is -- we just don't know!
We DO know that Barack Obama's paternal step-grandmother has proclaimed that she was present at his birth in Mombasa, in what is now Kenya, in Africa!
We DO know that a fake birth certificate was put up on Obama's website!
We DO know that Mr. Obama's legal team is doing everything that it can, in every case filed over this issue, to make sure that no one has access to his birth certificate.

Sarah Palin is RIGHT: "the public, rightfully, IS still making it an issue." The voters of the United States of America have the right to know whether Barack Obama is a "natural born citizen," as REQUIRED by the U. S. Constitution!

It's a question that MUST be answered!

Why? Because, if an unqualified person was elected to the Office of President of the United States, our entire form of government could be compromised!

Why?

Because, if Barack Hussein Obama is not eligible to serve as President of the United States, each and every act that he takes as President will be null and void! That's right: each bill that he signs into law, every Executive Order that he issues ****, and each and every one of his nominations to his Cabinet and to the federal courts will have no legal effect!

I don't make that statement lightly. It's not an exaggeration.

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 4 of the United States Constitution provides, in pertinent part, as follows: "No Person except a natural born Citizen... shall be eligible to the Office of President..."
That means that neither Osama Bin Laden, nor California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, nor Obama billionaire money man George Soros can serve as President of the United States. That also means that if Barack Obama was born outside of the United States, he is not eligible to serve as President of our great country!

So where was Mr. Obama born?
He claims to have a copy of his birth certificate. That means that either he knows where he was born, or he's lying about having that document.

And only Barack Hussein Obama's ACTUAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE -- not that useless and possibly-forged "certification of live birth" -- can answer that question of where he was born. But he has teams of attorneys, all across the country, spending, and doing, whatever it takes to make sure that no one, and I mean NO ONE, will be allowed to see the one document that can clear up this controversy.

Mr. Obama has claimed that his Presidential administration will be the most transparent in history. Yet, he will not make public the one document that could end all of the questions about the legitimacy of his election as President.

Why?

Is it because this is some unimportant "technicality"? No, a requirement of the U. S. Constitution is not a mere "technicality"!
Is it because "President" Obama (if he IS the President of the United States) has more important issues to deal with, and can't spare the time to deal with such a trivial issue? No, what is more important than the integrity of the Office of the President?

Or, is there something more involved?

Another question that the Obamaphiles don't want to answer is why, in 2006, was a law firm with ties to Mr. Obama researching the question as to how to evade the requirements of Article II of the United States Constitution, regarding the requirements to serve as President. 2006? Two years before the Presidential campaign?

If that doesn't raise questions in your mind, then nothing will!
And then there's the statements made by representatives of the State of Hawaii!

According to Dr. Chiyome Fukino, of the State of Hawaii's Department of Health,

"Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures."

It is that very record that USJF financed lawsuits in Mississippi, in Ohio, and in Hawaii were seeking to force into the public arena! And, in addition to the two lawsuits that we are directly handling, we are also funding three lawsuits being handled on this issue by Pennsylvania attorney Phil Berg. But Barack Obama's attorneys, and his allies in state government, stopped those efforts cold!

So, the time of decision is now!

Do we give up?

Do we just ignore this threat to our Constitution? To our very form of government?

We here at USJF say NO!

Now is not the time to give up this fight!

Now is not the time to walk away from the most important Constitutional battle in our lifetime!

Now is the time to redouble our efforts to find out the truth!

Now is the time to tell Barack Hussein Obama that the United States Constitution is more important than his political ambition!

The Question of Obama’s Loyalty [Reader Post]

As Climategate is exposing the IPCC conference in Copenhagen as an exercise in political flatulence based on fraud within the scientific community scientific and a bizarre conspiracy by Leftists to establish control and power over the world, President Obama is determined to commit the US to an International Treaty that will compromise our sovereignty and economic security. Obama’s plan is to tax the United States taxpayer and redistribute the wealth or money to Third World Leftist Dictators around the world. Apparently this same scheme has been revealed in the hacked emails from East Anglia’s Phil Jones who has been asked to step aside pending an investigation.

Even Al Gore, the divinity school dropout, has enough political survival instinct to pass up the Copenhagen meeting.

The United Nations, who will have their capabilities at corruption compromised by the ongoing exposure of the climate warming hoax offered this shallow attempt to revive the myth. Rajendra K. Statement on news reports regarding hacking of the East Anglia University email communications

It is unfortunate that an illegal act of accessing private email communications between scientists who have been involved as authors in I.P.C.C. assessments in the past has led to several questions and concerns. It is important for me to clarify that the I.P.C.C. as a body follows impartial, open and objective assessment of every aspect of climate change carried out with complete transparency. IPCC relies entirely on peer reviewed literature in carrying out its assessment and follows a process that renders it unlikely that any peer reviewed piece of literature, however contrary to the views of any individual author, would be left out. The entire report writing process of the I.P.C.C. is subjected to extensive and repeated review by experts as well as governments. Consequently, there is at every stage full opportunity for experts in the field to draw attention to any piece of literature and its basic findings that would ensure inclusion of a wide range of views. There is, therefore, no possibility of exclusion of any contrarian views, if they have been published in established journals or other publications which are peer reviewed.

I would also like to highlight the fact that the summary for policymakers of all the reports of the I.P.C.C. are accepted and approved by all the governments of the world. Even at the stage of approval of the summary for policymakers of any report, which is carried out word by word, omissions if any would be highlighted by government representatives in the course of the approval.

In summary, no individual or small group of scientists is in a position to exclude a peer-reviewed paper from an I.P.C.C. assessment. Likewise, individuals and small groups have no ability to emphasize a result that is not consistent with a range of studies, investigations, and approaches. Every layer in the process (including large author teams, extensive review, independent monitoring of review compliance, and plenary approval by governments) plays a major role in keeping I.P.C.C. assessments comprehensive, unbiased, open to the identification of new literature, and policy relevant but not policy prescriptive.

The unfortunate incident that has taken place through illegal hacking of the private communications of individual scientists only highlights the importance of I.P.C.C. procedures and practices and the thoroughness by which the Panel carries out its assessment. This thoroughness and the duration of the process followed in every assessment ensure the elimination of any possibility of omissions or distortions, intentional or accidental.

Despite efforts to diminish the obvious fact that a science built on fraud is not science, it is a scam and nothing more, politicians like Senator Barbara Boxer, are instead on the attack stating that hacking is illegal and the US will prosecute the hackers for a crime that was committed in England meanwhile President Obama sails into the storm as if the Hoax hasn’t been exposed.

This raises the question of Obama’s loyalty. Is his first priority to the United Nations or is it to the United States. It is logical to assume that a leader who is willing to compromise his country’s security, sovereignty, and economic vitality for an International Agency that has a less than dubious record of corruptness, the question of loyalty has to arise. For the first time in the history of the United States the question of a President’s loyalty is about to be seriously considered and the evidence is damning. It is now time to ask President Obama just with whom he has his loyalty, with the United States or with some foreign power. He has stated that he is a citizen of the world and many Americans saw that as a poetic statement, however there seems to be a covert message within that quote that is only now beginning to be revealed.

Being a citizen of the world in action when you are the President of the United States is treason, my friends... treason and definitely reason for impeachment. Just how much are we going to take before it is too late?!?
